Amazing vegan place inside the Veranda Whole Foods!
    Sara B.

I was so excited to try this vegan and organic burger spot that opened inside of Whole Foods (the restaurant also has its own entrance which takes you straight to their order counter). It was very hard to choose what to order as a first-timer, they have so many options! Their burger menu is insane, I'm going to have to come back to try their other burgers to decide on my favorites. I ordered the Red Hot Chik'n burger and the crispy Chik'n tenders and a side of their special sauce. I love spicy and this seemingly Nashville Hot Chicken inspired burger caught my taste buds. OMG it hit the spot! The coleslaw gave it a great crunch and the pickles with the soft bun all tasted amazing together in my mouth. It was a little smaller than I expected, but other than that it was delicious and their Chik'n patty tasted amazing and crunchy. It was hard to tell I wasn't eating real meat. As for the Chik'n tenders, they were also very crispy and tasty, didn't even taste like vegan meat, however they were also smaller in size than what I would have liked, and they were thinner than what one would expect from a chicken nugget but still very tasty especially with their special sauce. Overall I had a great first experience and I can't wait to come back to try something different from their enticing menu!

    Fish-less sandwich

Wowsers how did I not notice this plant based right inside of Whole Foods? I saw the next level but never asked. I was pleasantly surprised really nice menu selection I had the fish-less sandwich and we also ordered the Cobb salad. Clucker is top notch. Great comfort food. I'm not huge fan of fake meat, but dang it's good here. Next time I will try the shakes! Staff was very helpful and super great at multitasking customers. Practicing good safety protocols. I will be back!

It was my first time trying this, I got the chicken sandwich and fries with cheese. It was decent but I can't say I'm crazy over it!

Food, ambience, pricing, and service are ALL 10/10. Staff are very nice, welcoming, and kind. Leftovers and takeaway are packaged efficiently and well. The resturant itself is tidy, well maintained, clean, welcoming, and very cute. Cool chairs and unique decorations. Would be a wonderful place to host a get together or birthday party. Unique condiments and sauces come with many items. All ingredients are of high quality. The dishes here are very interesting and special, many dishes I have not seen or heard of before. Everything was good. I can be picky and sensitive so thats huge coming from me. Flavorful Thai tea comes in either soy or dairy option - I loved it. Very good and not watered down like some other places. Drumsticks were very unique and very fun to eat. So tasty and delicious, I seriously cannot imagine how much work is put into these intricate dishes. Incredible prices. The value for such hearty and healthy food cannot be beat. Love that there was SO many vegan options and the restaurant is fully vegetarian. I was heartbroken to see this place mostly empty. Please come support. You will not regret it. I reached out immediately and said let's meet for lunch at Veggie Today. So glad we did- we both really enjoyed our lunches. We ordered off the lunch menu for $8.95 that includes white or brown rice. My friend had the Mongolian beef and I had the lemongrass beef. We both agreed we would happily go eat here all the time. So glad this restaurant is back on my radar. The restaurant was clean and cozy. We went after the lunch rush and were able to sit and visit without feeling we were in the way. Most of the parking on the street is either 60 min or 90 min. The parking structure across the street doesn't have the time restrictions

You know that show has "Da Bomb"? Well, this place dropped "Da Nuke" on us--and didn't even bother with a warning label. I can handle my spice. My personal ceiling is the red Buldak noodles, the ones that make normal people cry and question their life choices. But this? This was beyond. I specifically asked for medium because I was on a date, not trying to audition for a gastrointestinal stuntman role. The second that food hit my mouth, my body reacted like I'd just bitten into a battery acid gummy. It felt like my mouth was cut and within minutes, I was riding a wave of nausea. By the time we got home, my stomach was auditioning for a volcano documentary. I brought the dish back to the counter and politely told the waitress this was not medium. She nodded, gave me a knowing look, and said, "We'll let the back know." And that was it. No replacement. No apology. She offered a glass of milk with just a little chuckle--like we'd been the victims of a prank show and the cameras were about to pop out. Now I realize why they made me pay and tip first. Because if I'd tasted that plate before handing over my card, that tip would've been as small as my remaining taste buds. To the owner, I know your place is better than this. it feels like your staff may be sabotaging your business. Good luck to you and your customers. I for sure know I won't be going back or be recommending this place.

The service was also amazing everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Everything we ordered was delicious. I had the huevos rancheros, breakfast potatoes, sourdough French toast, and a blackberry mojito, and I enjoyed everything. The sourdough French toast was definitely my favorite it had such a good balance of sweetness, and the sourdough flavor cut through it just enough that it wasn't overly sweet or cloying. And my boyfriend, who isn't vegan, ended up finishing the French toast, which is how I KNOW it was objectively delicious The blackberry mojito was also delicious and super refreshing for brunch. I also love that they have outdoor seating, and the area around the restaurant is really cute to walk around and explore afterward. Overall, such a great brunch spot with delicious food, adorable vibes, great service, and plenty to explore nearby. I'd definitely come back to try out the their lunch options

Everything sounded delicious, but we went with the recommendations made by a staff member. We decided to share the infamous smash burger, the watermelon salad, and the pistachio bread. For drinks, we both got an iced lavender latte, which was delicious. I loved how the cardamom complemented the lavender so well and it was very refreshing and not too sweet. The smash burger was the best vegan patty I have had in years. It was very flavorful and moist. The watermelon salad was delicious, especially the avocado mousse. The pistachio cream on the pistachio bread was so addicting. I wish I could have bought a bottle of it! Every single item was crafted so well with the freshest ingredients. It was nice going to a place that focused less on soy, and more on whole foods and flavor. I highly recommend making a reservation, especially for brunch.

I don't often frequent anywhere except for my house, so that speaks to how much I love this place. Highly recommend any iced matcha (especially seasonal options) or coffee and the Fancy Bagel. I mean, sunflower seed cream cheese? Who knew it could be so good. The Market is clearly my favorite place for matcha/coffee, bagels, and now dole whip (obviously). But what I love most is that they are innovators--they do not sit around and let the menu get dusty, they are always doing something new. New drinks, new cold foams, adding an ice cream machine. And not in a way that feels like whiplash, but just like menu drops that make sense. This is how you run a place that is good to locals and people visiting for the first time... You keep it interesting and that's what they do. So many local spots fall into the same old thing with zero changes and I genuinely LOVE that The Market isn't doing that!! 10/10. Also, the staff are just lovely x1000. Grace, Josh, Carla, McKenna, Izzy, (sorry if I spelled someone's name wrong!) and everyone else are true gems. They are consistently kind, upbeat, and engaging, and they are consistently good at producing drinks/food that don't change based on the day of the week and the weather. My matchas always taste the same, which is a big selling point for me. Anyway, all that to say--amazing place, amazing people, amazing matcha, and sorry that y'all have to deal with me 24/7.

Please note that the market is plant based to my knowledge, so no meat options. Service was prompt and kind! The barista and cashier were very efficient and clearly communicated their personal favorites. Banana Bread Latte w/ Oat Milk - 8/10 Coffee flavor profile was very yummy! But wished the banana flavor would have been more pronounced. Lots of cinnamon though! Maple Latte with Maple Seasalt Coldfoam w/ Oat Milk - 8/10 Also very tasty espresso, but I did not taste much maple. I loved the cold foam and flaky salt though! Both drinks were perfectly cold without being watered down - I can tell they did not pour the hot espresso over the ice (thank you!!!!) I also had a chocolate chip banana muffin and it was very yummy! It was more dense than I'd prefer but delicious nevertheless. Perfect place for the location and would totally be a regular if I lived in the area. Will be returning
