Prepared with an over easy egg, we sometimes we concern ourselves with how restaurants do the simple things; but I was quite content with how the sandwiches turned out. They were prepared rather quickly, they tasted good and the chef as well as the person attending, the window was courteous and professional. It gets no better than that. Considering it was an outdoor event, the ambience was loud, inviting, but you still feel like your order got the attention it deserved.
