First they advertise you do NOT need to get an appointment for just nail trims. So I only need nail trims for my dog. They were good at first but as the staff changed and it changes constantly, they kept telling me I need an appointment. I talked to the manager a few times and she said they were telling me incorrectly and to let her know. The next three times they were giving me trouble and had an attitude which then made me get angry as well. I kept telling them he is a bit skiddish with other dogs that bark at him as he is a rescue and they did not know how to handle him like the previous staff which were good. One particular staff (which her apparence probably scared the dog) was not good with him. She cut the nail too close and never told me that and never told the staff either. She blamed it on my dog because he "nipped" her. She was not honest with the situation and they sided with her. I complained to them about this and they also blamed my dog. This is after the previous staff told me he was a very good dog. After that I had more issues with this particular staff and they just didn't want to service me. I was arguing with them this last time and they cancelled my appointment which they did before. I called corporate to complain and asked for my money back. I will NEVER go back there as they do NOT know how to handle certain dogs. My recommendation would be to avoid this store at ALL costs!

I felt like I was at a used car lot and I was non-stop being sold on something I did not need... To top it off they had the audacity to ask for a 15% tip when we finally got to pick up our dog... He apologized but basically said "that is just how their reservation system works." It allows overbooking. He offered to comp me a box of $15 biscuits on my next appointment if I was charged an extra $15. That was nice, but nope. Not going back.

The staff are very knowledgeable and personable. I have been going here since they opened. If you have never owned fish before, they will ensure you have the proper setup and fish for your goals and budget. Highly recommend as they will steer you in the right direction. And if you make a purchase that you feel was not right they will work with you to try and resolve it the best they can. There is so much more to this fish store than can be said in one review. They do so much for their customers and the fish keeping community when compared to any other fish store I have been to.

The repair shop is an absolute joke! Bought a brand new stihl farm boss chainsaw dec 2021, was used…read moreone time made about 4 cuts. Went to use a second time and it wouldn't run. Turns out it was missing the bearing and brought it in to have it repaired being it was still brand new and under warranty. We were told buy one guy we probably got a manufacturer defect, it happens. The next guy told us that we ran it with the break on and we are the reason it is broken so it will be 350 for the repair. Sent claim to stihl and they denied the claim due to what this asshole insisted happened. Kept telling my husband I'm not saying you're lying but .... Like my husband works with chainsaws at work and knows how to use them, he's not stupid and this guy kept inferring otherwise. Just went to pick it up to bring to another dealer for repair and they handed us the saw in pieces, covered in grease, in two boxes !! That is not the way it was given to them so why are they refusing to give it back that way. Horrible and absolutely unprofessional customer service. They have lost my respect and the money I spend at this store. I'll go elsewhere! If I could give zero stars I would. Hire better people ! Update- brought it to another repair shop and they said it is manufacturer defect and couldn't have possibly been our fault. They also said they are getting a lot of people with repair slips from agway on work that was never done. Seems to be all about the money over there because they tried to profit 350 off me for something the manufacturer covered. Absolutely ridiculous!
