We all know it's out sometimes and it's normal but I was visibly swollen ! I waited about an hour and still the same ! I messaged them and apparently he has been like that for two hrs!! And no one thought to mention it to me. I tell her the vet said he more that likely mated w a female dog or he was forcefully separated from a female causing it to swell and no able to go back in! I messaged her and she said it's not a medical emergency! Like what! You're not a vet to be saying that!! And she acted all defensive . Like no customer service or empathy at all. I was just telling her feedback bc us owners need to know any changes in our babies! Like do you even care! I feel like they don't really watch the dogs.

(Now I have to bathe). As a small business owner myself who deals with the public regularly, I asked them how often they are asked to bend their office hours (two 2 - hour time slots per day). They said "often" so I asked how they deal with it. They said said they just have to be firm or they'd never get their work done. This is true of my business as well. Please, folks, respect their time! To those who read the negative reviews and wonder whether this is a good place to keep your dog, it's wonderful just so long as you can show the owners the same respect you expect to be given personally. If you leave their thinking "these people are a**holes",..well, let's just say I'm glad you freed up a spot in the kennel for me. I love this place and I give it my highest recommendation.

We recently used their service when going out of town for a Holiday vacation. We dropped off our…read moredogs in the morning and did notice that Belle, our German Shepherd was hesitant to go in. This is normal behavior for her, so we didn't think anything of it. We took off to our destination and around 4:00 pm I received a phone call from Marisol, the owner. She left a voicemail saying they had a problem with Belle. I called her back and that's when she told me that Belle had escaped through a part of the fence that was not secured. She said her husband took off on foot trying to catch her but she was too far to get her. Our entire plan was ruined within minutes. We called our family to start looking for Belle. No one was able to find her. We left our hotel and made it back to our hometown around 11 at night. We didn't even stop at home and drove directly to the location in an attempt to find her. Belle was no where to be found. We were devastated and heart broken. Our dog of 7 years was gone in a blink of an eye. After a heart wrenching 24 hours, we found Belle. She had been picked up by a Good Samaritan that kept her safe at night then called the Dog pound in the morning. I was so relieved when I saw her. We lost our hotel stay, our tickets to the event we were going too and our entire vacation. All things that can be replaced. Belle is irreplaceable. Belle is back home which is all that matters. However, I wanted to write this review for others to be aware that this might happen if you leave your fur babies in their care. I still don't know how everything happened and I choose not to investigate. But at least you have been informed.

I just prefer not to have to smooth things over upon each visit, but given the drive of each individual, some more ambitious to charge extra than others, I think if they come together and form stronger leadership they will flourish as a business. Again, polite, kind, and caring. If you add consistency to this dynamic, you'll have a perfect place where you can feel 100 percent happy to leave your family (fur-baby) under their care. I'd give them a 5 if communication was clear, but it was almost going to leave a score of 3, if the young lady wasn't always there to keep my billing consistent and fix the miscommunications. They have a great location, clean facility, cute ideas, just need to be consistent and keep up with competitive pricing. That was a complete lie. When I dropped my dog off there were dozens of dog all being worked on in a very cramped and unclean space. There is mold in the back half of the building and it is very apparent in both the scent and the air vents which are black. In regards to the grooming my dog received, I instructed the groomer to shave her hair short except for her ears. For the most part this was followed except for her head. They left a patch untouched on her head and her whiskers were also not trimmed. I also told them to clip her nails, they got some but not all. I will not be using this business again and I don't recommend them.
