I can't believe it took me this long to try this place. Their pho is outstanding and the Bang Mi is amazing. The Banh Mi comes with a side of fries - one of the best fries I've had and the seasoning was so so good and the fries were super crunchy. I have no idea what the sauce was that came with the fries but it was pure Perfection. And the prices were very reasonable. We also tried their chicken dumplings for appetizer which were tasty. Pretty solid pho! Came here a while ago with a friend and had some pho. The wait time was literally 5 minutes and the service was so friendly. We've heard good things about this place from a friend and decided to try it out. I think this place is the same one from triangle mall but were skeptical to try it. The visit: Shrimp spring roll was an absolute delight. The roll consisted of shrimp, rice noodle, carrots, cucumber, lettuce. The shrimp was stir fried rather then just plain boiled shrimp so it was very flavorful. It also came with a peanut dipping sauce. The rare steak pho was yummy. Portion size seem plentiful however, bean sprouts that are usually on the side was already added to the bowl so it looks as if there were a lot of noodles and it wasn't. The broth was delicious without having to add hoisin sauce or any other condiments. The lemongrass beef was tasty. It was stir fried with carrots and onions and green onions. The plate consisted of rice, beef and veggies, pickled carrots, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and a bowl of soup. I love that they added a side of soup to your meal. Again here, portion size seem a bit small. For me, it was enough food for one. If you prefer big portions, then this is probably not for you. Overall, the service was phenomenal. I really applaud the bánh mì here. You can tell the bread was made with love, and it comes with all the fixings and good flavor. I also think it was very cool and creative how they added french fries as a side dish, I don't think I have seen that before, but it kinda makes sense in that bánh mì has french influences and french fries are... french? The pho was above average! I give it a 7/10 out of the world's pho's I have had. It has more fat than some places (which is a good thing), but it was still too clean for me. Meat was above average in portion (7/10 as well) than many places in the US. Flavor was good (7/10), but not astounding. They were a bit overfried and crunchy for my taste but they did the job. I had a Bahn Mi with Shrimp. It was good but didn't have the depth of flavor like the ones that have really stood out for me. We're pretty tough pho critics - we only half enjoyed the pho. When we had it there was a weird cinnamon flavor in it. Not sure if that's just part of their spicing or if it was a fluke. It's located next to Sushi O (same owners). It's actually the original Sushi O location. It did not include rear meat pieces the way traditional pho comes. I planned to eat at home so I had them pack it up to go. The packaging was perfect for my 5 minute car ride. They put the broth in a separate styrofoam bowl and the rest of the ingredients including the rice noodles in a food container. When I was ready to eat, I heated up the broth and had a sip before placing the other ingredients. The flavor was bland. I put everything together and I was not impressed. The pho was really good, just like before. However, I was disappointed by the milk tea and the spring rolls. The spring rolls lacked flavor, but texture was good. This review is just for their fresh teas. The young lady serving samples was really pleasant and explained the tea is freshly made with only a little bit of added sugar. I decided to buy a small strawberry tea on the way out of the mall. It is so fresh and light! You can also add tapioca to the tea for a fun texture surprise while drinking it. They use some type of plastic seal on the cup instead of typical lids that keeps your drink from spilling. I've never had pho before, but I will for sure try more from their menu soon. read more

The restaurant was very clean and the wait staff is uber patient and very knowledgeable about the menu.
