I ordered the biscoff rolled ice cream. It was topped with whipped cream and cookies. The ice cream was good and not too sweet. I was told that it is a limited flavor. We too the Grandbabies out to the Twilight Market Saturday and stopped at the Milk Lab for something cold and refreshing. The Mango Tea was so good. It's a little slushy with bits of Mango and the green tea is yummy. I will definitely get this again and also try to remake this at home. The Strawberry Matcha was ok, you'll have to ask for sweetener because it doesn't have any, none. The ice cream is ice cream but really good. We got the chocolate and vanilla, in our opinion the vanilla is better. The kids.liked seeing the make it right in front of you. The service was a little slow this particular day. Their taro or ube rolled icecream is soooooo good too ! So flavorful light and can eat multiple portions if my body could handle the sugar and fat :p def get the mochi toppings on it. Great experience at Milk Lab. I went at 12pm on a Wednesday and was a little worried about the parking situation in the area. Fortunately, I found a spot in the 15 minute parking area (around the corner a little from Milk Lab). There wasn't anyone else inside, and the employee greeted me quickly and was friendly. I had looked at the menu ahead of time since there are so many options. I ordered the banana milk latte and a purple taro latte (because I had a coupon...they're a little pricey). The taro latte was so pretty! Both drinks tasted delicious. Next time I'd get the banana milk a little sweeter (more than the 1/2 I went with) as you can adjust sweetness level for all their drinks. read more

I was here a few years ago. I had mango ice cream it was light orange with mango chunks in it. Recently I went back and had mango, it was bright orange no mango chunks and a weird texture. Milklab Raleigh is one of my favorite boba shops in the Triangle. The drinks are consistent and the workers have provided me water on more than one occasion. In this specific review, I include photos of my dalgona crunch latte. It was delicious! One thing about the Raleigh location is that parking isn't the most ample, so if you do come with a large group I suggest carpooling. I'll be back to Milklab Raleigh soon! read more

As a fan of their Cary location, I was excited to see they have a location off West Street in downtown Raleigh. Milk lab offers a variety of flavorful, delicious beverages and rolled ice cream with toppings. This location did not seem to offer as many options as the Cary location, but I may have just missed some menu items. Order online or at the counter. When not busy, orders take about 5 minutes to complete. They roll the ice cream as ordered and then you can pick the toppings that you want. What I was most impressed by at this location was the customer service. The ladies closing Thursday night were incredible. I was ordering for my husband who wanted the cinnamon ice cream. When I arrived they informed me that they did not offer that flavor anymore, but that they would try to replicate it. I said they could just sprinkle some cinnamon sugar onto the vanilla ice cream if they wanted and that would be fine. Instead they went all out and created an incredible cinnamon crunch rolled ice cream. It tasted even better than the previous flavor they had on the menu. They taste tested it amongst themselves to make sure it tasted all right first. I really appreciate the extra work they put into making our visit perfect.
