They provided crystal-clear instructions for my colonoscopy prep, which I completed the day prior. The procedure itself took place at a convenient facility just down the street. Although they were quite busy on the day of my procedure, resulting in a slightly longer visit, the efficiency, care, and dedication of the entire team were outstanding. The physician has an aggressive demeanor. He will pressure into performing a routine sigmoidscopy on every patient that comes into his office.

They literally do not take accountability and it shows. They dont faxed orders for imaging when they say they do and when you call them out they just dont care about your time....dr wont respond back to your messages. When I called back, the receptionist was extremely rude and told me I would have to keep calling until the doctor was available. She refused to provide any information about my results.I then asked if I could schedule an appointment to discuss the results. She told me no and said the doctor was booked for months. When I asked how patients were supposed to receive their results if they couldn't get an appointment, I didn't get a helpful answer.I requested a copy of my results. She said she couldn't email them but could fax them to another doctor. I provided the fax number, but my other doctor's office never received anything. She then told me I would have to come to the office to pick up a copy myself.After making the trip to the office, I was given a copy that was barely readable. When I questioned it, the receptionist was dismissive and said that was how it was sent to her, so that was how I would receive it. Her attitude throughout the entire process was unprofessional and lacked any concern for patients. Fortunately, the office manager was very kind and apologized for the situation. However, the receptionist's behavior reflected very poorly on the practice.The doctor eventually called me back and was polite, but he didn't seem very concerned when I explained what had happened. Overall, the lack of communication, difficulty obtaining test results, and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR!!!! I was referred to this doctor…read moreon Monday when I went to St Joes ER. I have a large mass in the left side of my sinus cavity and a vascular polyp on my right and am having such difficulty breathing. I originally sought care in Corona, but after my CT scan and seeing the surgeon they said they were not equipped to handle the surgery and were going to send me to LA which is too far for mw to drive. I was given Dr Goufman's number from St Joseph's ER and called and made an appointment discussing this with Jessica(she was wonderful) and was set up with an appointment for Wednesday with the doctor. I filled out all the paperwork beforehand and got to my appointment early. I was brought back in the room. When the doctor came in I explained everything that had been happening.... Several trips to the ER for severe recurrent nose bleeds, that the doctors in Corona couldn't treat me further and I handed him the CT scan report. He looked at it and said that I needed to go back to the original doctor that had already been treating me. I explained again it was too far out and I needed a new doctor/facility closer. He rudely threw my paper back at me and said "I wont treat you.... You have already seen another doctor" as I was asking him "what about a second opinion???? He literally ignored me and walked out the door!!!!! I am a retired RN that has worked with so many doctors over my lifetime and I have NEVER been dismissed and treated SO horribly!!!! Jessica was present and I could tell she also felt really bad for how he treated me. I am so sorry that you have to work for such an insufferable man. You deserve better as do all his patients. I cant believe anyone would go back to him ‍ Nobody should have to experience this kind of treatment.... especially someone that has been suffering with such a condition, trying to receive some care and compassion!!!! However, I am very upset with the office's billing staff. I recently received a past-due bill after two years, which was unexpected. When I called the billing department to make the payment and, also to understand the reason for the delay of late notice, I was told that bills had been sent in past and that multiple voicemails were left on my phone--none of which I had received. During the call, the representative(Don't want to name her here) I spoke with became increasingly unprofessional. When I asked for clarification about the delayed billing which was my right to ask, she raised her voice, spoke in a disrespectful tone, and even threatened to send the my account to collections. When I questioned why she was raising her voice and speaking to me that way, her voice raised further more. I was eventually transferred to a supervisor, who handled the situation professionally with a satisfying explanation. While I value Dr. Riff's care, this experience with the billing department was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, it has made me reconsider continuing care at this practice, as I have never experienced such treatment at any facility before.

Dr. Ducker is great. This office is smaller than the Anaheim office, but it is so much closer. It's within spitting distance of my home, so this is massively convenient for me. For obvious personal reasons, I'm not going into a lot of detail, just the doctors in both the Orange and the Anaheim office are excellent, and the support staff is great, helpful, and highly professional. Very accommodating about to which Quest to fax my labs request. Will be on my team of doctors for quite some time. They do research out of here, too. Plenty of free parking, which is just gravy on top of the great care here. Just, free and plenty matter when it comes to parking in The OC, right?

I was hospitalized for server vertigo and loss of hearing left ear. Desperate for an appt and its crucial if you have SSNHL. Treatment must be started within 3 days no later than 2 weeks. I knew I needed to be seen right away. I spoke to Valerie ( I believe ) and she was rude and uncaring. 100 percent. She could care less or have any sympathy for me. I'm not the only patient. I know that but she should be able to identify urgent. Period. She proceeded to tell me she would get me in, in 2 weeks and it would be for a hearing test only. God I am glad I reached out to other practices and found caring staff that knew my situation was dire. I called another place THe Greater Oc spoke to a lady that took my info called me back an hour later on a Friday night and got me in on Monday. Exam, hearing test and treatment was started all same day! What a great experience and a terrible one with this office. Unacceptable. Degrading. Cruel.
