My test results were reviewed thoroughly, he explained everything clearly, and I left the appointment with a good understanding of my treatment plan and next steps. That said, the communication style was not the best fit for me. When I asked a reasonable question about my imaging order, he responded with a lengthy justification that felt more defensive than informative, including references to a mentor and walking through multiple analogies that weren't really necessary. The question was simple curiosity based on my experience with prior doctors, not a challenge to his expertise. For a chronic condition that requires a long-term doctor-patient relationship, communication style matters. He seems competent, but if warm or collaborative communication is important to you, just know that's not really his style. If you want a doctor who strictly follows the guidelines and gets the clinical job done, he'll likely serve you well. read more

Even when I called during business hours and I still got a message that the office is currently closed. They should have a voice message if they are not accepting new patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Singh for several years and have experienced gastrointestinal problems that caused me to fear leaving my home. I lost a lot of weight and was afraid to eat. For the past few months, I have worked with Dr. Singh and Daniel his P.A., to solve what has been the cause of my issues. They were determined to help me and followed up with me every few weeks. We finally discovered the culprit after many attempts of trying different drugs and eliminating others, not to mention all the tests and procedures I went through. I took an over-the-counter heartburn pill every day for at least ten years. They told me to stop that medication and prescribed Pepsid instead. It was a miracle! The day I stopped the heartburn medicine the diarrhea ended. It has been six weeks and I am cured. I cannot thank them enough for their tenacity. I'm writing to let everyone know my experience with this office-how disorganized and unprofessional they are. Called in a week ago to schedule an appointment. Since I'm a new patient, they first verified my insurance. They said they're in network so they set up an appointment for today. They even sent me an online form to prefill to save time for my visit. That was only 5 days ago and it took me half an hour to fill out the form. Then yesterday I also received another text from them to remind me of my appointment today. I took a day off from work to keep this appointment only to be told when I was already in their office that they're not in network anymore with my insurance plan because they merged with another company and they haven't updated their system to reflect the change. And I was thinking, was the merger instantaneous that they didn't have the chance to anticipate the changes as to whether or not they'd still be for example, in my insurance network? I find that hard to believe. By what the receptionist told me, that with mergers changes are inevitable, then why did they wait for me to get into their office, and the trouble of filling out a time consuming form before telling me my insurance is no longer accepted? I left in dismay and they said they're really sorry, but I don't think they are. This happened because they're unprofessional and disorganized. In reality, they don't give a damn because you're not bringing in money to them. Your insurance is out of network. So they don't care. They're not gonna bother calling you to let you know they don't accept your insurance anymore. read more

I'm really disappointed. I was due for my colonoscopy and scheduled an appointment. Despite Covid, I was able to come in the office for a consultation. The PA or whoever it was, said they'd call me as soon as they could. That's as far as it went. They sent me a good sized bill for the consultation (I do have insurance but realize they never billed it) and then never got back to me. Felt like a shady operation. We used to see another Dr from this practice and when my husband had to go to the ER with stomach ulcer Dr Sing was the one we saw and we were happy with him. Our regular Dr retired so we stay with Dr Sing .He explains everything and make you feel you are in great care.it's kind of a bummer that they always make you see the NP I would prefer to see Dr Sing when I make an appointment and not the NP.
