I requested a regular cleaning for my 1bd 1ba apartment, which I thought was a great price point to stay in budget along with all my other medical bills. The women showed up on time, were very kind, and did a phenomenal job cleaning my apartment. They got stains out my oven that I wasn't ever able to get out, which was a miracle. Their work was very thorough and extremely professional. They also helped me make my bed which is extremely helpful considering my injury. Anita Cleaning services did a fantastic job doing a move -out cleaning for a small 2b2b apartment I have in Alhambra. She and Ruben showed up on-time, and they were courteous, professional, and they explained what they would clean. They also asked me if I had any special requests. They cleaned the kitchen- including fridge, stove, hood- and both bathrooms very thoroughly. They also wiped down the windows, blinds, vents, and furniture. They arrived late. The ladies were very sweet, but I specifically requested prior to the cleaning that I wanted them to use the deep cleaning machine for the floors since we had just finished construction. They agreed, but no machine brought. Long story short, my goal for the cleaning wasn't accomplished and they charged me for the full 4hrs though they came about 30 mins late. Revision: Not to discredit the ladies because they worked very hard. I think they would be absolutely perfect for regular maintenance home cleaning. I just would've wished I was told that they wouldn't be able to clean the floors like I expected them to instead of spending all the time doing the same work I've already been doing with the floors. And I specifically told them not to worry about the paint, but the floors were still dusty at the end of the day. That's all. read more

Oh boy! Highly DO NOT recommend. Where to begin? Let's start with last week, when Anita's cleaners arrived at our loft ~20mins late~. As a Hi-Fi enthusiast, I of course showed the two cleaners the equipment as asked them firmly yet kindly to refrain from dusting or touching anything around the equipment. I have had the needle to my record player broken before so have learned to request this with cleaners. They seemed to comprehend, and they started their process. Within minutes, I hear a crash in the bathroom, but figured that they would inform me if anything major of mine broke. Nothing was said to me, so I supposed it must've been one of their cleaning items that had fell/crashed. At the end of the "process", I was charged for the 20 mins they were late to our appointment, presented with my ceramic toilet brush vessel (retail value 80, just bought it last month) and just expected to be ok with the broken vessel and pay for the 20mins they did not clean anything. I paid them, thought to myself, that was odd, and just moved on with my day. The next evening, I went to play a record, and find the needle bent backwards. Woof. I contact Anita's Cleaners and report that I had sincerely, desperately requested the cleaners not to touch the hi-fi equipment. And then this all dissolves into delusion. Who ever answered me, was just simply gaslighting my experience. Not even a "Sorry! Our bad!" Just plain defensiveness and gaslighting ensues. I send photos of the broken needle, and the response I received was "I'll check the body cams". Lol like what? Are they policemen? Even if that was possible (they wore cleaners scrubs with no cams btw) they don't even accept digital payment so does one think they could possibly have sophisticated equipment like body cams, I had to literally laugh at that claim! Lol. They then come back to tell me that, needles cost around $20 dollars. Again, lol no apology, just a defensive comment that there is no way on earth their cleaners could've broken it. I responded with details of my hi-fi, and how it is not a $20 fix. Also, maybe offer that minuscule number instead of making me feel like it's my problem. Btw it's a Hana ML cartridge which $1,200. They didn't try to understand the situation and just jumped to false claims and hysterical gaslighting. I brought up the broken toilet brush vessel too. Just curious what they would say to that since none of this was going well. And what do you know, they claimed that the reason the toilet scrub vessel broke was because it was in a bathroom, and therefore suffered from mold making it fragile and therefore easy to break! Again, no apology or understanding. Just that it is all my problem therefore my fault. All in all, very sad business and it's a bummer because just a simple acknowledgement that their cleaners really goofed up on things would've defused the situation. Instead they double downed on Poor Behavior. And gave really bizarre excuses. Bad business move, you lost a customer. I do not recommend people who lie about the actions of employees. Lost $1,440 bucks that day. Not even the hollow offer of compensation, or a simple sorry. Cheap is cheap. Careless with your belongings, late, and irresponsible responses to real concerns. Once again, in their reply which is long bologna sandwich they just double down again. Did they offer to pay for anything, nada. Did they offer Sincere apologies? Nope. Strikes all around! ''Twas entertaining but painful on my wallet. Ps. I'm not even adding the broken vessel bc it looked like crushed gravel when they tossed it in my trashcan. When I asked if they accepted Zelle or Venmo, she said no. They have a sad dirty little square chip that doesn't work. The two ladies finished 30 minutes after the estimated 4 hour time and did a fantastic cleaning job. They were late, but made an effort to let me know that they were on the way. I had a tenant move-out after three years. It is impossible for someone to clean in a few hours what takes three years of mess, especially if the tenant leaves the place filthy! I also requested for the floors to be cleaned, but they did what was only possible. If you want your floors to be really cleaned, hire a professional; this ladies do a basic floor cleaning.
