I have been using fresh and clean for a couple of years. When I first began using them a crew of 3-4 girls would come and the job was done well and fairly quick... as time went on, the crew dwindled down to 2 girls and they took much longer. I did not like how inconsistent the cleaning was and didn't love how they did not clean glass... I understood this to be a rule of theirs and just thought It odd as I had never had a housekeeper not clean glass (mirrors or windows). Anyways, service has gone downhill but I loved the flat rate I paid for service and the fact that they were flexible on schedule. Since having 2 babies I have relied on their cleaning and haven't switched services - until now... Last month I was scheduled for a cleaning and at 1 girl showed up to clean my 4 bd 2 ba house. The cleaning took hours! She did a good job but the amount of time it took was outrageous. I felt so bad for the girl but was pretty annoyed as I was caring for my newborn and 1 year old and needed the job done quickly. This annoyed my husband and he wanted to switch services immediately... but I figured I would give it another chance... This next time I was scheduled for Thursday at 9-930 am for girls to show up. No in route message was received and no one ever showed up. I called and text them multiple times and NEVER got a response. This was extremely unprofessional. Sooo now here I am, rocking my newborn to sleep and putting my toddler down next, before I have to clean the house for the guests that we have coming over this weekend! Update: Wow the owner responded with a straight up lie. I have ring evidence the shelf was fine. One of the ladies wiped down the shelf 14 minutes before another lady put all her weight on the shelf and broke it straight off the wall. If my shelf was loose, wouldn't it have fallen when the first Lady cleaned it? Also they did not clean the washer and dryer. Lies. I dont even know why I'm legitimizing their lies by responding. I've updated my 2 star review to a 1 star review. It's clear the problem with this business starts at the top. Dishonesty and bad-faith. My experience went from bad to worse from an owner that wasn't even there responding to a honest review by automatically accusing me of lying and having a loose shelf when I have ring evidence. Mind-blown. I would advise anyone to avoid doing business with such a dishonest and unscrupulous business. Truth is I don't mind the broken shelf or dirty stairs as much as I absolutely detest the response and conduct by the "owner." Lacks any semblance of accountability, integrity, customer service, humanity, or business-sense. Just looking out for her own tail at all costs. Even blindly accusing me of being a liar. There used to be 2-3 cleaners per clean which would take about 45min to clean my 2 bd / 2 bath apartment. Now there is only one cleaner and takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes. Highly recommend these ladies! The first deep clean is a pretty steep price, but comparable to other places in the area - our fridge looked brand new afterwards! We thought it was a bit weird that the ladies didn't replace the trash bins and ended up putting the trash on the side of the house opposite of our garbage bins, but once we asked them to change that, they were on top of it. They offer discounts depending on the frequency of the cleans. If you have little ones, I definitely recommend this service! It feels so good to see your home so much cleaner! Also: Erika is amazing at communicating! She is professional, prompt, and positive! I've had issues with other companies before, but she is on top of it! There was one instance where they were going to be an hour or two late, but Erika told me immediately, and we ended up rescheduling it.
