They didn't have a single piece of moving equipment, actually. No dollies - nothing. They packed so inefficiently we were forced to rent another Pod, beyond our 28' truck, which cost another $1800. Upon unpacking in our new home, the truck was in shambles. The pics show the damage which amounts to more than $2,000. The owner has basically said we benefited from his cheap labor and he carries NO INSURANCE!!! He claimed he "wasn't in possession" of our stuff so someone else must have done this?? We supervised the unloading and took pics of everything on the truck, as it was packed. Rich, the owner, takes NO responsibility and blames everyone else but the truck was locked by ABF upon them completing the packing. I don't have a key. ABF unlocked it at our new location, which we witnessed. In trying to resolve with Rich he resorted to personal name calling. Extremely unprofessional people.

The day of the move they were all kind and careful with belongings. My sister and I actually had fun the day of the move and helping these guys get stuff done quickly! Their bid was on track for timing and no extra charge surprises the day of the move.
