The program is poorly managed, if they manage it at all. This program has made this gym a hang out for unsupervised teens. I'm not talking about inside the gym, i'm talking about outside the front doors and parking lot. My wife and I pulled into a spot near the front door. We sat there for about 30-45 minutes while our phones charged before going in. There were 10-15 teens hanging out outside the front door. Yelling obscenities and racial slurs at each other. There was also a strong majaurana smell in the air as well. Then these teens started running around the parking lot chasing each other. PF employees at the counter, inside, periodically looked outside, but never came out to do anything. We decided to leave rather than go in because we no longer felt safe there. I understand the "giving back" aspect of the program, but, PF has a responsobility to provide supervision if they are going to promote a program where minors can be on the premises without parents. Otherwise this program is a powder keg for violence.

When the previous gym shut abruptly, Brice had us up and running in the current gym basically overnight. Amazing. He prices his services to motivate you to go 3x a week. That may sound like a lot but it creates a routine. And that's GOOD. He pushes you in a "you can do this" way but is realistic if the weight is just too much. Brice balances the sessions so that your whole body gets a workout over the week. And he is big on stretching. He works hard to plan productive sessions where your time is valued. Not much on chitchat and no "lollygagging". Heather covers on certain days of the week; she is knowledgeable as well with a dry sense of humor. I highly recommend giving them a try. I realize it's the patrons but it's just unorganized and not cleaned up at all. Folks leaving weights racked, and on the ground. Just unkempt. Where I was completely grossed out was the mens bathroom. It was so dirty I honestly didn't want to step on it with my socks. The photos are of the shower and floor there. They haven't been cleaned properly in MONTHS. I've ran into a few anytime where the management/ownership isn't very involved, and it appears this is one of those locations. What's wild is they don't have a lot of the gyms in the area, if they spent some money and time they could be something special. Unfortunately they're going to be a hard pass for me in the future. I'd rather wait to workout in the afternoon than come here in its current state.
