Avoid coming here. Just left this place not too long ago to then see that my eyebrows look completely different and uneven. Not sure what they lady was thinking other than being on the phone while servicing a customer. This type of "services" need to stop. I was passing by I notice in the window $3.00 for eyebrow threading. I was kinda skeptical about going in but I thought the why not I will give them a chance. As soon as I walked in everyone in the shop was nice and the shop is very clean and organized, there was people waiting but it wasn't a long wait. Pooja is GREAT!!! She did a good job threading my eyebrows, I told her I just wanted my eyebrows clean don't take a lot of hair off. Pooja works fast and efficient, it was painless getting my eyebrows threaded. If you go during rush hour, not only you have to wait for their service but they will cut down their service here and there. I have gone for facial 3 times and today was the worst. After waiting for about 40 mins, my turn came. She rushed through the whole process and at the end the lady made me wash my face in the bathroom all my myself with the dry mask on while she went to wash some other clientele's hair!! Finish taking care of one customer before you take over another!! This was completely rude and GUESS what... they dont charge you a penny leas for less service provided! This is my go to for eyebrows - Anu and her staff are great. They do a consistently good job on my brows for the ridiculous price of $3 - what more can you ask for? Plus, the entire team is friendly and welcoming and they remember their regulars, which is always appreciated. Located conveniently in a shopping center with plenty of parking as well. Very sweet workers. Anmol aunty has magic in her hands to do eyebrows. My eyebrows were a mess and she worked her thread magic and bam my eyebrows are stunning again! They are pretty good with the threading the pain is tolerable and they wax is at a good temperature so your skin doesnt come off. Definitley give this place a try. Yes the price is good but you will not get satisfactory service at all times. The last 2 times I went my eyebrows were not done well. When I went in February, there was a rush so Anmol rushed on my eyebrows and finished within 4 minutes. She only cut the hair off 1 eyebrow and not the other, so the amount of hair on each eyebrow was uneven and before I could say anything, she was at the register ready for me to pay so she could take the next customer. The last time I went was a month ago in March and there was extra hair taken off one of my eyebrows. I understand that mistakes happen but at least address the problem with me, I'm very reasonable and she did not. The results here are very inconsistent so I will not be returning regardless of the good price. I have attached the photos of my eyebrows that I took today. I went for my face waxing. She forgot to do my forehead (owner)and my eyebrows were uneven few times. she's always rushing through and doesn't care about her customers I think they give priority to the people who are their regular customers otherwise you would have to wait if you go during rush hours. I went for hair cut she made me stand and did my haircut in 2 mins and went to do another customer facial which is so unprofessional I will not be going back there again. read more

The owner cares about her customer's needs. So attentive and very caring, not to mention she is THE BEST when it comes to eyebrows! She shapes and cleans up eyebrows better than anyone I've ever been to. Trust her completely. Also, she never pushes you to try any treatments, she only suggests it if it is in your best interest. Seriously, one time I asked for her facial, and she even said the more expensive one wouldn't work well on my skin and recommended a cheaper alternative. Such a caring woman! I just moved here and previously had the same eyebrow girl for 4 years and was frightened of anyone new. This woman literally gave me the best clean up I EVER had of any eyebrow threading in my life - I'm mad I didn't use her for my wedding - and it was $3!!!! I swear I'm not from this area and can never go to her again, but I'm so impressed and my husband was too that he was actually the one who insisted I leave a good review for a first time eyebrow threaded because he's seen my brows get destroyed through experimentation before. You can't go wrong. I paid $10 because that was the cc minimum for what she charges $3 for eyebrow threading - where I come from its $17 - and I would've tipped her more had I known. Seriously I'm an eyebrow threading self proclaimed nazi (sorry for the offense I swear it's just for a visual) and this woman set the bar. I'd almost drive 70 miles every 2 weeks just to see her. read more
