I arrived 30 min early to my appointment and the red head front desk worker was PISSED to see me walk through that door EARLY. Me arriving early in her eyes was an equivalent of someone bringing a dead possum and throwing it in front of her. She emphasized that patients should only arrive early if they have forms to fill out otherwise it's pretty much unacceptable. I later understood why her reaction was so bizarre-the place was overbooked so once that happens from what I saw GOOD customer service flies out the window. Once I got "lectured" about all the things I did wrong I wasn't offered to sit down and wait or have a drink (there's a coffee maker in the waiting area), the energy she put into letting me know how shockingly early I arrived was so negative that I couldn't stay in one room with her for another second. I left and came back just in time for my appointment but I wasn't seen then, I waited for 15 more minutes to get seen and the whole time she was "super busy" to acknowledge I was there waiting to be called so I had to ask when can I get seen. After my consult with Dr. M his assistant told this same worker to grab a cleanser (that is literally given out for free for a review) so I could purchase it upon checkout. I declined since I saw that "free product sign" just to see her reaction and guess what - she said "OK bye". She could've been nice from the start since she's sitting at the front desk and is "the face" of this business. I am the customer-she's not doing me a favor by getting up and bringing something for me - patients like me make sure bills are getting paid, the least anyone in customer service can do is give great service. I don't know why she chose to be unpleasant and why she had so much attitude from the very beginning but her disgusting attempt to provide customer service made me not want to ever step foot in this place again. I do not wish to have another encounter with someone so rude and unprofessional. The "face" I was shown by this particular worker is unfortunately a really poor representation of this establishment.
