I was with a friend and we decided to get one of each and share. First: the hot chocolate. I got it with oat milk. Now I don't know if that plays into effect on how it tastes later on but it was not very chocolaty. The first few sips were so good! Great chocolate flavor and taste! About halfway through it started to taste dull/watery. I thought maybe the chocolate was at the bottom of the cup so I mixed it again and took another sip... nope, still watery. It might have something to do with the oat milk substitute but it tasted fine at the beginning so I'm not sure exactly what happened. Really disappointed too. Second: the cinnamon roll! Very fluffy and great cinnamon ration! Wasn't very overwhelming and the frosting was the perfect amount of sweet! Third: the crumble cake! So good! Loved the powdered sugar topping and the cake wasn't dry! Overall the pastry items saved this trip from being really disappointing. I was hoping for more with the hot chocolate, got let down. But got picked back up with the pastries! I do want to try more pastries when I go back so maybe I'll get the hot chocolate again but with regular milk.

Then when I was there, I added a big pretzel and that came to ... $18. It's VERY big but seems like maybe $10-$12 would be luxury pricing instead of $16. I'll probably come back because it's near my house and it is so tasty, but if I had to drive, this might be the death knell. I have a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth. And an empty belly.
