Ann is such a sweet lady, she respond quick too. She made these lovely Disney princess cake pops, delivery early in person, each cake pop is individually wrapped too. Most importantly, they tastes so good. Not too sweet, and perfect size for kiddo to finishes one cake pop. I highly recommend Ann's sweet treats for your party desserts service.

I am so happy to have found this business. I started with ordering a few simple desserts and keep having to return! Customer service is elite! Ann communicates and walks her customers through each step of the ordering process, she offers delivery and comes through with the most beautiful and delicious treats. You can tell a lot of time, effort, and care goes into the products. The picture I've included is a simple design I ordered a few years back. I wish I had a photo of my more recent purchases but the desserts are so delicious I often eat them without getting a picture The business offers a variety of decoration and flavor options that suit all preferences. I will be recommending this business to everyone!

The cafe has a cute location next to Ruby's on E 33rd ave. The location is clean and modern, and the lady behind the counter was professional and friendly. I got there shortly after 7am on a Thursday, so I had a great selection to choose from. I tried the almond croissant ($7) and the pistachio one ($8.5). Their croissant is a third bigger than normal, and buttery and flakey, as expected in a croissant. Almond croissant is delicious. There's a thin layer of almond paste, and I think they could be little bit more generous with the almond paste given the croissant is so big. There were hardly any at the ends. Pistachio croissant looks better than it tastes. There's a fluffy sour cream butter sort of filling in the middle which didn't taste much like pistachio. I would prefer a solid pistachio paste or sprinkles of pistachio. I wanted to taste the pistachio and I wasn't getting it. I would try their chocolate croissant next time. So this place might be a hit or miss depending on what you order.

I went in about 8 am on a Tuesday and while it wasn't very busy inside, most of the pastries were already gone! In order to avoid missing out on an item you want, you can order online with options to pay online or pay at the store. The croissants are absolutely delicious- crunchy, buttery, soft. Even the cinnamon roll was made out of the same pastry which was a surprise! For the holiday croissant trees, we ranked them in order: 1) Naughty Strawberry, 2) Nice Pecan, 3) Merry Pistachio. We didn't care for the sprinkles but understood the visual appeal! They were easy to wipe off anyways. Took off stars for customer service. My experience wasn't very friendly and the staff didn't look too pleased to be there either. They made a big deal about their online prices being incorrect versus what it was in store, and charged me the higher amount (even though that's not my fault but the person that entered it). I was standing there for a couple of minutes before I had the ask them what the issue was. One guy couldn't figure it out so passed it on to another person and left without saying anything. The 2nd employee came in late (who later told me she was the manager of Ruby Good Shoes - Hasena), didn't initiate any greetings, but they were quick to badmouth another employee who didn't show up for their shift. To a customer - wow! She perked up when I inquired about her restaurant and told me to come back to try but having experience working in customer service & food service, I can't support talking poorly about your fellow coworkers. Mainly street parking and some spaces behind the building.

He was flexible in trying to accommodate my timing for pickup (I work in healthcare) which was much appreciated. The pickup was easy (the cheesecake was left at the front with my name on it) and the front desk girl checked me out without issue. Once defrosted, this cheesecake did not disappoint! Especially if you like chocolate on chocolate on chocolate this is one decadent beast worth trying. I will definitely be returning for the next special event that demands a cheesecake!

There's a viral video going around saying D Bar has one of the best hot chocolates in Denver! I was really excited to try it. While there, I saw in the display case a cinnamon roll and crumble cake! I was with a friend and we decided to get one of each and share. First: the hot chocolate. I got it with oat milk. Now I don't know if that plays into effect on how it tastes later on but it was not very chocolaty. The first few sips were so good! Great chocolate flavor and taste! About halfway through it started to taste dull/watery. I thought maybe the chocolate was at the bottom of the cup so I mixed it again and took another sip... nope, still watery. It might have something to do with the oat milk substitute but it tasted fine at the beginning so I'm not sure exactly what happened. Really disappointed too. Second: the cinnamon roll! Very fluffy and great cinnamon ration! Wasn't very overwhelming and the frosting was the perfect amount of sweet! Third: the crumble cake! So good! Loved the powdered sugar topping and the cake wasn't dry! Overall the pastry items saved this trip from being really disappointing. I was hoping for more with the hot chocolate, got let down. But got picked back up with the pastries! I do want to try more pastries when I go back so maybe I'll get the hot chocolate again but with regular milk.

The ube latte was perfectly sweet with a strong ube flavor. The crème brûlée cruffin had a top that was so crispy from the toasted sugar that I couldn't cut into it, and the bottom was just stuffed full of cream. It was super messy to eat and impossible to share- next time I am getting my own. We also had the pandan coconut cupcake, which was good but not as exciting as the cruffin. The pandan and coconut were both equally strong flavors- I liked it better than my husband did. The Thai tea cake in a cup was also excellent, but outshone by the cruffin. They were out of a few other things we wanted to try by 11am on a Saturday, so get there early if you want something specific. The gentleman running the counter was very friendly and efficient, even when they were busy. Seriously, get the crème brûlée cruffin. I know I will be back for it.

The space is cozy, welcoming, and a great place to relax with a cup of coffee. I ordered the Vietnamese coffee because, as a Vietnamese customer, I was excited to taste a familiar flavor from home. Unfortunately, it didn't taste like traditional Vietnamese coffee. It was quite mild and lacked the bold, rich flavor and sweetness that Vietnamese coffee is known for. I truly hope the owner will consider refining the recipe to make it more authentic. It would make the experience even better for Vietnamese customers looking for the taste of home, while also introducing others to what real Vietnamese coffee is supposed to taste like. Overall, I still enjoyed my visit and wish this local business continued success.

We've dined inside before, but yesterday we stopped in to pick up pastries and were reminded why this is one of our favorite bakeries in Denver. The croissants are incredibly flaky and buttery with the perfect ratio of ham and Swiss, the blueberry muffin was moist without being overly sweet, and the éclair disappeared embarrassingly fast. We always have every intention of taking pictures... and then we take one bite and completely forget. That's probably the best compliment we can give. The Kouign is delicious but it is also pretty darn small. It's the size of a muffin. Then when I was there, I added a big pretzel and that came to ... $18. It's VERY big but seems like maybe $10-$12 would be luxury pricing instead of $16. I'll probably come back because it's near my house and it is so tasty, but if I had to drive, this might be the death knell. I have a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth. And an empty belly.
