Stunningly beautiful store that is filled with so many amazing things. They have clothing, decor and little goodies for babies and kids that are top quality. Adorable and stylish you'll for sure find something for the little ones in your life. They also carry an amazing selection of clothing items for women. I wish I could say they carry plus size clothing but I don't see much of any when I come in. When I have seen things that looked larger they were more matronly looking. This is the only reason this isn't a 5 star review. They have some amazing home decor finds, as well as gift items and jewelry. They also have a great back room sale section (where the fitting rooms are). You can get some great pieces here for a good deal. You get what you pay for and here you are getting high quality, items that will last forever. I will for sure be back to shop! read more

I truly want to support small businesses in Atascadero as this is my home town. Walking through the new shops on Entrada and Traffic Way today searching for a dress, shoes and jewelry for a wedding. Understandably with Covid this shop is by appointment only. My apologies, I had no idea. The door was unlocked so I pulled on it and was immediately asked what I needed. Trying to ask questions I felt discounted because the gal was busy letting UPS gentleman out. Whether it was meant to make me feel slighted or not, I did not feel welcome at all. With so many businesses working for success I hope you revamp your customer service skills. As for me, I will try the other shops in town. read more

Came here during the sip and stroll with my wife, intended on buying something to decorate the house. We just bought a condo on el Camino real 3 miles away and have never been to this event. We felt a little uncomfortable but we were enjoying the beautiful decorations and shopping. We approached the wine vendors table to ask how the event works and I greeted them by saying "how are you doing?" I was greeted with a cold stare as the woman looked away to converse with the other man at the booth, and we were ignored. I asked my wife to leave because I felt very uncomfortable after that interaction. We're new to the area and LOVE to shop local and support small businesses. Yet we agreed that we would never go to that store again. The whole experience was very uncomfortable for us. Thank God the florist down the street was kind enough to explain how everything works and direct us to the commerce desk where we bought my wife a tasting wristband (I was driving so none for me!) and enjoyed every other shop we stepped foot in!!! Why oh why is it appointment only still? I have supported Anna & Co for almost 4 years now. I always thought it was a cute shop for baby/kids items and pretty dresses and accessories. It was a great boutique to have in downtown Atown. During the pandemic, I had good experiences shopping virtually. When I was looking for something specific (Jellycat stuff animal for example) it was really easy to send a message on Instagram and completely my purchase for pick up. Anna was responsive and helpful. However, now that the crisis is over, I was really looking forward to being able to shop in the store again. I love browsing and seeing new product arrivals. But it's STILL appointment only? You have to book a 45 mins "private shopping experience" and it's not kid friendly. Sorry but as a mother of 2 littles, that's just not doable for me. Alternatively, a Zoom video appointment isn't very appealing either. I'm just bummed. This is a great store and as an Atascadero resident, I love to shop locally. But unfortunately Anna and Co makes that pretty challenging. Fingers crossed they reopen their doors soon. read more

To mirror another's comments here, I have been trying to support local businesses this holiday season. That said, I've not run into any businesses who are (at this stage of the pandemic) doing appointment only based shopping. I shopped here pre-pandemic and loved the options. I stopped by today to spend a few minutes selecting a gift for a little girl (I've never met) who is visiting our home for Christmas. Had hoped to quickly select a cute stuffed animal or accessory. I did not need a 45 minute shopping 'appointment' to accomplish that. Someone did open the locked door for me, only to suggest I 'check their schedule' for an appointment. I wish them much luck succeeding at keeping their doors open with this approach to business. But for me, I'm afraid today I switched to Amazon for my shopping needs. I just found the unwillingness to let me in the door for a 5-10 minute shop a bit too unwelcoming & unreasonable (like the other reviewer said). Honestly, not sure I will ever return. read more

The cutest new boutique in the area! Every time I visit I find something I have to have, for my nieces and nephews and myself. Even my husband found something when he came with me. She has the cutest things for babies to kids, perfect gifts and she wraps everything, which I love. My purchases have included a large straw tote bag (now I want a small one), a remote flyer for an 8 year old nephew, a princess crown headband for a young niece, a camo deer sweater for my nephew in the Mid-West, some really unique and beautiful washable baby books, the KikKee Pants pajamas & blanket for a baby shower gift, a "hips sister" pocket belt to wear hiking / running...wow, I didn't realize I'd bought so much until I started writing it down. And I'm sure there is still more. The owner, Anna, is doing such a wonderful job of curating her merchandise. She's looking for brands and items not available anywhere else in the area, and as she gets feedback from customers her store evolves. I love this shop! read more

This shop is so cute! If you are in Atascadero or passing by to Paso or you live in SLO, you need to visit this store! I was able to complete most of my Christmas shopping in one visit and still found a few things for me. Great women's clothing with many items straight from Italy. Super cute children's clothing that's perfect for family pictures. I found several items in the home goods section that made perfect gifts for co-workers and in-laws. Did I mention they wrapped my gifts too? Now that the holidays are over I can l't wait to see what Anna gets in for Spring! read more

This is one of the most beautiful boutique in California. It's shop by appointment. So you get the one on one service that some of us, like myself need. The most beautiful clothes anywhere are sold here. In addition they have children's clothes, babies clothes, children's books and gifts. They have a whole baby shop with a most incredible and best baby clothing available. They have a large selection of Home goods and candles. They also have a large selection of beautiful handcrafted jewelry. If you're in the Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, Atascadero area, this is a must see. I live in the San Francisco Bay area and shop very frequently. Can't make it down? Not a problem they have a live Facebook show every morning at 10 AM. Tuesday through Saturday. Shipping is fast and reasonable. Enjoy! I can't believe people are angry because it's shot by appointment. People are so entitled. It actually makes me laugh. I, too, try to support our local businesses but was disappointed with my experience at this store. I bought two items, identical except in color, and was charged two very different prices, which I didn't notice at the time. When I did, I called and was told that I was "lucky" to have gotten one at a lower price since they had recently raised them. Anna refused to honor the lower price for the second item. A retail business, with a store front on Entrada that is by appointment only probably isn't going to see too much business. I completely understand and support the issues surrounding Covid but from a consumer perspective, most of us don't make appointments to shop. Love the store and everything in it! My new favorite store in SLO County to get my young daughter clothes!!!!! The style is very Santa Barbara/LA but with prices that fit Atascadero. I loved that they have clothing for ladies too- similar to the baby abs kids clothes everything was unique for the area (hello Target town) with quality fabric. Every single product would be a great gift for anyone in your life. The only thing that I was sad about was I wanted 5-6 pieces of wall art for the kids room and being in A-town felt weird paying Land of the Nod prices. Where do I start? Oh yeah..... Anna is rude. I purchased over $500 worth of clothing. Tried to exchange 1 top and she wouldn't take it back because it didn't have a manufacturer's tag, despite having the receipt etc. No refunds either! The issue for me was how condescending and rude she was when telling me she wouldn't take back the brand new item. She attempted to shame me! Also, they make a big deal about having shoppers make an appointment to come in but when you get there they are so busy wrapping mail orders and talking to each other that they don't pay attention anyway. They were out of all the most common sizes in much of the clothing. Certainly not worth the hype for the "linen" she sells. Not the kind of customer service that's good In a small town. I won't be back and I'm going to pass the word to all my friends who are "curious" about this "personal shopping experience" to stay away! On to FB..... read more

I was excited to bring my mom into one of my favorite stores but possibly the gal/owner that normally works their was having a bad day because she was extremely rude and gave horrible customer service. I have spent over $300.00 on maternity dresses, baby clothes, hats and jewelry in this store and when i inquired about the return policy on a dress I purchased there was no eye contact, short responses and the owner implied the return was because it didn't fit. The dress fits I just didn't really like it and I respectfully understood the return policy .. she just wasn't very polite with her response or how she handled the situation. I planned on buying some additional items this day but the lack of customer service and awkwardness really turned me off. read more

I needed to shop for a birthday gift, and I needed some reading glasses. I saw reading glasses on Facebook, so I emailed Anna, and we set up an appointment. I had the best concierge facetime shopping experience! I shared some basic info about the person I was buying the gift for, and she had some things picked out ahead of time! Cute stuff however mislabeled and poorly sewn clothing. Purchased size 12-18 month for a 8month old (20th percentile weight/age). Could not even get outfit on without cutting off circulation. Went to return with tags on and receipt. Could not even exchange for store credit or sale price. Spent 37.71$ on trash. No accommodations for out of town purchase , understandably 15 day return policy but only travel here 1x a month. So rude for a family business - will stick to Nordstrom's or a place of quality. read more

The owner has clearly put a lot of love, effort and thought into every detail.
