What they conveniently fail to explain upfront is that the $60 is only the "sitting fee" and we were never told until after our photos were taken that the pictures themselves would be an additional cost. The actual shoot was fine, but after that they made us wait over an hour and a half after the session just to receive our photos and check out. We were taken into a small room and the employee showed us a slideshow with packages starting at $500 minimum. For quick funny vacation family photos, those prices are beyond ridiculous. These are not luxury portraits or wedding photos so why are they charging as such?? What's worse is that there were no affordable digital options available either. Instead, the cheapest photo option is $47 per individual print before fees and taxes. I ended up paying a $20 "sitting fee" for two people plus $55 after tax for ONE unframed 8x10 print. That pricing is laughable. The entire business model feels designed to mislead customers upfront and pressure them into spending hundreds after they've already invested their time into the shoot. The customer service only made the experience worse. Despite repeatedly mentioning that we had a six hour drive home and needed to leave, the front desk/sales employee continued rambling about her personal life instead of simply completing the transaction. What should have been a quick and fun experience dragged into a frustrating two and a half hour ordeal. And on top of that, they gave us a wrong photo so we went back into to get the one we paid for and they gave us the wrong one again. I had high hopes when I saw they had 4.9 stars on google but after looking on other platforms (after our bad experience) and seeing much lower ratings, it's obvious they're deleting their bad reviews. Read the negative reviews carefully because they describe exactly what happened to us. This place relies on misleading advertising, high pressure sales tactics, and hidden pricing to make money. Avoid it unless you're prepared to spend far more than they initially lead you to believe.

Fun thing to do on vacation! We got a Groupon deal for $7 that allowed up to 8 people in a…read morephotoshoot. Booking was easy and we were able to do it on the same day we purchased the deal. There were 7 of us, and the check-in was quick and easy. First you choose your background (saloon or formal living room for our party size), then they take the women back to choose the costumes. We can choose from short sassy dresses to long classy ones. You can buy a pair of fishnet pantyhose for $5 to keep. The guys also get dressed with western outfits with hats and gun holsters. They accessorize everyone before entering the set. The photographer was very experienced and told us how to sit and pose. We went through 5-6 poses and various expressions. It was a lot of fun. Once everyone was changed back, it took them about 5-10 min to load the pictures to the computer to let us choose from all of the shots. Additional prints are $25 each, added $5 for color print . Of course we had to buy extra!! Overall, a great experience.
