My daughter got a cute little pedicure and it was done very well. The lady made sure to check that the polish was smooth and neat. My lady did a great job on mine also! She does each nail one by one and has you flip your finger over and cure so the product shapes toward the middle instead of running on the edges. The product is hard but thin when it grows out it looks very natural and not thick & bulky like the shops you would traditionally go to. I can't recommend her enough! They were whispering among themselves, and the tech who originally did my daughter's nails, July, came over in an intimidating manner. She even talked the new tech out of redoing the nails, despite the front desk promising otherwise. At that point, I had no choice but to demand a refund. The entire situation was embarrassing and unprofessional, and it felt like the whole salon was watching instead of helping. No customer -- especially a young girl -- should be treated that way.

When I asked for colors she chose just to do what colors she wanted that were in her drawer. So not only did she charge me more then she had originally said but also didn't do the design nor the colors I wanted I'm very upset and won't come back ruined my day of wanting to pamper myself.
