Hi Lena, I wanted to leave honest feedback because I've never had this issue before. I got my nails done on May 8th, and within a short time they started feeling brittle and crumbling/chipping much earlier than expected. Looking closely, it also appears the dip powder may not have been fully cured or sealed properly because you can still see tiny white spots throughout the nails. I usually don't experience this with fresh sets, so I was disappointed, especially since I initially liked how they looked. I just wanted to share my experience and hopefully this helps with future services. read more

First time at this nail salon. I made an appointment the day before for a pedicure. I walked in right at my appointment time and was taken straight to a chair for my pedicure. There were several others waiting, but I really appreciated that having the appointment meant I didn't have to wait at all. There were 10 pedicure chairs and probably 10-12 manicure chairs and on a Saturday at 10:30am, it was pretty busy. The place was clean and there were a ton of employees working. I chose the classic pedicure for $42. It included soaking your feet, nail and cuticle trimming, callus scrubbing, a sugar scrub on your legs and feet, a massage with lotion, a hot stone massage, and finally a hot towel. I would say for the price it's pretty similar to other places, but maybe a little bit cheaper. This was the second cheapest option, so there were other pedicure types that included more that were more expensive. There's also a ton of colors to choose from. I'm not sure how much more gel polish is since I just got regular polish. I was really happy with my pedicure. The chairs were comfy, the massage was great. And my feet are nice and refreshed. There is a 2.5% fee for using a credit card and there is an ATM there to use. I will definitely be back. read more

I was in a desperate need to get a full beauty service done before my 5week trip to Taiwan for my prewedding photoshoot. Special Nails at the last minute made accomentations to open early at 730am for me to get my Pedi with Tammy. She was amazing as always. She also did my eyebrow wax. She then transfer me to Sophia who did my nails. Sophia is definiately the master nail tech. She knows what she is doing. She recommended flex-gel extend almond shape which will last 3week+. I was done before 10am enough time for me to start packing. I love the fact they care about the clients experience by being professional, accomendating, and master in the art. The have upgraded their menu and spa chairs. They have been in business for so long and are able to keep it looking new and upgraded. They have so many choices of color and mimosa. My favorite spot to get my nails done in Roseville! I always get a gel manicure and it lasts for 2 weeks at minimum. This is not my experience with other salons and so this keeps me coming back! Additionally, the employees are all very friendly and efficient! I like to get my manicure and pedicure done at the same time and they have always been able to accommodate that for me. read more

All sets done by Sophia! I get a full set once a month and they always last 4+ weeks with no lifting, no peeling, no chipping, or breaking. She can do any design no problem! I go to Lena for pedicures because she is fantastic and her attention to detail is unmatched. Salon is very clean and they recently did some renovations and upgrades including new pedicure chairs which are beautiful! read more

I agree with all the positive YELP reviews! My husband and I don't live in the area, our son does. So it our first visit, but not our last visit. We called the last minute and asked for three pedicures, my husband and our son, and myself. First it's in very nice shopping center and the shop was bright clean and busy. They greeted us and said thank you for coming as we said. They sat us right away, none of that waiting 5min stuff turning into a hour wait. They also sat us together. I really appreciated they listen to us, we each picked a different service and there was no upsell no pressure. We had Tammy, Peter and Lilly. They were friendly and attentive and provided us each with excellent service. There pricing is average and upfront, of course they prefer cash but they have a QR code ready for Zelle or Venmo. read more

This was my first time going to this salon. They accept walk ins. First I got a classic pedicure with gel nails. It was a very nice experience. The massage was spectacular. The ambiance is nice and the music they play is quite relaxing. Next, I got my acrylics done. I showed Sophia my reference and she did an AMAZING job. Btw, this is the first time I've ever gotten a design like this. I'm usually more on the basic side like French tips and plain colors. Please book with Sophia. Conveniently located in a strip mall so parking is not an issue. Big place and beautifully decorated with lots of dripping chandeliers, crystal, and other shiny bits. Enormous selection of polish. Large screen TV over the back room doorway displaying videos of tropical places to get dreamily lost in. The front area is lined on both sides with bustling nail work, and the back area is for the pedicures, also lining both sides. If you have a large group, bring them HERE. I got the standard gel pedicure. A little more money than my home salon, but worth it. Annnd... the calf and foot massage went on forever! I've never had a place spend so much time on this part of the pedicure - it was divine. I was in and out in under 1 hour and look forward to returning. read more

When we sat down right away we didn't have to wait, I've told the lady I wanted an acrylic fill and nail shape change to almond, lady responded "okay but it's $10 extra charge." And I agreed with that, then I wanted chrome I wanted a green chrome color. I think she found what she looking for the nail last responded with"it $5 extra charge you want!? " I said no. Then she's started cleaning hear station and while filing my nails she started talking to her colleagues in their language I couldn't understand of what was being said but very unprofessional. While she was filing my nail; the nail lady filed down my nails a lot harder than before. And when she was filing my shapes to create the shape that I chose; I looked at my nails I didn't say anything yet. The nail lady said" what's wrong with nail?" I answered my left thumb and ring finger is crooked." Then she said " I know I'm not done." I sense attitude from her and kept her to her colleagues in their language. (She kept on talking to her colleagues in the entire appointment and spoke to me and husband in English). Over all experience was fine not the best, I like the overall shape of my nails but the quality wasn't best. There are some spots that are properly filled down and uneven buffing, the acrylic application was not properly it's uneven and she's the wrong tools for filing and buffing my nails. I never once was used a proper tool or even sterilized her after she used them. All of tool were dirty. VERY unhygienic!! )) We won't be coming because my nail lady gave me attitude and I didn't feel comfortable when everyone was speaking in their language and I don't know any what they are talking about, not professional. Lastly to end with this she didn't sterilize her tools and equipment.

Since it was wrapped in a paper towel (and looked like trash) it was discarded. She was devastated. The Staff was Empathetic and understanding and all genuinely concerned. David literally climbed into a dumpster, searched and eventually recovered my wife's wedding ring. My Thanks to the entire staff, i wish you all a happy new year.
