My sister and I made an appointment for 2 pedicures, a full acrylic set, and a full Gel X set. My nails took 3 hours and there was so much glue all over my cuticles and under my nails. She admitted to ordering the wrong glue. Even after pointing out areas, the lady left massive amounts of glue under my nails. She tried to cover up some of the pink polka dots with white. Which didn't blend in at all. While the pedicure felt amazing. There is gel polish all around my toenails. She did give me a 50% discount on my Gel X, but the lighting was so bad I couldn't see the extent until I got home. My sister's acrylics were bubbled and filed unevenly, and the gel polish over top was spotty. read more

I got a gel French tip manicure on the Friday before my wedding on Monday, and the nails are still holding up great! I came in asking for a medium length ballerina nails and wound up very unsatisfied. The nail tech did not listen to anything that I said and did a very poor job. My nails are very short and almost almond shaped. When applying my nails she filed them down so much and applied some sort of coat to dehydrate them and when she applies the fake nail my nail started to burn a lot which was scary. I had to ask for a different color also because the color nail sample looked nothing like the actual color. She said that the color fades on the sample and she wound up just painting very poorly over it with a new color. You can see where the original color was. I will not be going back. read more

Great pedi, and very nice staff. They were able to accommodate 3 of us at the same time and we all enjoyed our pedi's! Not pricey like some of the other local places I've visited, and even better service in my opinion. I recommend making a reservation and confirming they are on time before you head out. read more

These are the absolute worst set of nails and service I have ever had in my life. The lady who sits in the front booth took 3 hours to do a simple full set. She literally needs to retire because she sucks. I paid $75 for her to tell me that she could not fix it because this is the best she can do. My plan is to report them to board of Barbering and Cosmetology because they are very unprofessional. Only old white people go there so they are use to short small and simplistic nails rather than youthful and fun looking design nails. My thumb is crooked my nails are very lumpy and not smooth and it looks so bad. I can't wait for two weeks to pass so I can go get another full set and take this mess off my hands. I will never give this place another damn dime of my money and I was anything but damn cheerful. If you go here good luck and only go to Diane because she did great nails on me the 1st time. I'll call them Doc from now on!! Ok, here's one for you. I've NEVER been to a nail salon before, but when I lodged a MASSIVE 3/4" long splinter under my fingernail so deep I couldn't even touch it with any tools I had at home, my wife said, "I'll take you to my nail salon. They can do it for you!". I scoffed at the idea, and instead just cussed and cussed that I would now need to spend the rest of my weekend sitting in the ER, being the guy who "had a splinter". Meanwhile, this actually was seriously painful, and I had decided to just ignore it for a few days, so it would really feel worse and then I'd go the ER anyway...typical for a guy like me. Mind you, this was on Memorial Day, at about 6pm. So, my wife just grabbed me, said "get in the car right now, I'm taking you to my nail salon, and they are about to close", in such a way I knew not to question anymore. So, finger throbbing, away we go. The entire staff at the salon waited until after closing time on a holiday to help me. When we arrive and they assessed my splinter, the lead tech just went to work. She was as precise as any surgeon I've seen, and had all the right tools for sure. After only a couple minutes of prepping my nail so she could position her tools, and "ploop" out it came. What a RELIEF! After disinfecting it, I was good to go...crisis averted! To boot, she wouldn't even charge me for the procedure! I of course still paid her a handsome tip, but she was just happy to help as I was in such pain. Needless to say, they are more than just nail techs...thank you again so very much for all your help. read more

Walked in and asked how much a manicure cost. Was told with gel $30.00, and $18.00 for regular polish. I had chips of old gel on my nails, but most had peeled off prior to walking in. I asked for regular manicure. Very basic in that water soak for 30 seconds. The nail tech had to literally spend less than 3 minutes filing nails. Polish I picked was watered down with remover while I watched. Was not going to use basecoat until I asked for it. Also asked for lotion which is typically part of manicure. He put the lotion on my arms with my watch on for about 1 min. As I went to pay for the minimal manicure I was informed it would be an extra $5.00 because he removed gel chips that were barely visible with the drill. Basically they tried to collect an extra $5.00 after the fact. I did not pay it as it was not disclosed prior nor was there any gel on my nails with the exception of literally specs that were peeled off prior to my visit. I will not come to this business again as not disclosing price prior to vfc a service is dishonest. read more

I called 10mins before I came here, they had a table for my nails ready and reserved for me. Nina was lovely and very helpful, she did my nails exactly how I wanted. Shaped them perfectly, and let me try a few different colors on a nail before I decided which one. Yhe polish doesn't match the color in the bottle!!! w The lady that did my pedicure to perfection and exceeded my expectations, was also very polite and happy. I was a little short in time so they worked together to help me with time. I love how this place is more about the service than $$. They don't charge for tedious things. Like length, or matt! I would highly recommend this to place to everyone. Another thing I really appreciated is that they had a conversation with me, and didn't speak in another language that I didn't understand. They do a good job. Moved to the area and needed a new spot and have been about 4 times now. (I have an allergy so I can't get my nails done as often). Friendly and always fits me into the schedule. They can do trendy styles (coffin, neon, etc) as well just each persons preference. Also pedicure is by far the best ever received. Worth the money every time. She cleans me up at my worst (ingrown nails, calluses) without even having to ask. Go there if you want a quality job. read more
