My daughter had an appointment for a specific service, but she was talked into something completely different. She walked out with uneven nails and poor-quality artwork. When we called, the front desk assured us they would redo her nails and make things right. When we arrived, every nail tech stopped what they were doing to stare at us. They were whispering among themselves, and the tech who originally did my daughter's nails, July, came over in an intimidating manner. She even talked the new tech out of redoing the nails, despite the front desk promising otherwise. At that point, I had no choice but to demand a refund. The entire situation was embarrassing and unprofessional, and it felt like the whole salon was watching instead of helping. No customer -- especially a young girl -- should be treated that way.

They recommended a layer of builder gel to minimize breakage, which I appreciated the insight because I wasn't too sure what I needed for my natural nails to be their best in between sets. Unfortunately the place I went to before to get a full set wasn't as careful with application so my nails had some damage but Amour saved my life! I wish I lived closer so I can come more often but I will definitely be back for regular manicures at least. Their interior and the equipment they use is very well kept. My hands looked so refreshed and revived after my manicure, I felt like I had barbie doll hands. Services are also reasonably priced and the staff is very nice :)

I've never ended up in tears at a nail salon in my life, I didn't like the color I picked and spoke up, asked her if I could change the color. I said I would obviously pay to change it., and she looked at me like I was crazy, yes I don't want this color can we please try something different? Can we look at samples again? She was obviously annoyed and bothered by her body language and her tone speaking in another language. I chose another color quickly and she went onto attack my nails like I was an enemy. She used that sharp electric nail file so fast and carelessly hurting 3 of my nails, leaving them bleeding, She recklessly pulled the foils off of my nails with an angry force that it was so obvious she was pissed she had to redo them again, while throwing them on the floor. I already had a bad day and came to this place to find peace and relaxation. Instead I ran into an entitled nail tech who belittled me and physically hurt me . Even the sweet person next to me felt weird that this lady made me feel so awful. I will be contacting them tomorrow and complaining again. I've been in her position before, but the customer is always right especially if they are offering to pay to change the mistake they made with a nail color. I would never take my anger out on a customer physically and emotionally right in front of them. Especially when I'm paying them for a service. Terrible experience and won't be returning.
