They recommended a layer of builder gel to minimize breakage, which I appreciated the insight because I wasn't too sure what I needed for my natural nails to be their best in between sets. Unfortunately the place I went to before to get a full set wasn't as careful with application so my nails had some damage but Amour saved my life!
