I was deeply disappointed with the treatment I received at this establishment. I had an event to attend and believed I would receive a minor enhancement. The injector lacked experience with a specific filler and resulted in an unnatural appearance. When I returned a few days later, they attributed the issue to swelling. However, it is important to note that when injected with this filler, the results are immediate. Failing to address the problem gives the med spa an unprofessional image. The only viable option was a machine that could potentially dissolve the filler, which unfortunately proved ineffective. What should have been offered was a smaller syringe of the filler for minor touch-ups, but this was not provided, which is disappointing. Despite being a customer since 2019, this was my final visit. I strongly advise against recommending this establishment to others, as the outcomes can be inconsistent. Additionally, it is concerning that the injector engaged in verbal confrontation with me, despite being the one responsible for the error. I am so very disappointed with the AlloClae "Procedures" done to my buttock in their midtown office. If they could not bring the results for $50,000, it should have been discussed. My buttocks was overly filled on the top, and where I have loss of contour and volume is on the bottom and hip dips. The bottom is flat and indented and just simply ugly. My buttock is not appealing at all. I am as self conscious as I was before the procedures and $50,000 in the toilet. I just noticed they advertise $15,000 for 100cc and I paid a heck of a lot more. In addition, I have serious scars that I now need to deal with, and my skin does not heal from scars easily. The first procedure took a significant amount of time, and the second procedure, with the same amount injected was half the time from the first, hmmmmm! I even wonder if I received the full product or diluted. I have lost trust and no one should trust this procedure easily. I went to Mimi for cheek filler. I asked her to specifically focus on enhancing my upper and outer cheek area. She insisted that wasn't appropriate and that I needed filler injected my mid face to achieve a balanced appearance. She said it with such authority that I people pleased and agreed. I regret that day so much. I was 29 at the time with no drooping or jowls prior to her injections. The weight of the filler in my mid face immediately caused drooping (think marionette doll) and I have yet to find a way to reverse the change in my face. I really regret allowing Mimi to convince me to do something I didn't want to do, so I am writing this to warn others and to consider other clinicians for face/cheek filler. Maybe she does other things well, but she clearly didn't know how and where to inject without botching my face. If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid $500 for baby botox in my forehead lines and barely felt any tightness ever- it never kicked in. Meanwhile the year before I paid $400 for the same amount of Botox with a professional doctor and actually couldn't move my forehead for almost 9 months with GREAT results. Disappointing experience...I've been to Beautyfix Medspa three times for baby Botox on my forehead, and every time, areas were missed--leaving my results uneven. After the third visit, the Botox also began fading just three weeks in. I paid $550 for the treatment that was incomplete and didn't last. When I called for a touch-up, I was scheduled for a sales consultation instead where I was told I'd need to pay extra (was told differently over the phone)--which would increase the total cost for one session to nearly $750. The consultant then continued to try and sell me on a monthly membership instead of addressing the problem. At my first session the woman I saw named Ashton was being extremely pushy and wanted me to add on salmon dna to the service. She said it would be about $500 extra. I said I would try it at my next session. The next session comes and I try it out she again says it will be about $500 extra. When I go to check out she writes on piece that I owe $1000 and hands it the receptionist. I question it and say she said it would $500 and they say she used double the amount. I had ten units of sculptra and ten units of radiesse done at the company's Connecticut location but have seen zero results now over six months post-treatment. The provider kept asking me to add more units, showing me before-and-after photos of someone who supposedly had done 100 units. But the after photos they showed me were the ones immediately after the injection with bandages still on. We all know that the immediate swelling would fade in a few days. They didn't seem to be concerned about what the real final results would be and never asked me to schedule a follow-up appointment. All they seemed to care about was to get as much money out of me as possible. In addition, the procedure was done in a rush. The provider kept telling me she had another patient waiting. My experience with the medspa was extremely disappointing, as the overpriced treatment (9 grand) generated no results. I honestly am totally shocked at how my appointment went given the excellent reviews for this store. However, I do feel I need to warn others. Firstly, I went in because of the $230 20 unit botox special, which is a great deal and I was excited to check out a new medspa. I made it clear on the phone that I was looking for masseur Botox for my TMJ with the new customer deal. When I go in for my consultation, I am told that the $230 special doesn't count for masseur, because it's considered a different procedure. I think this should be more clearly advertised & I wish I was told this on the phone when I told them I wanted masseur, but I understand mistakes happen. Although I did miss work for this which totally sucks. If this was the only issue, I wouldn't have written this review and just chalked it up to poor communication. However, when I went in for my consultation, I was told other things that were wrong with my face that needed filler. I never asked for her opinion, and I never consented to her critiquing my physical appearance. I've been to many medspa in the past, never once have I been sat down, told to look straight ahead, and then given suggestions for other problem areas on my face. I did the coolsculpting procedure on july 2018 and the lady basically scammed me into getting the 45 min procedure on the front of the stomach and 35 min procedure on the sides for a total of 6. I paid $4400 for it using care credit. They did treated me nice but the coolsculpting did nothing. My stomach did not change one bit. I wish I could have spent the money on a butt lift. read more

I had kybella treatment done for my double chin. I got 2 vials back in December. December 22nd ,2020 to be exact. It's now February 19th and I still don't see any results my chin looks a bit bigger now than it did before which kinda sucks. Besides that, everything was great down to receptionists, and my injector Guilianna, she was amazing ,informative and kept me at ease the entire session. I looked online and it says it normally takes about a month for everything to dissolve so I'm not sure if I need to wait longer or if it just didn't work on me. read more

Terrible customer service. I had a virtual consultation and pre-paid $1250 for two syringes. Then after going on groupon I see they have the exact same product for two syringes as $648. After calling today the lady on the phone tells me the area I purchased for (chin, jawline) cannot be used in that offer as stated on the groupon. So I go to reread it and it's confusing because under "what you'll get" it says typical treatment areas are chin wrinkles, lines around the mouth etc. But then under "additional info" it says not valid for chin augmentation, jawline augmentation, etc. So I proceed to tell the woman I would like a refund because I don't feel comfortable paying twice the amount of money for literally the same product (Radiasse) and she says ok that's fine and hangs up in my face. However, a few weeks ago I went to BeautyFix and had cheek fillers done with Giulianna, and I have to say this was the best experience by far. She was so nice and welcoming which put me at ease immediately, and she didn't rush anything, which made me feel like she cares a bit more and wants to spend the time making sure she does what's right for YOUR face. I went here for eye fillers to improve my dark under eye circles. Their supposed "top" eye filler person did the injection and the results were very poor/barely any effects whatsoever. I went back a month later to ask them to fix it and their manager/person who runs the place and who has VERY poor customer service skills basically tried to upsell me on additional services claiming that my dark circles couldn't be fixed with eye fillers. Then why did the injector do the eye filler on me in the first place? Total scam. Save your money and go to a place with board-certified dermatologists. Total waste of money!!! read more

Both times nurses bustled in and out of the room, talking amongst themselves and requesting my practitioners attention outside of the room with another patient in the middle of my treatment.
