Alrighty! As of right now you get 4 stars, you'd get the extra star when I'm completely acne free and the red marks are gone. Might be too much, but hey! You gotta work for it. I scheduled by appointment, there is no wait, based on my two visits, I was always called on time. However, the only thing that's makes me feel iffy is that Sherry is pretty much done with me in about 10 mins. Same thing happened to the previous dermatologist that I was seeing. The difference was that the wait lasts over an hr, the visit is about 5 min (in and out of the room), and he barely looks at my face nor feel. At least, Sherry closely examine my face. Much more reassuring. If the medication is not covered by your health insurance, Sherry would try to work around it making it cost less. Next visit is in may. Have to schedule two weeks in advance. For those of you who are using yelp via web and not mobile, there is a tip section you're missing out on! If you ask for water, they will give you a mini bottle of water. :P read more

Went in yesterday just to get the patch allergy test removed, reading is tomorrow, as always a professional and totally efficient time. To summarize, Garland Lee, PA, has been treating my blemish over about a month and I can't say enough praise but to write here. The right treatment, superb communication, great office, staff, scheduling, billing, everything has worked out just right. Their honesty, clarity, being clear about billing, and overall thoughtful make this practice a high recommend. To be fair, minor downsides are waiting 10-20mins/visit (they're very busy, get there on time or, better, 15m ahead of time especially on the 1st visit to process the intake paperwork which recurs each time until insurance is successfully billed), not always getting the doctor, not just Dr. Sherry Shieh who's on long term medical leave her many fellow doctors make for confident treatment and knowledge. I know dermatology is either optional or deferrable, but not only did my situation show how preventive care not just emergency treatment can save pain, emotions, time, and money, but the professional standards of the doctors here have made me respect and follow their dermatological medical advice. I'm writing this review as I wait in the waiting room. It's now 4:41 and I had a 4:00 appointment-- wondering if I'll ever be seen.. Why they book appointments like this, I'll never understand. I don't mind waiting 15/20 min but 45/60 is just ridiculous. If I ever return, I know to arrive an hour after my scheduled appointment. I was finally called back to the room at 4:55 PM. The doctor was friendly and attentive. She checked everything that I asked her to, but offered little advice beyond information I already knew and didn't give me much advise about skin care in general. I felt like it was a waste of an appointment and of my time. I feel like she's a good doctor and informed (but just as informed as I am!). I came out of the office with as much knowledge as I went in with. I definitely don't think she's worthy of 5 stars like most others have given her. If I didn't have to wait an hour to be seen, she probably would have gotten another star because you can tell she's a good doctor, I just didn't think she was ammmmmaaaaaaaaazing! Finding a good general dermatologist in Manhattan should not be this difficult. Believe me, I have toured the city making stops up and down 5th Avenue and throughout the Upper East side. Hours of my life lost forever as I passed away obscene amounts of time in plush waiting rooms reading pamphlets on Restylane and SmartLipo only to be ushered into a sterile examine room to wait another hour for five minutes with a pretentious physician's assistant. Instead of being screened for moles, sun damage, or given a general skin care routine, I waited weeks or even months for appointments to hand over hundreds of dollars in first time patient consult fees to listen to sales pitches on lasers, fillers, and the personal skin care line of the doctor I never did get to see. It has taken me almost ten years in New York to find a good dermatologist with normal hours and a competent office staff who accepts my insurance plan, but I have finally found Dr. Shieh. She is warm, friendly, and extremely thorough. When I expressed concern that a recent breakout seemed hormonal, she asked for a copy of my bloodwork and took the time to explain every part of the lab results to me - more than my primary care physician or the endocrinologist I had paid $750 to see had bothered to do. Dr. Sheih is informed, educated on all the relevant treatment options, and doesn't push services. My appointments have always been right on time and the staff is pleasant and on top of any insurance claims. Plus you are treated with care and respect and don't leave feeling like every last chip of your nail polish has been scrutinized. The best part of all - my skin is looking great. read more

I was recommended by a co-worker on Dr.Shieh and had a few visits. Dr.Shieh was extremely thorough in her approach to skincare and what benefits there are available. Unfortunately, she is difficult to get an appointment with and once you receive an appointment with her, your waiting time in the office is quite lengthy. I booked an appointment with her a month in advance and waited almost an hour and was still in the waiting room. Since I work in the area and needed to go back-I had to return to work (without being seen). I was solely recommended another appointment instead of alternatives so I requested for a return of my co-pay. The reassurance I continued to receive from the receptionist wasn't assuring and unfortunately I actually really needed to see her to follow up on my two month appointment prior to. I did receive a voicemail from Dr.Shieh apologizing and although kind. It is still hard to get an appointment and their office is under-staff (with two doctors). I regrettably have told many of my co-workers and friends about this office with glowing remarks about Dr.Shieh and I will now have to apologize and retract and let them know that they are better off going to a fully staffed dermatologist office. Should you are need of instant dermatologist care -this office is not for you as appointments are too far out. Otherwise, if you are not in a rush and can wait a month or so to see Dr. Shieh and have time available to sit in the office. Then this place is for you. read more

Dr. Shieh manages to strike a rare balance in the medical profession between being efficient and personable. She made a quick but informed diagnosis of my case and took the time to address my questions and concerns. Most doctors don't bother to make sure the patient has a thorough understanding of her own situation, but Dr. Shieh not only wrote down the name of my condition so I could read up on it later but explained the Latin derivative of it! She also wrote down the name of a cheaper, over-the-counter alternative to the medicine she had prescribed and said I could decide for myself whether I wanted to pay up for the non-generic medication. When I asked her for product recommendations, I expected her to try to sell me stuff, but instead she gave me plenty of free samples to try first. When scheduling my first appointment with Dr.Shieh, I was initially discouraged when nobody answered my call during office hours, but when I tried again a few minutes later, I was able to talk to the receptionist. The receptionist originally had me scheduled for a week out, but when I explained my emergency, she was kind enough to squeeze me in that morning. When I showed up, I expected a long wait since I was being squeezed in, but I waited less than 10 minutes before Dr.Shieh's assistant called me in. I've been to Dr. Shieh at least 3x. The two times I never had to wait more than 15 mins. The last time I waited over 45 mins b/c the receptionist made a mistake. However, Dr. Shieh apologized for the mix-up and waived the copayment!! How nice is that! I found her contact information because of yelp reviews. I had horrible acne that did not go away for almost a year. I tried every product and even saw my regular doctor for a prescription. Nothing was working. Finally decided that I need to see a dermatologist. Dr. Shieh was very nice and analyzed my acne, scars and etc. She gave me 3 prescriptions. Within 2 or so weeks, my face was clearing up already and all my friends & family noticed a different! It's definitely not pimple free but at least my pimples aren't big, red and painful anymore. I'm finally not afraid to hide my face. My only problem is that making an appointment with her is hard. It would be about 2 weeks to see her. read more

I just finished coming from Dr. Shieh's office and I'm very pleased. Upon entering her office I was impressed with the building, cleanliness and the receptionists, who were very nice to talk to. I waited for about 20 minutes and was asked a number of questions by her assistant. Who was very thorough. Once she finished Dr. Shieh entered, looked me in the eye and gave me a firm handshake. From then on she was very present and listened to what I had to say, took my information and then gave me her professional opinion. She was very thorough. Her bedside manner was excellent and I felt supported and well informed throughout my experience. I've been to Dr. Shieh's office a few times. Yes, sometimes you have to wait but not any worse than other doctors' offices. Dr. Shieh is very knowledgeable and personable. And even though she's busy, she does answer all questions, pays attention to you, and never tries to sell you services you don't need. So it's worth the wait. I had never had problems with acne in my teens, but in my late 20s developed awful adult acne. When I went to see Dr. Shieh, I didn't believe she could help me... my problem felt pretty hopeless at the time. But within weeks my skin cleared up and has been in good shape ever since. This review is more for Dr. Patel and the practice in general, since I wasn't actually seen by Dr. Shieh herself (as others have noted, she's booked out for quite some time, and I imagine it's because she's excellent). I called Dr. Shieh's office on a Friday afternoon while stuck in bed due to an INSANE rash that had been slowly taking over my legs and creeping to my forearms. I'd already been to the urgent care doctor twice and was told that it was merely a heat rash or *possibly* an allergic reaction to a knee sleeve I wore on a long 2 hour run about a week prior. To describe this rash as painful and itchy would be a gross understatement, so in desperation I looked up a dermatologist close to work and found this practice. While Dr. Shieh herself wasn't immediately available, the office staff was able to book an appointment for me with Dr. Patel on the following Tuesday morning. After an agonizing weekend I was seen immediately by Dr. Patel. From start to finish, my experience with this office and the staff was nothing short of 5-star. Everyone was very warm and welcoming, up-front about billing and insurance, and professional/prompt. Dr. Patel initially diagnosed it similarly to the urgent care doctors and prescribed me some stronger prescriptions to tackle the problem, but after 2 days without any noticeable improvement I began to panic and called the office again to expedite my follow-up appointment. The staff was able to get me in later that day and Dr. Patel prescribed me a different medication course and dealt with my mini-panic attack (admittedly I am a bit of a baby when it comes to health scares) like a champ. These days, it's tough to expect a good bedside manner from doctors, let alone specialists, so I was pleasantly surprised. Finally after dealing with this allergy flare-up for 3 weeks I'm almost 100% back to normal, thanks to Dr. Patel! I can't recommend this office enough and would continue to come here even if it wasn't covered by my insurance. I've seen both Dr Shieh and Dr Clark and both have been fantastic. I've been seeing Dr Shieh for over 5 years. I have eczema and very sensitive skin, and Dr Shieh has always have a great suggestions for new creams and lotions. I've had occasional flare ups on my face and neck caused by allergies and irritations. She got me through my wedding without any flare ups during a difficult time. Dr Clark was the first one to correctly diagnose the recurring painful rash on my forehead as HSV, as well as the time when it flared up in my eye. She explained very clearly what was going on with me and even called me from her cell phone to check on me. Both women are very sweet and professional. The wait is usually not bad, although once or twice I've had a long wait. But that's to be expected at a doctor's office. They fit me in during emergencies, which is the most important. I've live in the Bronx, so the late afternoon appointments are convenient. They take credit cards too. read more

I first visited the office of Dr. Sherry Shieh, MD / Dermatology, Laser & Surgery of Flatiron in April 2017 when I noticed an alarming blemish on my scalp. Having had a shaved/buzzed haircut the summer prior, my scalp was often exposed and unprotected to the sun, so when I noticed the blemish, I made it a point to see a dermatologist. Well, I cannot say enough that I found myself in good hands (literally!) when I walked into the office. I was warmly greeted by the staff who appointed me to Dr. Garland Lee. Dr. Lee conducted my full body scan, including that spot on my scalp that I was worried about. Dr. Lee suggested we send a sample of the blemish out for biopsy because it looked suspicious. I felt nervous, yet at ease because Dr. Lee's comforting, bedside manner allowed me to rest assured that I was going to be okay. I am completely intolerant of pain and Dr. Lee and the staff she worked with were experts at numbing my scalp and distracting me from the procedure that ensued. I honestly was freaking out but it was all made easier to deal with having the professional hands of Dr. Sherry Shieh's team on my head! In the end I was okay -- but I never would have known if I didn't make that first appointment and found myself in their office. The underscore here is that if you are "shopping" around for dermatologists in Manhattan -- look no further than Dermatology, Laser & Surgery of Flatiron. Make your appointment. You won't regret it. This is the best doctor's office/specialist appointment experience I've had. I've never been to a dermatologist before and was definitely anxious about my appointment. Setting it up was pretty easy, however the office is pretty popular and books up a couple weeks in advance - make sure to have your insurance info ready when you call. The office is very easy to find and also very clean. The receptionists are friendly, professional, and efficient. My appointment started on time even on a busy afternoon. Dr. Shieh was out on medical leave so I saw Dr. Bhanusali instead. He is one of the funniest doctors I've had and put me completely at ease. He was highly knowledgeable and did a great job of listening to my concerns, explaining his thoughts, and making recommendations for how to monitor my skin in the future. I went for a first time skin screening and it was so much less stressful than I imagined it to be - the whole process took only 10 to 15 minutes, so very efficient. This review has been due for a long time...since May last year, actually! I was helped by Dr. Clark when I came to Dr. Shieh's office for something I thought was a blood blister or "suspicious mole." Dr. Clark was very friendly and gently broke the news to me that the thing on my hip was actually a DEER TICK! She managed to take it out completely and sent it to a lab for analysis. She also sent me for bloodtests and gave me an antibiotic regimen to follow for 10 days, just in case. I have to say I like the service at this Dermatology Group, and the only reason I can't give five stars is because it's a little tough to get an appointment within a week or two. read more

I have been going to Dr. Shieh's office for over two years. The minute I walked in the first time, I was impressed. The front office staffs were friendly and efficient. I am rather disappointed with the service and policies of Dr. Sherry Shieh's office. My first appointment with Dr. Sherry Shieh was fine (nothing spectacular) I waited about 15 minutes to be seen, then, I met with her to discuss some routine concerns. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, though I did feel like she was rushing the appointment along perhaps because she was running behind schedule? She was able to diagnosis several of my concerns but only gave me treatment for a few of my issues. So, I made a second appointment a few months later as some of my concerns persisted. When I showed up for my appointment, I waited 20 minutes while her staff printed out a new form for me to fill out. When I told them that I wasn't a new patient and had already filled out all of the paperwork, I was told that they had a new policy this year where they request credit card information from each client to be kept on file at all times so that if your insurance company fails to pay what they are supposed to they can charge YOUR card automatically for the amount owed by the insurance company. Not cool. First, this makes Dr. Shieh out to be a doctor that doesn't trust her patients. Do you want to be seen by a dermatologist who doesn't trust her patients? She is cultivating a bad doctor / patient relationship right there. Second, Insurance companies do make mistakes, but they should be contacted to discuss issues instead of just charging the patient directly. Third, shouldn't her staff be calling the patients' insurance companies to see what is covered and what is not before the initial visit so that everyone is on the same page? I told the receptionist that I was not comfortable leaving my credit card information on file. Then, they told me I could not see the doctor if I didn't fill out this form. If I had been made aware of their new policy PRIOR to my appointment then, I could have told them over the phone that I was not comfortable with this and they could have told me not to waste my time in coming in for an appointment. That is terrible customer service - to tell a patient who came to your office and waited that they can't even be seen because I am not comfortable with you keeping my personal credit card on file. I think what baffles me even more is that I'm not a new patient and that they still treated me like this (of course it would still be bad even if you were a new patient, but this is just ridiculous). It would have been decent of Dr. Shieh (who was standing within ear shot of all of this) to have stepped in and said that they would see me anyway since I was already there but next time if I wanted to see her I would have to fill out the paper work - OR better yet, tell me that since I'm not comfortable with this (and since I've never had any issues with any of my bills being paid to her) that it wasn't necessary. Instead, she did nothing and stood by and watched. I guess she doesn't care if she looses patients. We must all be dollar signs in her eyes. She can be sure that I will never return as a patient and will never recommend her to anyone. read more

After almost 2 years of depressing acne, seeing 3 other Derms/ many facialists... Dr. Shieh is the ONLY doc to figure "it out". She uses both knowledge (she's brilliant) and common sense. She is EXTREMELY down to earth, sympathetic and really made me feel like she was in my corner. Why her practice is the best: - She LISTENS to me and explains in a way that makes perfect sense - She suggested bloodwork and is the only Derm that was thorough enough to review my bloodwork (or even suggest it) - Don't have insurance and so her nurses researched some places that will do the work at a low price (this is going ABOVE and Beyond); plus provided samples - She gets RESULTS Dr. Shieh is my GIRL!! Can't imagine ever trusting anyone else after my horrific ordeal. I pray she never retires b/c she really is a life changer. Love ya Dr. Shieh!! P.S. I am a Black Woman, I know sometimes it may be a preference to see a black Doc thinking they may know more about "our" skin. So disappointed in my experience with Dr. Sherry Shieh and her dx. After reading all these stellar reviews online, I had high hopes for her. I went to her regarding a rash that wouldn't go away and she and had me follow-up twice with ointments and creams prescribed over a 3 month period. After no improvement at all, I finally went for a 2nd opinion at NYU dermatology, where they did a biopsy on visit 1 and finally diagnosed me. I felt like I could have been diagnosed much more quickly had I gone to another doctor sooner and begin my treatment. Also, their billing office and their medical office are different. Once, I received a bill and paid it to the billing office. Somehow, the medical office didn't get that information and billed my credit card (you have to submit your credit card information when you sign up to be a patient) separately for it. Took about 3 days of telephone calls and follow-ups to resolve this and get a refund. --------------- Update: Upon posting this review on Yelp, Dr. Shieh messaged me to ask for my name so she can review the chart and give me a reason on why she dxed me with what she did. She also extended an offer to meet with her in person or through the phone. While I appreciate her extending the line of communication to me, there is no way I am going to out myself and get on a blacklist or whatever. I went to the clinic to treat my acne. Since i do not have an insurance, i paid for my first visit around $225. During the visit, I explained my doctor that I tried salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, chemical peel, retinol, and antibiotics - with no success. She offered me two options (at first it was Dr. Patel, then on my follow-up meetings after she quit(?), Dr. Shieh, and someone else - I do not remember who exactly) either use accutane or, spironolactone. I know enough about accutane to stay the hell away from it - its side effects are disastrous, so I went with spironolactone. The drug keeps your potassium levels up - so I was told not to eat bananas or avocados. I have allergies to avocado, and do not care for bananas. Another point that was mentioned to me later, after I started taking the medication, is that I would be taking them until my menopause (I know, I was supposed to ask - but I was too desperate to start treating my skin) I went to the follow up appointments (which cost $125), during which I was seen by the mentioned above doctors for about 1 min or less, and was prescribed more of the medication. I started seeing mild improvement in about 6-8 months after taking the medication. But, at the same time I started having chest pains. I went to the ER where I was told that I had potassium level at NEAR dangerous level and had to stop taking the medication immediately. To be fair, they did not prove that the medication caused the chest pains, so I just stopped taking them. Now I ask myself - what kind of doctors are they to prescribe something before taking any blood tests to see my hormone levels, and apparently potassium level? I called the office to let them know about my situation - but my problem was disregarded. Dr. Shieh insisted over the phone that spironolactone cannot cause such thing. I spent my money and time for no result. And of course, no compensation was offered. I do not know how they treat other skin conditions, but I would not recommend this place to anyone with acne. read more

A friend suggested me Dr. Shieh, as she was not available I got an appointment with Dr. Patel. The first visit I believe she took less than 5 minutes to evaluate my recent acne. she did not even came that close and diagnosed me with hormone disorder...??? Fine... I was late for the appointment so I kind of figure it out that was the cause of this Hi-Goodbye consultation. So she prescribed a medication with no exam or nothing, even thou I said I had visited a gynecologist and my exams, including hormone levels, were fine. Ah so that and some creams. After a month no results at all. I came back for my next appointment and complained that I had ZERO improvement and it all got worse, spreading all over my face. She said it would take longer for the medication to have real effect. And also said that I could not except to have a quick improvement for something I have had my entire life. But guess what!? I made it very clear on my previous consultation that I RECENTLY had this breakout! My happy ending is happening because of another doctor from another clinic, who really took the time to talk to me, run exams, test my skin, and give me the proper treatment. read more

I don't know why I'm reviewing Dr Shieh, since she already has so many favorable reviews that it's nearly impossible to get an appointment with her now :) but she certainly deserves it! I had skin problems my entire childhood -- I never had a spot of acne in my teens, but instead struggled with eczema on my face. Consequently, I have seen a whole host of derms throughout my life, and can confidently say that Dr Shieh is the absolute best diagnostician that I have ever run across. I won't ever go to another dermatologist, despite how much she costs. (She ain't cheap, but clearly she's charging what she is worth!) I came to Dr Shieh with the proverbial "rash that wouldn't go away". I'll spare everyone the details, but it started manifesting very mildly on my face in 2005, and although I saw three or four different derms in two continents over the next five years, it never went away. It was first diagnosed as "just dry skin", then as dermatitis, then as acne, then as rosacea... I paid for medication to treat all of those and even tried a Clarisonic (which I found out the hard way was NOT a good idea for me). After the one awful and expensive experience I had with an UES dermatologist (the absolute worst of the lot), I was leery of throwing money down the drain to visit another unhelpful derm. Thankfully, my primary care provider recommended Dr Shieh, and after an awful incident with the Clarisonic that left me unfit to face the public (my coworkers physically recoiled when they saw my face), I made an appointment with Dr Shieh prepared to pay whatever it took. She was the one doctor who was able to listen to my history, figure out what the problem ACTUALLY was, and prescribe the right course of treatment to make it all go away. It wasn't easy - it was a three step process involving steroids, oral antibiotics, and then weaning off the steroids onto an immunomodulator which I'm still on twice daily, and which ain't cheap. But it WORKS, it works way better than the rosacea treatments and chemical exfoliators I'd been prescribed in the past (likely because, hey guess what, I never actually HAD rosacea!) My skin isn't perfect, but it looks normal, and that's more than I could ever have hoped for at its worst. Part of me wishes that I had known about Dr Shieh in 2005, when she could likely have arrested this in its tracks instead of letting it get as bad as it did over the next six years. But hey, better late than never, and I'm glad I found her. Bonus on top of being an excellent diagnostician: Dr Shieh believes in affordable skincare!!! I'd've used a $100 moisturiser if she'd told me I needed it, but instead she has me on a $12 drugstore brand that's fantastic. She also recommended the best sunscreen I've ever used, which costs $20 for 4 months' worth -- and she even said "if that's too expensive you can go with this Olay brand one which is cheaper at $13, and good, but I do find this other product to be better quality". I couldn't be more grateful to her for her honest and informed opinion on products - when I first saw her I brought in everything I was using, much of it pricey "dermatologist-developed" Sephora stuff, and she sat with me and went through every single one and told me that most of them weren't worth it or even a good idea, and showed me why ("See how this doesn't absorb, see how strong the fragrance is"). She is the opposite of a brand shill - she just recommends what works. My experience with her office hasn't been perfect - there was one billing f-up, and one bad wait of more than an hour in her waiting room while everyone else was seen before me, and one big miscommunication about how to handle a medication not covered by my insurance, and one horrible "holy shit you didn't tell me that was going to be an extra $285 charge, and now you're not waiving it?!" incident, but here's the thing -- I have normal skin now, and I never thought I would. A year after those incidents, they almost don't matter anymore in the grand scheme of things, because I have my skin back. A good front office is a plus, that's for sure, but a good diagnostician is far more difficult to find, and if my choice is between "everyone was so nice to me but I still have rosacea" vs "I had to call the billing office four times but my skin problem that I came here for is resolved", then I will take the latter any day. Five-star outcome, five-star doc. Great, now I'm NEVER going to get another appointment with her... ;-) read more

totally agree with the other reviews that dr. shieh makes you feel comfortable and takes time to discuss all options. i only waited around 5 min after arriving, and was happy with the time dr. shieh took to speak with me. not sure if i will have a need to go back, but if needed i would - and will definitely be recommending dr. shieh to my friends, and yelp. read more

Based on Yelp reviews, I chose to go to Dr. Shieh for a skin screening. She was nice, but I paid a $50 co-pay for about 3 minutes of face time. I'm guessing skin screenings just don't take very long. Would I go back? I'm not sure, considering I went in for something very simple. Maybe she's amazing when there is a lengthier consultation/procedure involved. read more

I went to Dr. Shieh after seeing these reviews on yelp to get a skin cancer screening. She was very pleasant and answered any questions I had. I had to go back to get a biopsy and she was very thorough explaining the procedure and the scar that it would leave and really tried to make me feel relaxed about it. Her staff is pleasant and professional. Both times I have been there I waited 10 minutes or less in the waiting room and 5 minutes in the exam room which is great in my book. A lot of times I sit waiting for 30 minutes in the waiting room then another 15 in the exam room. I have had a lot of bad and frustrating experiences with doctors (all kinds, not just dermatologists) the past few years and was relieved to have had such a good experience with Dr. Shieh. read more

I think I'm going to find another dermatologist. She's good but on my last appointment, I get there and am asked to fill out a form asking for my credit card #, exp date and CVV2 information so it can be charged in case my insurance doesn't cover everything. I would be automatically charged on my card. WAT? Ok, 1st, its not my responsibility to check every procedure that I might get ahead of time with my insurance. Maybe you can ask me to check if you have to perform something that you think might not be covered, but for a routine office visit, this seems really ridiculous. Also, it is ILLEGAL to STORE the CVV / CV2 number on a credit card. Check PCI Compliance standards if you have any questions about that. I objected to filling out this form, but was told I have to in order to see the doctor. So, I reluctantly did. I was made to feel like some sort of criminal/deadbeat for questioning this practice. This is a sleazy practice and its actually illegal. Overall, my skin issues aren't serious enough to continue going to this doctor. This practice has gotten too much high praise and I don't feel it is warranted especially after this incident. Please , people don't give up your credit card info like this. read more

Sherry Shieh is the best! I showed up early to my appointment and she saw me right away. I needed to get a cyst removed from my back and the cost of the procedure was less expensive or on par with other dermatologists. The procedure was quick and painless. She understood that I'm a poor college student and worked within my budget. She prescribed me cheaper generic medications and gave me a lot of free samples. She is professional, affordable, and friendly. I cannot recommend her enough. read more
