We hyped up the idea of going to the dentist, starting a couple weeks before the visit, and telling him that brushing his teeth at home was the way he'd end up getting a balloon at the dentist's office. The waiting room is filled with exactly the kinds of toys he loves, so he was instantly happy to be there. The dental hygenist was very friendly and sweet, helping him settle in to the big chair while explaining to us some basic concepts of healthy diet and how it affects teeth. We don't have a TV and don't allow screens but they brilliantly have a projector above the chair - so I'm not sure if this would be as enchanting for a kid who is used to TV but for our son, he was fascinated. It distracted him enough throughout the visit so there was no fuss, no resistance...full cooperation as his teeth were counted. The dentist and hygienist both sing as they're doing different procedures. They let him feel the electronic tooth polisher on his finger before polishing his teeth. I'm so glad we started him early and hope we can continue to keep on top of his dental hygiene. I highly recommend you bring your young child(ren) here.

The staff is absolutely amazing. They're all very sweet and understanding of your concerns. Everyone will go out of their way to calmly explain to you everything, from the procedures to even helping ease your anxiety and concerns. I only had a cleaning to day (and a very deep one as I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time) and I can confidently say that, even though it was a rough cleaning, I enjoyed it! It sounds weird but it's true! The hot rocks, lavender sheet, and warm pillow really helped comfort me and the music in the background was very relaxing. I really enjoyed my experience here and I never thought I could ever say that about a dentist's office. There is a long waiting list but if you're perseverant and positive, you can get in ahead of schedule! My appointment was supposed to be a year from now but I saw the email they usually send when there's an open spot and quickly replied to their message with my information, which I had typed down on a note in my phone so I could copy paste it quickly on their email message. If you don't do that, odds are someone else will get the appointment. The last time I tried, the appointment was filled within two minutes of having received the email. It's safe to say this office is a popular spot. All in all, amazing place, amazing staff, amazing service! Can't recommend them enough!

Dr. Rosie and all of her team are kind, friendly and will make sure you feel as comfortable as possible, in a usually uncomfortable experience. Dr. Rosie is very thorough and so far I have no complaints, luckily I don't have any kind of dental complications so I'm not sure how getting an appointment might be like if you had some kind of emergency, but I was able to get a couple of fillings done within a week of my initial cleaning appointment when we found the cavities. Heated neck pillow during the exam, and a warm towel to wipe your face after, it's the little things but hey, I'll take them over not having them!

I had two kids receiving regular dentistry and orthodontics here over the course of many years and…read moreall I can say is WOW, things have changed and not for the better. The practice was originally wonderful, and had such glowing reviews we paid up front for braces knowing the outcome would be terrific. What a mistake. Staff after the ownership change has been unreliable, and fully ineffective at supporting kids with dental anxiety (the whole reason we were at this practice). Our 2 outcomes ride the line of malpractice. Child 1; My first child's teeth were slow to fall out and required 13 extractions. Traumatizing to say the least. Every time they spoke to me, they had already told my weeping kid about a need for more extractions. Once in braces, they went ahead with a plan to leave gaps for implants instead of closing gaps as I had indicated with the original practice owner. This would have worked out in the end except they removed the braces before the teeth were fully straight making it impossible to obtain the implants they planned for, (without my agreement). In the end, I had to get kid 1 a bridge, requiring the grinding of 4 healthy teeth to restore the aesthetics for a minor. Devastating and now a chronic maintenance issue. Child 2; Brought here due to severe dental anxiety, this kid was constantly told there was a need for surgeries, or other invasive interventions, before letting me know and with no apparent awareness of the stress it caused. Multiple calls in to align our understanding did not seem to bend the curve. Once out of braces, kid 2 was seen by my adult dentist at another practice, who immediately saw a cyst on a tooth CPDA had rotated. That cyst, was apparently there for quite some time and was never mentioned by anyone at CPDA. The result, kid 2, the one who is terrified of dental work, is now undergoing surgery to remove the cyst and evaluate the resulting bone loss before receiving some kind of root canal, implant or bridge. Take a look at the dates of the good reviews. It speaks volumes. Do not bring your kids here.

For example, when the dentist came in he was able to show and display all of my teeth in front of me on a large screen and explained thoroughly what he was seeing and what to look out for. Staff: Administrative: administrative staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. They were able to explain the paperwork and how much the visit was including my insurance costs as well in a very calm and kind way (Monique?). Professional Staff: my hygienist name was Kathy. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Not only was she good at her job she was good at holding a good conversation and getting to know me and sharing a bit about herself. My dentist was Dr. Cheong. He was really welcoming as well and professional. Not only was he professional, but he was able to hold a welcoming conversation too. Scheduling: Super easy, they were able to get me in for a wisdom tooth extraction in less than a month. Highly recommend!

STOP! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND - They tell you what you want to hear. But in reality, they do not take…read morethe time to actually listen to your questions, they just give "yeah, yeah, we will take care of that", dentist wouldn't bother really answering the questions, he was annoyed or too much in a hurry. The dentist consistently treats you with attitude that he is better than you and feels very put off when you ask him questions that normally would be asked. The office manager that sells the procedures, she is so "slick" and tells you what you want to hear just to get your money. The material they use for going through a cosmetic reconstruction is VERY CHEAP, not what they say it is, don't take the time to explain what the procedure is or what happens next.. website says Emergency Services.....they DO NOT have emergency services, my partner had so many issues and they would not take appts on an emergency, don't have any one for on-call, they are basically treating you as a number and can't get you out fast enough instead of taking the time to listen and understand what the patient is asking or going through.. they expect you to pay $1000s+++ , but yet once they got your money, they don't treat you well at all. oh and of course they recommend you get better stuff the more you pay, NOT true, the partials before the true permanent ones where so cheap, my partner could barely eat soft food without them breaking every other week, Their customer service is horrible, you leave a message and they RARELY call you back, you actually speak with some and they say the office manager will call back, but you have to call again at least three times over a period of days before she actually talks to you; they are absolutely horrible! I will not recommend this practice ever..not even for general dentistry. Please don't spend your hard earned money on this place...
