Most of the time I am just dropping off an Amazon return but sometimes I need some legit shipping help. The employees are always friendly but if there is a line there can be a long wait. Often it seems the store is only staffed with one employee so I try to get there a few minutes before they open so I can get in and out. As far as Amazon returns go, I'd much rather drag myself into this local store than have to haul my return through a Whole Foods or Kohl's.
