Here's a positive: the lady who runs the place, while shady, is perfectly nice. I wish there were other, more honest postal shops like this in Annapolis, but I don't think there are. It has all the necessities such as TUL pens, furniture, printers, and paper. I've never had a long wait in line or problems finding items. Staff is professional and friendly. I've also used their online order / pick up service. My order was ready within 45 minutes, was accurate and super easy to pick up.
