So the story is....Memorial day weekend I was looking for inexpensive transportation to Las Vegas and back. I considered driving but I really didn't want to deal with the traffic or the price of gas. I thought about flying but flights were all too expensive. I looked into ride sharing through Craigslist but I couldn't find anyone that was leaving and returning a similar time of day that I was. But then while searching Craigslist...I found a shuttle service offering round trip service from the LA area to Las Vegas at a great price! It was almost half the price that it would have cost if I had driven myself and paid for the gas. It was nice because I was able to book my trip quickly by phone and then conveniently pay through Paypal (using credit card), which gives security so you don't have to deal with paying in cash and you automatically get confirmation and a receipt via email. The shuttle picked me up at 9 am from Anaheim Metrolink station (one of the many pickup/dropoff locations in the LA area) after giving me a courtesy phone call an hour prior to pick up to let me know the shuttle would be arriving soon. This was very convenient! From there it was a quick 4 hour ride to Vegas with a couple other passengers. After a crazy time in Vegas, I was reminded via text message that the shuttle would be departing at 5 pm, just in case I drank too much during the weekend and forgot how I was getting home :) The return trip was equally as smooth. It departed 5 pm on Sunday night from the Vegas strip and I was able to sit back and relax and catch up on some much needed sleep. I arrived back in Anaheim around 9:30 to end a great weekend! I can't stress enough how convenient and affordable this shuttle service was. I didn't have to deal with having to drive in ridiculous Memorial Day traffic, I saved money not having to pay gas, I was able to sleep on the way home, and I had some great conversations with the drivers and fellow passengers. I would definitely recommend this shuttle to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive alternative to driving to Vegas! I will be using this service for my next Vegas trip! Also, I found out they offer transportation to different tourist destinations and even provide charter services which allow you to rent a shuttle for various group events.

We used to utilize In Style Transportation for every trip and always appreciated their punctuality…read more However our last drive to the airport was unsettling to say the least. Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. We asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss our ride, but we were never contacted. Steven our driver back from the airport, on the other hand, was very professional and courteous.

In Style provided me with 2 child seats for my kids and the most pristine luxury sprinter vans. They communicated with me throughout the day before and the day of travel, were on time, and our drivers (Jesse to the airport and Mike coming home) were both so kind and professional. Working with Liza to coordinate and book everything was smooth. They communicated very often and clearly. We chose the infinity stretch for 14 The day of, I received updates when the limo was on the way - our driver unfortunately had a flat tire but still managed to get to us with only a slight delay. Our driver (Fernando) was in for a treat with 7 rambunctious kids but he was so patient and fun. He also took amazing group photos for us. Our destination wasn't far so we just wanted to cruise around the city and let the boys enjoy time in the limo. After the event, he was waiting outside the school (so everyone got to see the boys get Picked up in a limo which was extra awesome for them!) and took us to in-n-out. In n out parking lots are not easy to navigate but he did it! Overall we had a BLAST and the boys made some core memories. Things to improve: Bluetooth / speaker needed an upgrade for sure!

I based our reservation for this limo company based off their 4-star rating and comments, man was I…read morefooled. The limo is literally falling apart inside and out, stereo system, lights, and partition are all broke and not operating. Used their service for my 10 year old daughter and seven of her friends, the seatbelts were in disgusting condition and even left marks on the kids clothes. I'm a strong believer in you get what you pay for and will say I received the complete opposite for the amount I paid. To top it off I had to have the driver follow me from one place to another because he got lost....he was only driving across the street to get to the next destination and he lives in the area
