I am sad to give Anna's Pet grooming a sad review because 15 years ago my family and I bought the sweets pochi dog at Anna"s. Through the years Anna's has been one of our favorite pet groomers but recently we had a terrible experience with our new pet, when we took our pet to Anna's we noticed that all the pets where terrified, we thought it was normal because usually pets don't like to get groomed but when picked up our pet she was terrified and she was not like that before. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We also noticed that everyone there is super rude to the customers and the pets[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They did a botched job on her haircut also we noticed she has had pain in her nose area since we took her there so now we have to take her to the Vet so they can do an x-ray on her jaw. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They complain that my dog was blind and that she was not cooperating with them so they couldn't do her face better.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My dog has always gone to the groomers and nobody has had problems with her and she is definitely not blind. My family and I feel that they are not gentle with the pets and are super rude and standoffish to everyone that goes there they seem to have to much work so therefore they take it out on the poor pets. I've been taking my dog here since he was a puppy and never had a single issue--until our last visit, which left me deeply disappointed. When I arrived to pick him up, he was visibly shaken and scared, which immediately concerned me. What was even more strange was that they said they almost didn't groom him at all due to this behavior. This has never happened before, and the only difference this time was that a new male groomer--someone I hadn't seen there before--was handling him. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After that visit, they said they'd be willing to try again if I stayed to help calm him down.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I agreed, but when I called to schedule, they flat-out refused to take him at all. No explanation, no attempt to work with me on a solution. Just a refusal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's extremely upsetting because not only did they leave my dog terrified, but now I'm scared to take him anywhere else. I trusted them for years, and the way this situation was handled was unprofessional, cold, and disappointing. This place was recommended by a friend. Took my dog for his first grooming ever, and it took about 4 hours to get him back. They explained what they would do over the phone but the paperwork didn't explain that. They also didn't tell me how it went, what they did, or provided a debrief about the services when I picked him up. WARNING!!!!!! 0 stars!!!!!! Don't not take your loving fur babies here. I do not recommend this location. I have a 3 pound yorkie (3 years old). I have had 3 incidents in this location. The first incident they sprayed perfume in his eye. It got infected and swollen for a week. I had his professional Christmas pictures scheduled two days later and I had to cancel because of his eye. The second incident he was bleeding from his anus. He was very depressed for a week wouldn't come out of his house and when he walked with a limp he has to slide against the wall or things. This third and last incident ( never taking him back to Ana's grooming ) he was cut deep in his upper inner thigh. Part of his skin was torn out. This place had no consideration and didn't make me aware ahead of time. They told me after I had paid already. When I showed up to pick him up he was crying and jumping on the glass for me. That's when I noticed something was wrong. He didn't want to get near anyone so I had to go inside and get him myself. As soon as I grabbed him he laid on my chest and started to cry more. After that they told me he was cut and they put glue. I didn't noticed how big of a deep tissue cut it was til I got home. I would have asked for my money back. I will be posting pictures of the cut so everyone is aware of what's going on in this location. He had a fever, very depressed and crying a lot. He is very uncomfortable still after a week. I never thought that it would apply to me. I dropped my dog before 8:30an called around 3 pm. since it seemed too long for service when I was #9 on the list. The lady who answered the phone was all she could say, but he was not ready. I asked how much longer, and she said 20 minutes. And I showed up 30 minutes later, and he was in the cage waiting to be picked up. No call; not sure how long he had been waiting. So later in the night, I noticed my dad limping; I looked at his paw and saw he had been cut. Now I understand their message on the counter. The price was ridiculous for your pay with a credit card. Besides the 3.8%, they will charge another $3.00 for who knows what, a $65.00 service cost of $69.95. Last time I take my dog there. Groomers and staff don't care for the dogs. They need a job. So I saw an add on craigslist for the most adorable puppy labeled a Shih-Poo. I thought it was just someone who had puppies they were giving away. Didnt know she owned a pet grooming company or that she was potentially tied to puppy mills until AFTER we purchased our dog. Fast forward - My dog has so many health problems. He had to be treated for worms, he only has one testicle that my vet says is a genetic issue commonly found with inbreeding. He is being checked now for another potentially genetic issue with his man parts after we found blood in his urine smh. Every time we take him in for a new issue my vet asks "where did you get him again?" The only reason I am giving 2 starts instead of one is because I love my dog. To me, he is perfect. Absolutely adorable, 8lbs, great temperament, super smart. Would not trade him for the world. read more

I've been there several times. They charge top dollar and provide mediocre results. The reason i've gone so often is because of convenience. The last time i was there for a routine grooming they cut my pet's tongue dangerously deep. There was blood everywhere and it would not stop. My 70 year old mother picked up the dog snd was in complete shock. They acted as though it wasn't happening. Not a warning an explanation a sorry , and we still paid full price!!! I wanted to give my 1 year old Bichon Frise a lovely haircut because it was time. I asked that they do a teddy bear look and they said yes. I came back 2 hrs later and it was not what I asked. Do not come here! I have brought my 3 shih tzu poodles here a few times & had no issues until our most recent visit. When I came to pick up my pups, my dog Zero bolted to the door as if he couldn't stand to be there any longer. When I brought him home I noticed he had a clip in his ear.
