Having a background in property management I assumed the house would have been deep cleaned and ready for new tenants. I was wrong. After several days of cleaning myself my husband suggested we hire someone to finish up the work that really should have been done before we took possession. I couldn't have agreed more! I came to Yelp in search of a local company with a great reputation and reviews and found White Lotus. I first visited their informative website to get a feel for the company, services, and pricing. Then I sent Ray and Irina an email inquiry with details about the job and was impressed by how quickly Ray got back to me with an estimate! He thought 3-ladies could get everything done in 1 hour 20 minutes and for a very affordable $132.00! We have a good sized, 2-story, 3 br/2.5 ba, 2-car garage home. The ladies arrived (a little later than expected...but Ray was very good about emailing with me to let me know they were running late) as well as remaining in email contact throughout the experience. Ray's communication was Top Notch and the ladies he has working for him were very friendly, efficient, and professional. The thing that impressed me more than anything else is the fact that the team leader kept a timer running on her cell phone from the time they arrived and started work. BRILLIANT! I loved that she was so on top of her team's work. We work from home so were here the entire time and she made sure to check in with us every so often to update us on the work that was being done. We are very pleased with our experience! The team was literally here only 5 minutes longer than anticipated with the final billing coming in at $141.00 which we felt was SO REASONABLE for a combined 4.3 hours of work! We would hire the team at White Lotus again in a heartbeat! (And absolutely WILL hire them again for both regular house cleaning as well as any move-in/move-out needs that may arise). Flawless wanted to give it a try cleaning and after spending some time removing layer after layer, sure enough they were able to make it as clean as new. We had them go and clean the house we were renting, we hadn't moved in yet. They were the only ones we let in the house. There was a broken window and a print of a ball on the window. We contacted them. They turned it over to their insurance through yelp. You guessed it, their insurance didn't find liability for their client... who would have ever thought. Urban sent them a video and claimed it was after the cleaning. You can hear a kid talking in the background. Last time I checked, not professional to bring kids to clients house without asking ahead of time. So $1400 later, we had to replace the window and they told us that they were closing the file without further discussion. Hire them at your own risk, I warned you. There are a lot of cleaning companies, I would call a couple more to interview and let this one go to the non helper who doesn't do their research!

Most places…read morechange you an extra fee for move out cleaning and/or nickel and dime you for each task required by the apartment mangers like cleaning the inside of the fridge and stove, baseboards, etc. I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday. Now for the appointment...the crew arrived nearly 2 hours after my scheduled appointment, which was really frustrating. Apparently Stella booked the crew for a house in Lake O and asked if I could wait a couple of hours until they finished. "Uh...no! I have an appointment." When the crew arrived, the lead cleaner made a big stink to Stella (by phone) about all of the work that needed to get done in the time allotted. I wanted them to focus on the 3 bathrooms and kitchen, and I was prepared to do the rest myself. I took a "do what you can do in 1 1/2 to 2 hours" approach since I was trying to save money, and I cleaned along side them to get the rest done. They did a good job with cleaning the areas that I designated. I noticed that the stubborn area above the stove was not cleaned, and the lead cleaner proclaimed that they tried, but it couldn't be cleaned. So I took a scrubber pad, used some elbow grease and the stains started to disappear. So she tried again and removed most of the muck. In all, I think Superior may be a good company, but the staff do have some communication issues. (I do understand a little bit of Spanish, so I had sense of what they were complaining about to Stella and amongst themselves.) The crew was nice to me. They gave me a ride up the road so that I wouldn't have to walk a mile to the bus stop. I just think they were annoyed with the scheduling mix up and hadn't been told ahead of time what I needed them to get done in the slotted time. I am used to cleaners working at a faster pace than they worked, so maybe I set my expectations too high.

I hired Kryptonite Pro Clean to get my property ready to sell. They brought their crew in. Cleaned…read morewhole house, windows, roof, 3 shops and pressure washed all concrete and the deck. They did an absolute amazing job and in a timely manner. Their bid wasn't the most expensive or the cheapest. Cheap is never good and usually cost you more. Expensive you're just paying for fancy matching pickups and polo shirts. Will be calling them again soon to pressure wash in front of my warehouse.

Than the 4th job customer had some concerns about the price we charge was about $200 for chimney sweep so we explained that this is our rates and the rep only cared about the customer complaining he wanted to get it out of his back. So they didn't send us more jobs and we have been charged 2 years in a row for $200 or $250 yearly subscription that we couldn't cancel and no job were provided so basically they took what earned from our work. First They stop working with us because one not justifying complaint after 3 jobs we provide excellent service. And they already decided not to provide us more jobs which is fine we don't really need them but kept charge us for yearly subscription. Good luck..
