He and his assistant Amber made me feel right at home and are so very welcoming. I am letting my silver grow out and after a great consultation Jim went to work, adding highlights and lowlights, doing all kind of magic, and gave me a fresh cut afterwards. I was super nervous of how my hair would turn out since this is not an easy transition for me going from medium brown to my now silver. My fears were unfounded and my hair turned out amazing! Jim blended the silver with my brown perfectly, and gave me a super flattering hair cut.

The girls at the front desk are always friendly and attentive ... and even if they do try to sell me on the monthly wax packages, they do it in a way that says they care about me saving money on services. Lauren has been my go-to technician since I started coming here ... and she's easily the best waxer I've ever had. She's fast and thorough, and makes you feel comfortable during the less enjoyable parts of a wax. I would definitely recommend booking with Lauren. That said, my most recent visit was with a different technician because Lauren was on vacation. I do wish the front desk had called me to let me know, because it was a complete surprise to me when I showed up for my appointment ... and it's kind of a process to prepare yourself when you're getting a wax from someone new. Either way - I still had a good experience, and already booked my next appointment.
