Fast forward two days and I showed up for appointment at Madalyn's specified day and time. The receptionist informed me my appointment was the day before and I had missed it. I showed her the text exchange I had with Madalyn stating my rescheduled appointment. She apologized and told me Madalyn wasn't working and I'd have to reschedule. The booking process was very easy - they do require a deposit for services over $200 but the deposit goes to the service so you are kind of saving yourself cash when booking ahead! I was booked with Madison King - she was phenomenal from the PREconsultation email to actually doing my hair - she let me know what she was doing every step of the way! Since I was booked for a model call I wasn't expecting to get to pick my colors but I love how I was given a choice - I told her blue and sea green and what I ended up with is incredible! Madison is so talented for being only 21 and I will definitely be back for another service in the future even with this salon being over 45 minutes from me - it is worth the drive!

Great salon experience from beginning to end! I made an appointment online from their website for…read morehighlights. Upon arrival in store, I was greeted promptly and given a bottle of water by the owner. Afterwards, my stylist, Kiarra, took great care of me and did a wonderful job on the highlights in my hair! The color was matched perfectly to the reference pic I showed her. She was super gentle and detailed throughout all stages. Also, since I'm a perfectionist she helped me with some touch ups and was very thorough in helping catch any places that needed additional fixing. I love that she was super empathetic and understanding about getting every single hair detail just right until I was satisfied (I've definitely noticed other stylists in the past seeming annoyed about fixing up and redoing an area)! They were also able to accommodate me after work same day and gave me some recommendations on products and extensions! Really loved coming here! The staff are wonderful and welcoming, but definitely shout out to Kiarra for her awesome service and passion!

I've been pleased with her prices as they are better than anywhere else I've been. Kim also takes the time to do things right instead of doing them the faster, easier way. She is also really good about fitting me in when I need her to. The salon is the cleanest I've seen too! They use new files for each customer & sanitize like crazy lol! I find myself coming to the salon often enough that I consider Kim a friend now :)
