Dr. Annie is the best dentist in the universe. My previous dentists instilled so much fear in me that I tried my best to avoid ever going in unless I had pain or bleeding. Dr. Annie's so nice and reassuring that she calmed me down a lot as she gave me the most thorough yet most gentle cleaning I've ever had. I've been with her for years now and I've never had such fear free experiences at a Doctor's office. If all dentists were like her there would be a lot more happy, smiley people out there. read more

I just moved to SF and read the reviews on yelp for Dr. Lee. I called and made an appointment and she truly is one of the best dentists I have been too. I have endured some painful experiences at previous dental offices, so I am always weary of going to a new dentist. Her staff was welcoming and the office felt inviting. I felt comfortable and in good hands while having my teeth cleaned. I was very pleased with my visit and didn't hesitate to make my next appointment with her office. Update, just went for my second cleaning and she is still amazing. Dr. Lee is very gentle and doesn't just jam instruments in your mouth. I went to Dr. Lee's office about 3 months ago. I had a very pleasant experience in her office. Place were very tidy and clean. Dr. Lee was very patient and thorough during examination. The most impressive part was that her assistant cleaned my teeth really well with almost no blood to spit out after the cleaning. "Normally, all my ex-male dentists cleaned my entire mouth within 20 mins with blood kept spiting out after rinsing and rinsing and sore pain left on my gums for a couple days." But my experience at Dr. Lee's office has changed my view of dental cleaning/dental visits. It actually can be painless. Before Dr. Lee, I had tried to avoid dentists or alike as much as possible. Now I am willing to go to see Dr. Lee for my regular cleaning. Dr. Lee really has a wonderful pretty assistant who takes very good care of not just my teeth, but my psychological and overall health as well. Really bad ! Money beast ! Cheats my insurance more than 150dollar just for normal cleaning for 30 mins ! Horrible !!!

If you want the most comfortable and knowledgeable dentist around, look no further. Any other dentist I have take a fistful of aspirin before getting a teeth cleaning because it hurts so much. At Dr, Lee's , the cleaning was so comfortable that when she told me she was done I opened my eyes (normally I close my eyes at cleanings because I think, " Here comes the pain!") and took a look in the mirror and said, "WOW! Clean and shiny!" (normally my teeth look a mess after the cleaning.) And let me tell you, at most of my cleanings- besides PAIN,PAIN, and more PAIN- I actually end up with a sore throat (as in getting sick) after my cleanings. But for the first time - ahh, the sweet feeling of no throat infections- all because of Dr. Lee. And the instruments she used- I've never seen such advanced looking doohickeys as she used on my teeth (I'm used to dentist tools that look like they came from a medieval torture rack. Dr. Lee's look like they came from Star Trek- and they were pain free). And the money I paid for the cleaning? Priceless. Dr. Lee charged so little for such a great experience. And she took care of the insurance for me- and boy, do I hate dealing with insurance companies. I couldn't recommend any dentist more highly than Dr. Lee. You won't be disappointed. read more

I've been seeing Annie for years, and she's always so nice and friendly. She's very straight forward, and honest about what you should and shouldn't do. In my case, I seriously need to consider flossing on the regular (I know... I know...). Anyways, her staff is awesome and very helpful! Make sure to call ahead of time to make an appointment. I have been coming for 1 year. Dr. Annie Lee is superb! I have had many dentists--I have a history of many cavities and teeth problems. Dr. Lee was my mom and brother's dentist and they had nothing but good things to say so I switched to Dr. Lee. She always takes her time to explain and discuss the procedures with you, answer your questions and check out your teeth problems. She does high quality work and makes sure you are totally numb before proceding with procedures. Dr. Lee's receptionist is very courteous and helpful too. I never look forward to seeing the dentist--who does? BUT take my recommendation, Dr. Lee is one of the best. read more

Dr. Annie Lee is awesome and super sweet. She is very nice and caring as a dentist because she actually checks up on you to see if you're in pain. I get a different experience from her compared to other places and I feel so comfortable with her. She is delicate and she is the best. Dr. Annie Lee is seriously the best dentist I've ever had. Very friendly and remembers you from visit to visit. If your lips look kind of dry when she tells you to open up, she'll put some chapstick on your lips! I've never had a dentist who took such meticulous care of my teeth during cleanings. I did not want to wait six months for a cleaning and then have to wait for her arrival.
