I have been going to Annie's for several years, mainly for pedi's. I will not be going back. They do a good job but the last several times I've been there they act like they're doing me a favor to do my nails. I find they are rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming, especially Mary. With so many nail salons around I'll find one that wants my business and treats their customers with respect. read more

Was looking forward to a relaxing pedicure since today is my birthday and i'm also pregnant. Left in tears. Was bullied and harassed by a staff member. I called and was told to come in between 7-7:15. When I walked through the door I was stared at for a good 3 minutes before being greeted with "WHAT DO YOU WANT." After I mentioned I was the one who called she asked me gel or regular polish. I didn't know I had that option for french tip so I said french tip. She then yelled in my face "GEL OR REGULAR POLISH" typically I go for gel so I said gel. That's when she looked me up and down and said "You know that's expensive right?!" I just looked at her in shock. That's when she yelled... in front of everyone "YOU KNOW PEDICURES ARE EXPENSIVE RIGHT???!!!!!" I was so embarrassed. I just said "yeah that's fine." She just walked away. As she continued with the pedicure she was doing prior, I watched her give me multiple dirty looks and making it very obvious she was talking about me to other staff members in their language. If I could give no stars I would. Went in to remove my daughters acrylic nails. Lady was extremely rude, refused to talk and not gentle. She didn't advise up front of the cost. I went hoping to get a full set and a pedicure and the pedicure was only supposed to take 30 mins.. the pedicure took almost an hour and a half. I wasn't able to get my nails done because of how long the pedicure took. Kinda upset by that fact because my nails are what needed more attention. I was disappointed with this salon, they started to take my old nails off and I quickly realized I wasn't going to be happy with the service. I should have got up and left then. The girl doing my nails, was rude to start off. I tried to make small conversation about my nail and she was dead silent. She accidentally got some of my Manila polish on her hand, she was instantly annoyed. I said "oh no! Sorry!" And she didn't say a thing. She had attitude and a negative energy with me the entire time. I never leave reviews, but the customer service I got last night was the worst I've ever gotten in years of getting my nails done. Not to mention, the nails them selves aren't good. The shape is bad, there's nail polish on my finders around the nail and she couldn't do a single design I asked for. Everything I asked if it was possible to do (which was just write one word on my nail) she said no. There was a customer next to me picking out a color and the nail tech laughed and said "really? This one?" How incredibly unprofessional to laugh at a color a customer picks out. I heard the customer say "you're not very nice today". Even the regular customer was having terrible service. Then as my nails are drying, 2 of the employees are fighting because they're trying to close up. I will not be back and I highly recommend you all listen to these bad reviews. I got the powder dip, and it turned out great. They have many pedicure options, as well. In fact, my lady started putting polish on my toes, and realized it was too pale. I used to go there all the time before it changed ownership. I recently went for a new set and all my nails are sticking straight up. I think this is the worst I have ever seen them. I definitely would not go back!! I don't know how I didn't notice this. They look "ok" until you look at them from eye level, they literally stick straight up. They charged me 35.00 for the new set and 13.00 more for gel polish, 48.00 for cat claws!! read more

Nothing too fancy about this nail salon but the product quality matches the cost of services, which you don't feel ripped off. I normally go to Mary who is nice but I wasn't too happy with my most recent visit yesterday. I made an appointment, although I arrived about 5 minutes behind I waited an additional 20-25 minutes, total time there...over 2 hours for a fill-in and polish change on my feet. I wish they had more gel color selection, very minimal. After sitting at the fan to dry my nails for about 10 minutes and also drying under the nail dryer for 2 cycles by the end of that day my nail polish looked horrible! After calling, they agreed to repolish but due to their lack of gel color selection, I ultimately decided to try a different salon by my new job in Ballwin. read more
