Came in for my first ever pedicure and was nervous and not sure what to expect. I was invited by a family member and only went to join her, as I don't have much money. So I was sure to ask for basic and say no to everything else (I couldn't quite understand what I was being asked). I payed the cashier (and tipped over 20%) and waited for my family to finish. Then the person who had done my nails came over and accused me of lying about my services and said I owed $10 more than what the basic was supposed to cost. I never asked for anything extra and made sure the color I picked wasn't an up charge. I reluctantly handed over my card. Now the charge that was supposed to be $10 is $20. I called about the issue and they acted confused and said sorry! And hung up. Never coming back here again and probably never getting my nails done again. Their idea of gel nails is a French tip, acrylic filler and uv gel top coat. Be careful what you request and pay for....just because their window sign says gel doesn't mean it is! My nails do look nice. The gal was a bit harsh with the file...I have a few cuts around my cuticles. The 2 stars is for that and honesty...it seems that many nail salons are claiming this as a gel nail when it is not! read more

Just moved to the area and wanted to find a great local nail salon. I was definitely impressed. The pedicure was affordable and LOVE how they shape nails. Massage chairs are really comfy and the foot massage is even better. The owner is as sweet as they come and checked multiple times to ensure I was happy with everything. Where do I begin? Well, let's start off with Jenny... I was referred by a friend as I loved her nails and went to see her. I will say this, my first experience was nice and pleasant and I got what I asked for. Let me tell you, the second go was not so pleasant! I showed Jenny a picture and she started to do everything that I was asking but during the process I wasn't quite sure about a particular product as I have never gotten the matte finish before and with being a hairdresser and constantly shampooing people I wasn't sure if it would chip etc so I started to simply asked some questions and immediately she got defensive and started to Yell at me and pretty aggressive, the lady next to me even gave me this look and said wow that was rude! I have never been spoken to like that before and was very taken back. On top of this... The nails do not look anything like they did the first time it is super bumpy smudgy and in spots I don't even have nail polish on my fingers. She was so Rude that I I asked her to go ahead and just finish up and don't even worry about the Rhinestone design that I want it on top of the paint design. She didn't apologize or even say no let me finish your nails or anything she was super rude about it and I felt like she didn't even completely finish them I still gave her a nice tip because of being a hairdresser! I know what that's like and she didn't even thank me apologize tell me have a good day anything I will not be back there because of this experience I have told tons of clients about her originally but I will let them know because I would not want them to be treated like that. I understand people go through things with their family or every day life but no matter what it is you do for a living you have to separate the two especially if you work with the public! I'm not saying you have to be warm and fuzzy and all these other things but you do need to be respectful and treat people a certain way especially when they're paying for service. I feel that I am very nice to people who do nails and services along the lines of this being a hairdresser myself and I try to be very careful in the things that I say and do as I would not want somebody to question my ability which is not even close to what I was doing. I just simply had a question about my nail in a particular product and was basically told off! I wasn't as happy with my other nail person but I will tell you they were always very sweet and treated me with respect and I would rather have OK nails and have an enjoyable experience then have nails that I like a little bit more and be treated the way I was today. But I will tell you I don't even like my nails this time... Like I said super smudgy and don't even have nail polish on certain parts of my nails looks nothing like it did the first time! read more

I was very pleased with my experience. Went in for a manicure an pedicure and both were wonderful. The shop was clean and the employees were amazing-kind, friendly and very responsive to my requests. I also had my eyebrows waxed and they looked fantastic. All of this was done as a walk-in. There was a steady stream of people coming in for various services and I did not feel rushed at all. I do not know where to begin - my daughter and I walked into the salon and I sat down while my daughter used the restroom. When she returned she accidently knocked into the workstation and the woman there was very rude and said - watch out you almost knocked it over. At that point I knew it was not going to be a good experience so we left. Within 5 minutes - I received a voicemail message from Jenny on my phone calling me an F**** B*****, now mind you I have not said one word to these people except thank you - she then called my daughter a spoiled brat and an F****** B*******.and told me she was glad she didn't have to do our nails. The owner is very unprofessional, and not very good at doing nails either. The previous owners were so nice, it's sad they had to sell their salon to a very rude owner. She rushed on my nails because "their others waiting too honey." It's said because this salon was so convenient for me. My whole family will stop giving them business because they obviously don't care about their customers enough. Also annoying another unprofessional thing, I understand there's not much to talk about with the rude lady, but the least she could say was hi or how are you. Instead she asks what you want done and starts watching her tv. It's so awkward because what are you supposed to do stare at her face the entire time? And if you even try to use your phone she'll say "honey stop" very rudely. You've lost my business. Never again. I'd rather go to diva nails across the street who can do nails 10x better. read more

Don't waste your time! I walked in on a Friday afternoon around 1:45 and walked out over an hour later without ever receiving proper service. There was no one else waiting when I got there and three "manicurists" so I mistakenly assumed I'd be able to get in and out quickly. After no help whatsoever 40 minutes in, one of the ladies finally started to soak off my nails only after cutting me twice with the electric file. I was in a bit of a hurry but kept being told I would be helped soon, so I stayed and waited patiently...big mistake! I thought the lady who started soaking my nails would be doing my manicure, but then she moved on to help a customer who walked in after me instead. Mid way through the other customer's pedicure, she came back to me, but the owner told her no, she needed to go help the now second customer who walked in after me. The owner then told me that she was going to finish up the manicure she was giving and then she would do my nails and it would only be a few minutes, so I continued to patiently wait. Ten minutes later, she decided she was going to help a different customer instead and told me "just a little bit longer." When I asked how much longer, she said 15 minutes because she had to start and finish another manicure before she even started mine and proceeded to tell me I had to wait any way because my nails had to soak off. I promptly showed her that they had already been soaking plenty long and were completely off. Then she tells me that this other lady had an appointment, even though 10 minutes earlier she told me that a different manicurist would be helping the other lady. At this point, I was over an hour in and was out of time, so I decided to leave. The owner then had the nerve to charge me for "removal" when all they did was soak my nails and never touch them again. When I asked why the other two customers who came in after me were being helped but I wasn't, I was told that the other two "manicurists" only did pedicures because they were "no good at nails." Mind you, I was never informed when I walked in and asked for a manicure that only one of the three women did manicures and there were three people in front of me. When I told her I wished someone would have told me this and that it was going to be such a long wait, her only response was, "You never asked l, so I figured you had time to wait." In summary, the service is terrible, and the owner completely disrespects customers. read more
