My appointment was at 9:30 when they open. To my surprise 20 other women were also scheduled at the same time. Very confusing as each tech was assigned a customer. Once I was seated for my pedi it was smooth sailing. Very nicely designed and decorated. Several tables for a manicure and chairs for your pedi. Surprised they had a liquor license to serve drinks. I was pleasantly surprised once seated with the tech and service. I will return. read more

So, this is an extremely hard review to write. There were things that were great and things that were not great. First off, let me suggest making an appointment. It was packed, and I wasn't sure i would get the pedicure and eyebrow wax I was hoping to do before surgery. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes, which really wasn't terrible considering the amount of people. I decided on an upgraded pedicure, not the basic one, and the lady who did it was very nice and personable. However, I rather feel like I didn't get my full service at all. For example, it was supposed to come with a warm towel for my neck. I didn't get that. I also was totally rushed through it. Total time was maybe 20-25 minutes, which was fine for an express but NOT fine for a $90 pedicure. I found out later the woman who did mt service was getting off work immediately once she was done with me, so that's why it was sloppy. I'm so glad I decided on no nail polish! I tried to give them another shot, but there weren't many appointments that would've worked. I went in to see, and there was no way. Maybe I'll try them again. Maybe not. The ambiance is great, so it sucks it wasn't a great service. read more

This spot is so bright and airy and clean! I loved the location and the staff was so kind. I loved my experience with my pedicure. I always wish there was more massage time but they did give more massage than some other spots I have been to! 4 stars because I did call to make a reservation and when I arrived it was booked wrong. I went here and asked for bright orange on my pedicure and they painted my nails with a very light orange. When I told the lady the color was wrong she said it's probably the lighting so I left to check the lighting and had to pick my son up from a birthday party. When I got home I hated the wrong color and called up to ask for them to fix it and they wanted to charge me again for the service. read more

There's so many options for pedicures. I got the lavender so relaxing. The guy doing pedicures was hilarious and made it so fun. You can get complimentary wine or select sodas which was a nice touch. They have areas for multiple pedicures for up to 6 people that's a little private so would be great for bridal parties or girl days so you get a bit of privacy but all being near each other. First time experience coming to this salon/location. I set up two appointments online a couple days before for 4:45 for a gel mani and a fill with gel. From the outside it looks like your typical nail salon, but when you walk in the waiting room and bar first catch your eye. Further back to the left is all pedicure stations and more. On the other side it is where fingers can be accommodated. I arrived exactly at 4:45, not realizing you have to sign in on an ipad I finally checked in. My guest came a minute or two after me. The waiting area was flooded with people and same goes for the rest of the shop. We picked our colors from the multiple options of gel and waited. And waited. At 5:45 we were greeted by the receptionist who then noted what exactly we wanted done but then was told to sit back down. We were brought back about 10 minutes later to our seats near the sinks. We were offered drinks but we didn't know what was included so we politely declined. Everything was esthetically pleasing, though we waited again. I keep my nails long and came for the fill. I had asked about nail art pricing for a picture I showed and she quoted $25. I wasn't surprised by that price. What I was surprised about was the break down of what I was paying beforehand. She said $40 for the fill, $5 to shorten, $3 to reshape to almond(barely), and another $5 because I have long nails. I don't mind paying for what I ask for, but I've also never been charged extra for those things, as they were always part of the service. My nail tech Helen was nice, though she only used one Dremel tool and didn't get the excess underneath with any tools. The experience was cool, though I don't feel like the service itself was what I expected or wanted. My guest had the gel mani and she liked it, though she said the soap and lotion had a strange smell. I did enjoy this place, though I didn't give it a 5 star due to basic things that could be done differently. read more

First time I came to this place I had a wonderful experience. However, I made an appointment for 10 AM this morning, signed in as soon as I arrived and sat down. I waited 40 minutes as I watched walk-ins with no appointments be served before me. After waiting 40 minutes, I went up to the desk and told them I had an appointment at 10 and had been waiting. I told the young lady I was going to leave. She asked if I had signed in, I said yes and she looked me up and sure enough I had signed in. Her response, " sorry about that". STAY FAR AWAY. My wife has gone there for the past two years every single time she makes an appointment shows up early and is seen 15 minutes sometimes even an hour after her appointment. If you are worried about making a reservation, you may as well just not. They do not care and do not prioritize or keep track of any reservations that they have regardless of what you were doing. The massage was out of this world and my nail shape and length is PERFECT-- I'm admittedly a bit picky about dip nails, and can attest that the finish is flawless, the manicure sits perfectly against my cuticles with no overlap, and there's no bulkiness along the edges. My mom got the same pedicure with Ashley and is equally impressed. Everyone was so friendly and the environment was a blast.
