The owner Andy used unclean tools and the wife destroyed my nail bed. Which caused a nail bed separation. When I confronted them of this the owner became hostile and repeatedly said to other customers I didn't do. Then said I just did the fill. Denying the previous work he did. So be ware Onycholysis is caused by manicure tools that are pushed beneath the nail to clear dirt or smooth the nail. People that are not willing to own their work or mistakes is very poor business. What really takes the cake is he tried to plead his case with clients that just had their nails done. Then look at you like your the one that doesn't understand English!!! read more

Andy is amazing he does his best to make your nails look how you want them and he is spot on. I came in and showed him a picture of what I wanted and he made my nails look identical to what I showed him. I never leave Annie's disappointed. The environment and staff are also wonderful. I've been to Annie's several times for pedicure service. They used to be great. Lately, I've had very inconsistent service, aside from consistently having my cuticles trimmed too much so that they scab over for the next few days. The people are nice, they schedule decently, all the new faces are a little disconcerting unless you only see one tech (which I haven't here). Could be my luck of the draw. They seem mostly-clean overall, and there are plenty of regulars. I may try them again in a few months. read more

I came in at about 4:30 on a Monday. I wanted my acrylics taken off and a gel polish put on. They had me wait for 5-10 min before seating me at a manicure station, then put the acetone on my fingers for what felt like a good 45 while they continued to accept more and more customers with no one to finish the job started on me. They asked customers to wait at nail stations and at pedicure chairs with no one to help them. I've worked in service-related jobs before and I know that you just shouldn't accept a customer if you don't have the staff to help them. The faces on several customers showed obvious annoyance and some got up and left. It would have been a much greater service to provide a customer with an accurate wait time to allow them to make their own decision on staying or coming back another time. With all of that said once I did receive service it was actually excellent. The person who took off my acrylics was quick, gentle, and thorough. They switched to someone else to finish my manicure, and she did a really wonderful job at carefully shaping my nails and two weeks later, my polish is a bit grown out but still looks great. I'm conflicted as to whether or not I'll go back. It was a frustrating experience, but I am really happy with how it came out. I might consider going back if I have some time during the morning of a weekday or some other off-hour. read more

I've been growing out my own nails for a long long time I finally had a little length and asked her not to cut them so instead she filed them down. I have no idea why this nail salon has so little reviews... This is my go to spot for pink and white solar. The interior is clean and never too long of a wait. Manicures and pedicures can be done by anyone here. They do a very good job with that, but there is only one person I trust with my pink and whites and that is Andy. I've been to many other salons (split ends, tip toe) when the wait is too hoping to get the same effect Andy gives my nails but they always fall short and let me down. I'm true to this guy when it comes to my pink and whites...but I still like to visit other salons for basic pedicures or manicures. read more

Went in earlier today for a gel mani/pedi. Despite being super busy, they fit me in within 20 minutes. They actually had two girls work on me, one doing the manicure while the other worked my pedicure. It didn't take very long to get everything done. The best part of this is that my feet are actually soft and nice looking. I'm on my feet a lot and they were some pretty rugged looking things when I came in, so for them to actually end up looking nice is nothing short of a miracle. Andy's work is OK but he's got a smart mouth that's borderline disrespectful.i wish I would've just come back when Michele was there because I've just received service so bad I won't step foot in there again! I had the older lady with glasses...she can't even paint nails! I'm giving 3 stars because Michelle is good but my time there has been inconsistent. Pedicure, fill or full set. Salon looked nice, everything seemed fine and I was satisfied with my pedicure, but when I took off the nail polish I noticed discoloration in my big toenail. I thought perhaps I had hit it or injured the nail. But now, about 4 months past, I discover that I actually have toenail fungus. I do not share clippers with anybody, and actually do not get pedicures usually; I got one because my friend wanted to. And now I have this. Very unhappy, toenail fungus medications have lots of side effects and it is notoriously hard to get rid of. They either didn't properly disinfect their tools, or they used ones that hadn't been disinfected. read more

I get compliments on my nails All the time and always have Andy's card to give out! He knows me and that I change my (acrylic) color every time to something different. I wanted to like this place. Mainly because I'm damn tired of searching for a nail salon. My gel french manicure chipped and peeled after 3 days. THREE DAYS. I don't ask for anything super fancy. I just like a nice manicure on my natural nails. And it peeled right off. If i had gotten at least a week out of it I'd had shrugged it off but geez come on people. I got a pedicure and paid extra for a spa treatment. The lady doing it just up and walked away during it for about 20 minutes. When she came back the towels and everything were cold and she just forgot about the rest of the treatment I paid for. Really didn't enjoy. Don't think you will either. Oh and they talk a LOT in another language. Avoid the place if you have concerns about not being able to understand if people are talking mess about you. read more

I've been getting my nails done here since I moved back home to Texas. They do an excellent job...I honestly don't recall my nails breaking at any time since I've been going here. They have stayed late to accommodate me and others without any complaint. I also appreciate how clean it is because you don't want to catch anyone's hammer-toe fungus. They take great care to make sure that you are satisfied with your nails. (multiple coats to ensure you get the exact darkness you want, changing colors once you're a few nails in and realize you wanted something a little lighter, etc.) Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. Been randomly going to this place couple years and have experienced and observed nasty attitude rude behavior to the customers from the nail techs. I gave them one last chance yesterday and it's a done deal will NEVER go back again. The asian guy had me to choose my colors and an older asian woman nail tech was sitting ready to do my nails. After chose my colors and sat down she insisted I had acrylic nails in which I only wear SNS because acrylic destroys my nails. Obviously she was under educated and trying to blame me for her miseducation for her own line of work. She insisted I was lying and started talking asian language to the mgr asian guy then got up left me sitting there. She kept speaking her language and rolling her eyes as if she hated me as she went to the back starting helping with pedicures. I asked the asian mgr guy is she is incompetent refusing to do my nails..will I get service or just leave me sitting here trying to figure out what's going on? He said she scared to do your nails and he has two other people come back tomorrow. I stormed out went to Bliss Nail Bar with no problems. Called back told the asian guy mgr will be noting this on internet he told me do what had to do after he refused to give me her name to add to this. This place has no proper professional management they treat you however they feel. This shop is also limited in nail talent anyway unable to do ombre nails and have smallest swarvoski crystals. You will think you have a great nail service done but them nails will start chipping like others have stated. Spend your money and time elsewhere. read more

I've been getting my eyebrows done by Tammy for a few years now. I typically make an appointment and am seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. The spa is always clean and the staff is friendly. My daughter sees Andy for her nails and has nothing but good things to say about his work, which I can also vouch for as he has done pedicures on me as well. The only advice I'd give is to not go during peak times (weekends) if you're in a hurry. They like to ensure everyone is pleased before they walk out of the door, and as such, they don't rush just to get you out of the way so they can move on to the next person. read more
