They asked if I would like a beverage, but I declined, and the shop was sparkling clean and well-decorated. What a difference! Nikki was so professional, and you could tell right away that she knew what she was doing. She was friendly, and we chatted about our kids as she did the manicure. the store is insanely dirty/old equipment and the prices are high end for zero quality work. normally I wouldn't go there but the places I go to were booked and I figured they can clip my toe nails and remove my classes. the tech I got not only put bags on my feet for 30 minutes while doing a service in the back came moved my feet in the water and wasted more time she scrubbed for maybe 8 minutes and clipped my toes then proceeded to cut me. i was already over it but i did nothing but be patient. I trusted the service was done and paid $40 mind you! for the worst pedicure of my life. I got home I then sat only the couch and felt my feet and saw they felt EXACTLY the same as they did before and I was genuinely dis in myself because they did use a toy scrub that absolutely does nothing but I figured maybe he used them wrong then but I called and let them know and they said "they can't do anything, and if I'm not happy don't come back again" as well as other things when all I asked for was to return and the job be finished and they said "we don't want you to come back now" and it seemed very funny to them. I hope if you like quality work you never put yourself in the predicament of this low quality and bad service establishment. read more

I just left this shop with 2 toes bleeding because the attendant cut my toe nails to the skin. I am a diabetic and have never had a problem of this nature before. It was insensitive of those at this shop. They wanted to put super glue on the wounds and i was told, I needed to let the know I am a diabetic. For years and numerous pedicures in the past I have never had this problem before. The polish had already been removed so the problem was with me ???. I went to get my nails done today with my sister and mom and when I tell you they looked terrible I mean they looked terrible. The lady that did my nails doesn't even know how to do designes and how to shape them so me and my sisters nails looked very ugly. The lady also made my nails look very crooked and one of them is even sticking all the way up and they're supposed to be my birthday nails so that just ruined my whole week. The person who did my moms nails did a decent job but my mom did short nails and no design just polish so I don't know much but the same person did her toes and my mom hated them. Overall I WOULDNT recommend going here im not for tearing small business but they don't know how to do good so I just need to give y'all a warning. Update: I went in today to tell them about my nails and they started blaming me and didn't give me a refund for the awful job the did. so if you go here and get your nails done they WONT GIVE YOU A REFUND just a heads up. Super disappointed.... I came in here for the first time on Monday to get my nails done. I did SNS dip powder, which always last me 14-21 days.... EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Here I am one week in and three of my nails have broken/chipped/cracked. Like these are not cheap, why the hell were they made so thin to wear they break. This nail shop is located in the same shopping center as HEB. I've had their gel manicures in the past which their polish didn't last long, not even a week. Friendly staff. Complementary wine, soft drink or water. I enjoy their pedicures. I've been to other nail shops where they literally massage your legs/feet for 1 min, NOT this place. Their massages during pedicures are nice. I enjoyed my pedicure. I decided to skip the mani. My daughter (she's 11) had a kids manicure. Kids mani includes nail art~ $12! MMmmm, kay. So I have given this place a true fair shot at my business, and I am definitely HAPPY to say that I have found my new nail shop. It has seriously taken well over 6 months of trial and a lot of error of Pflugerville nail shops, but one thing stands consistent with Atelier, is their customer service! When I first went into the shop, I was jilted and had been disappointed in almost every shop I'd been to in my hunt for a new shop. Ironically many of the few I visited had nail techs working in them that remembered me as a faithful customer to Annies (which I left after being fed up with Andy- the manager). I kind of expected them to set me up with the best damn nail tech then, knowing who I was, but nope. Shitty nail job after shitty nail job. After 20 years of getting my nails done, I contemplating just giving up. My 18 year old has never seen me without nails... so 20 years is no exaggeration. I have high expectations because I've been blessed with some amazing nail techs over the years. Nuff bout that! I first saw Jennifer for a pedi, and was immediately in love with her technique. To not knowing jack shit about my preferences, she had my toes shaped perfectly, and painted beautifully. She listened when I told her the length I preferred, and all that goodness. To this day, she remembers what I like, and I had another flawless pedi yesterday. I've seen Gina for my nails, and after yesterday, seeing my hands today, shes my new gal! She has worked very hard to make sure I was happy, and was getting a great nail job. She asks questions, and respects that I'm a picky customer. I respect that she knows what shes doing in return, but I think that shes also perfecting her technique on my nails too. Their manager is very cool too. Greets you, remembers you, and will try to right anything you're not happy about. They offer you a drink when you enter, they have pretty good pedi chairs, they have ample space, and they are new so they are NOT constantly busy. They are very customer service oriented, they have coupons, and they are building their color pallet. They now have 3 boards of colors. Id still like to see some more color choices for powder, I'm a nail freak, so I love wild colors, and glitters.. big ones, chunky glitters, but they're coming around! Went to get a pedicure and it was a really great experience. Masks were worn and the social distancing was a must. The staff was so nice and did such a great job! I ended up going to this salon to get my nails after not getting them done in years. I wasn't sure where to go and I was looking at the reviews and I saw this place was five star so I ended up trying it out. I wanted stiletto nails but she didn't understand how I wanted them and basically I left not liking my nails at all so I had to end up going home and change it to how I wanted them.. Then not even two days the tip already broke off for one of my fingers and now almost a week the another tip fell off so I'm disappointed with the quality and I'm not coming back I rather do my own nails that will last and look good then paid 25 for nails that are already breaking off not even a week in. The nail technicians working there are very friendly! I've came here a couple times already since I'm comfortable with going there. They have a lot of colors to choose from and from what I saw they had Gel, Regular, SNS and Chrome colors. I just had their pedicure and the foot/leg massage was great! Great little find! Went right at opening on a Monday morning (not typical for me - I had taken the day off for my birthday) so I didn't have a wait. Was greeted promptly and warmly and she was very patient while I picked out a color - I always do black and refused this time!! She did an absolutely outstanding job on both my mani and pedi. I have to say that this place isn't the fanciest, but it is consistent and the customer service is always great. They offer water, wine and soda and their pedicure chairs are located 4 to a side pod. Very clean. I loved how they had the tools wrapped. They were very quick but did not rush. They person who worked on my nails was gentle. It was average on the price. They had ample amount of people working especially for a Sunday. They also have plenty of pedi chairs and plenty of space. I normally go to a nail salon in Cedar Park that is next to my work. But now that I live in the Hutto area, I decided I needed to find a place closer to home. I came upon this nail salon and it looked decent, so I went in around 3:30 Sunday afternoon. They only had one other customer, so they were able to seat me immediately. Overall, the pedicure was not bad. It's not the best I've had, but not the worst etiher. They were able to complete painting my nails and told me to sit there for an additional 10 minutes to let them dry. I waited, then went straight home and laid on the couch for another 2 hours. When I went to put my feet up, I noticed my toe had smudged. So I went to test the other nails and see what happened. They all smudged and the polish came right off over 2 hours later. I think when they put the parrafin wax on my feet, they didn't get it off my nails enough so it would not allow the polish to set and dry. I called them back that night and they did not answer, so I left a voicemail. Then when I still didn't have a call back this afternoon, I just called again. I was basically told that they would not refund my money ($45) and I had to come in to get the color redone. I tried to request even a partial refund, because I understand that the rest of my pedicure is complete and the color is not the total package. But they were unwilling to even do that. I'm sorry, but I don't have the time to go again until this weekend and frankly I don't trust them to not mess it up again. I needed my nails done for an event this week and now they look like a hotmess. I don't have any other option than to take a lunch this week and fork over another $45 to have my regular place do my nails the right way. I understand not wanting to completely refund me based on a phone call. I'm sure a lot of people mess their own nails up and then call wanting their money back. But I have pictures and left the salon a voicemail as soon as it happened last night. Clearly this is an issue of a technician rushing through the process and making a mistake when every single one of my nails came off over 2 hours later. They never dried, they never set. Surely there was a better way to handle that, but instead the manager just seemed put out by my phone call. That's bad customer service in my book. I will not be gong back. read more

I've been to this salon a few times. Gina usually does a great job on your nails unless she's got a few people waiting then she rushes through and misses some of the details to your nails. I had another girl ( wish I hadn't forgotten her name) who did a Horrific job on my nails, granted she was having a bad allergy day and kept cleaning her nose with her hands as she workeD on my nails That aside, she drilled through my nail bed like nobody's business she didn't speak English so when I asked why she was doing that she looked at me confused and kept going ( here I am trying to stay positive thinking everything would turn out ok) but she left me with extremely thin, sensitive brittle mishapened nails and all I had asked for was a gel manicure. She also failed to clean up around my nail when she was done .. I might as well have done my own. I went to a different nail place to get those nails removed and the guy was scared to work on my nails because they were so sensitive so I now have to use neosporin on my nails for the next two months until they're ok to "paint" again I'm never ever one to complain about an awful nail job but this time I had to. The quality of their work is outstanding & no complaints from me. As far as price so, they are fair & reasonable. It look small outside but its suprise me when i go inside . its clean and big ! 12 pedicure chairs and 5 mani tables . 5 peoples work here . it friday so i have to wait 15' -it not too bad .
