    Spider man nails

I brought my daughter here to get our nails painted for her 4th birthday party. And we had a good experience. I bought really cheap spider man nail stickers off of Amazon (like 50+ stickers for $6) and they had no problem putting them on for us. She did all 10 of my daughter's tiny nails. Toward the end my daughter had a little trouble being still but the nail tech was really patient with her. I think the outcome would've been prettier with gel polish but I specifically wanted regular polish for us.

I came here today for a full set. My expirience was okay they wait wasn't that bad, the only thing i didnt like was that I went with my friend and they attended her right away I had to wait for the next available person yet two other customers came in and got in before I did, I didnt mind. The lady who did my nails was very nice but she didn't do a very good job with my nails. They were very crooked and not shaped very good, which she didn't even ask how I'd like them to be shaped. Also a little bit ruff on my nails while filing them. Bottom line I wasn't very sarisfied with them and pricy too ($40) and the color i chose wasn't even close to the one I wanted. Been to better!!!

Love the ladies here! They're all very seasoned techs and do great work! Usually a little bit of a wait but worth it!

I have been here before and had a pedicure with Helen yesterday, she was so sweet and gentle on my feet and we had great conversation.

The atmosphere is lively and friendly, the staff is talented and personable, and the extras they offer really make the experience. I get designs often on my nails and when I show pictures at most other salons, they maybe do one nail design of the ones in. The picture. My nail tech got the design to a T from the picture I showed her. I would 100% recommend this salon. For the adults they have a full size bar and serve delicious drinks. They brought around little cheesecake bites and cake pops which my nieces absolutely loved. It may be slightly pricier than a typical salon but it was well worth it!

The entire appointment felt rushed, as if the staff's main goal was to get customers in and out as quickly as possible rather than provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience. For me, service matters more than price. I don't mind paying higher prices when I receive quality care and attention, but that was not the case here. The rushed atmosphere made it difficult to enjoy the appointment, and I left feeling more like a number than a valued customer. While the pricing may attract some people, I personally will not be returning. Good service is worth paying for, and unfortunately, this salon did not meet my expectations.

They clearly prioritize nail health and safety: super clean setup with dust collectors, gentle manicuring (no aggressive filing ), and they actually take the time to explain what services are best for your nails. What really stood out is how much care they put into prep--they properly clean and prep the nail so the application lasts longer and the final result looks way better. They won't just do whatever you ask if it could damage your nails or won't last, which I really respect. Liz did my Apres Gel X (natural almond shape) manicure and put so much care into the application, leaving my nails feeling healthy and strong. I also got the Pinky Pedicure with regular polish done by Chau, and it was just as amazing. Everyone was so welcoming, professional, and kind. It's rare to find a place that cares this much about both the experience and the long-term health of your nails. Safe to say I won't be going anywhere else

I already had acrylic nails and told my nail tech that I wanted to change the shape and color. I gave her the option of either removing them and doing a new set or filing down. She chose to file and fill them. I ended up paying $75 for the service and left a $13 tip, bringing my total to $90. When I left, they asked if I liked my nails and I said yes. I want to be honest about that. I felt pressured and uncomfortable saying that I was unhappy in the moment. Once I got home and had time to really look at them, I noticed several nails were crooked and uneven, some areas near my cuticles looked exposed and the shape and cat eye design were inconsistent. I went back the next day hoping they could be fixed. I explained that I did not think the set could be salvaged and asked if they could please replace the problematic nails and give me a different shape. Anytime I have ever gone back to a salon for a correction, if there was a problematic nail they would remove that nail and replace it completely. My thumb in particular was one of the nails I was concerned about, so I expected that it could simply be replaced. Instead, I was told not to worry and that she could fix them. I also explained that I did not like how uneven the cat eye looked and asked if we could just change it to a solid color. Again I was told no. I asked three separate times about redoing the problematic nails or at least changing the color because I was still unhappy. Instead, the resolution I received was having the nails filed down even more. At that point I felt like everyone was staring at me and I honestly felt ashamed so I stopped asking and just let her continue. My thumb was filed down even more during the correction and it was hurting me. I was told that the nails would grow out in about two days and look better and that I should "save my money" and come back in two weeks. And that she knew what she was talking about because she had been working in nails for 25 years. I left without getting the color change I had asked for. I sat in my car afterward for 30 minutes crying because I felt frustrated, embarrassed and afraid to keep saying I was unhappy after already asking so many times. When I got home, my thumb started bleeding and I ended up removing the acrylic nail myself. I'm plan on removing the whole set. I really wish they had simply replaced that nails when I came back and asked, especially since the purpose of me returning was to have them corrected. I understand that I said I liked them when I was originally asked and I take responsibility for not speaking up immediately. I also understand that nail techs are human and not every set will come out perfectly. That is exactly why I went back and gave the salon an opportunity to correct the problem instead of immediately leaving a negative review. What ultimately disappointed me was how the correction was handled. I tried multiple times to communicate what would make me happy and I did not feel listened to. I wasn't asking for anything extravagant. I just wanted it properly corrected and an even set that I felt comfortable wearing after spending $90. I even said I would be willing to pay extra for a color change if they could just redo the nails and I was told no again. I hate leaving a negative review, but after trying to have the set corrected and then having to remove the painful thumb nail myself when I got home, I felt like I needed to share my experience.
