I went to Annie today to have my nails done. I had a appointment with Annie. First they tried to put me with someone else. Then when I said no I have a appointment with Annie, they sat me down at her station. Annie was 15 minutes late. I asked her if she was overbooked, and she said no. No apologies or explanation why she was late. Then I told what I wanted, and she said ok. She did not do what I wanted, and then lied and said if we did it that way your nails would be too short. I know better you can have your color changed without effecting the length of your nails. The truth was she wanted to hurry through my appointment so she could get to other clients. I would say this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I will not be going back to Annie again. So I ended up with the same boring nails I has before. Used to be a regular - this place has really gone downhill. The attitude of the staff is horrid. My nail tech basically complained the entire service that she was about to clock out but was asked to stay late to cover the appointment I had called in that morning... then complained about her divorce, bills, and bad tippers. For many, going to the salon is a break and "me time"... I wanted out of there so desperately. $80 later with a subpar set, (she didn't do the design I asked for but I was so over it I didn't correct her) I won't be back.
