Annie's Nails used to be very nice, clean and well kept. I was in today for a Pedicure. Much of the nail polish I opened was too old to use, I asked for a cup of water and they pointed me to a self serve water with small Dixie cups (dentist swish size). The chair I sat in needed a good wipe down. This is my biggest complaint-cleanliness. Hand prints and nail dust everywhere. After my pedicure I had my eyebrows waxed, the room was very dirty. The paper on the bed and the sheet were dirty from shoes. It was also very dusty and unorganized in this room. Used as a closet for storage. The good aspect was it was a quality pedicure and I'm happy with the look of my brows. I hope the health department takes a better look at their cleaning practices. I will not be back. read more

Had some good experiences before but today they had a new person do my nails without supervision. She cut my nails so short they look ridiculous. She was trimming my cuticles and end up just clipping my skin all around that nail. She told a coworker it must be a hang nail. "No...you cut my skin in more places than one." Then she was so freaked out by the blood it looks like the other nails has no cuticle removed. The paint job on a few nails had to be corrected by another person, but it still looks like a 2 year old did them. Yes I know should of just asked for a do-over. But I had to go to work. Didn't have time to spend 2 hours for a basic gel polish. You would think after that job it would cost a little less or be on the house. But no $32 and then made a comment that I didn't tip. Here is your tip, teach. Don't just let some come in and hack at someone's fingers. If she is an amateur, let me know ahead of time and let me make that choice. Never in my entire life have I had such a shitty outcome. I asked for white tip she added a clear tip and then started to do hombre white. she didn't trim, at the end of the service she rushed because it was 7 o'clock. As I walked out I got beyond frustrated and went back and forced her to file my nails down this is the result. I've been to this place in the past but they have gone downhill FAST. I just got married this past Saturday, and my whole bridal party went in the Thursday before to get our nails done. Almost everyone got gel nails and by the next day everyone's nails were completely chipped. Which was one of my worst nightmares for my wedding. The pricing is absolutely ridiculous, especially for the job done. I went back today, 4 days later to get my nails fixed before leaving on my honeymoon. They fixed my nails but instead of redoing the whole nail, dabbed a tiny bit of paint on it and said it was good. You could tell they were all talking about my nails as they were pointing at my nails and then all started glaring at me. I had explained that I was a bit frustrated because my whole bridal had came in and we all had a horrible experience and the lady who did my nails talked over me & completely disregarded what I said and acted like she couldn't hear me. Right before I left she told me the reason it was chipped on my toe was because my toe nail broke off- but there would have been no way for them to repaint my nail If I didn't have one. 66 dollars for a gel mani/ regular pedi. Where they talk crap about you the whole time and rushed the entire experience. I was done in 30 minutes for both the mani and pedi. I went with a bridal party and all of our nails were chipping by the next day. They also try to upsell you the entire time. It wasn't relaxing and none of our nails looked good. I'm not sure what happened because I used to love going to Annie's. The Bride had to go back a couple days later to have her gel nails fixed because they were chipping and you could visibly tell they weren't happy about it. When I asked for a refund they tried to convince me that I was seeing things. Then they said they would only refund me for the paint, but not the manicure. I just had the worst pedicure I have ever had, actually I would give no stars. I have been to Annie's several times and have had the same woman time and again. Today she was so rushed and very rough. She hurt me several times, once so bad that I yanked my foot back and said ouch quite loudly. It was not a relaxing experience what so ever. It was actually quite the opposite. At this point I have no desire to go back and give them another try. I will be looking elsewhere. My feet still look terrible and I left feeling like I should go elsewhere to get another pedicure asap. My nine-year-old daughter and I sat for a half hour in the waiting area when we wanted a pedicure. When we reminded them that we were there, they moved us to the back. Then we sat for at least another 15 to 20 minutes. When I told him that this is unacceptable and that we were leaving, they shrugged at us and said sorry about that. She hurt my nails by cutting the cuticle too much. I waited for the other lady to help me since I was getting a design by her. I love this place! I have a hard time being loyal to most nail salons due to my crazy schedule, but I always come crawling back to this place. The best part is I can just walk in and wait, or I can call a couple hours in advance to hold a spot. I get acrylic fills every 3-4 weeks and they have taken such good care of my nails. Today, I called ahead to have them pencil me in after work. I was desperate! I had been going to this other nail salon due to convenience--it was a couple doors down from my work and it was cheap (but cheap for a reason!) Anyway, my nails had chipped FOUR times. I've never had a nail chip in my life, I typically have good nails and good luck with keeping my acrylic sets on. I felt so defeated when another nail completely lifted and almost was bent off. Trust me, I've been through the ringer of bad manicures; being filed raw, water damage, clipped, bruised, like seriously messed up. Going into Annie's as a last resort, I was tired of walking around with busted nails-- not to mention I had burns and cuts on my hands that I was also worried about. Have been going here for years. But now, thinking it's time to find someplace new. Had acrylic nails put on a few days prior but had a couple detach. So went back to have them do a quick fix. This particular experience was very poor. It took about ten minutes before I was asked what I wanted. Once I was seated and the work on my nails began, during the repair, this was the most impersonal experience I have ever had at Annie's. The person did not talk to me, continued to get up and answer phones and make personal calls. Never once apologizing for leaving me each time. Then made me pay an additional $ for a personal nail kit (nail file and buffer) that I had forgotten to bring, then was asked to pay a tip, which I feel in this particular situation was extremely unprofessional. My thoughts are that we pay a premium for nails. Customer's want to be acknowledged once they enter. You should not make them wait, charging for a replacement nail kit is petty. Asking for a tip is bad. Would give no stars and can not believe that I was treated this way, especially knowing this place, has been my favorite nail salon. Rude. Rude. Absolutely RUDE. I definitely DO NOT recommend Annie's nails. I was honestly super excited to try this place but wow the staff does not know one thing about customer service. Just because THEY were running behind schedule, or "accidentally" scheduled me at the same time as someone else, does NOT mean they can rush through MY appointment. When I go get a mani/pedi, I expect to have a time of relaxation not a time of discomfort and frustration. First, they did not even bother to ask me if I wanted to have my mani and pedi done at the same time; which I clearly did NOT want to have it done all at once. I definitely did not pay to sit uncomfortably with my shoulders/arms all twisted, while the girl tried to rush through my manicure. Second, when I told both the girls how unsatisfied I was, they both definitely never learned to apologize; so yes, I gave them a little heads up on what customer service means. When a customer complains, one of the first thing to do is apologize and ACKNOWLEDGE WHAT the customer is upset about, NOT merely argue with the customer about the situation. Also, when I first chose my colors, I CLEARLY asked about pricing for the different styles. However, later on the other girl decides to just change the pricing on me on the spot. Either they make up their prices as they go or the team definitely does not know what the pricings are. I mean, maybe they should just learn to be a little .. just a TADDD bit nicer? Great first experience at Annie's! I'm supposed to be meeting a couple friends for happy hour nearby but I had a couple hours to kill so I decided I'd stop in at Annie's for a gel mani. I was promptly greeted and ushered to a table to begin my manicure. After my manicurist brought the bottle of polish, we both agreed it was a little too orange for the coral I was going for. She was so patient and nice as we went back to the wall-o-color to debate this color or that color. "No, that's too pink... No, that's too orange." Finally we settled on a color and all was good. You can visit a super fancy salon and walk out with a really crummy manicure or pedicure or a really bad acrylic job. I know, because this seems to be a trend I'm experiencing...HOWEVER, Annie's has given me the most exceptionally beautiful sets of acrylic nails and gel polish the last two months!! Perfectly shaped nails without an even nest or lumps. Perfect gel polish without bubbles or cracks or chipping. My favorite is Louis who has done my nails three out of the four times I have visited. When he was out of town he recommended me to the salon owner, his sister, Anna. She did just as beautiful and perfect as a job at he has done! Reasonably priced, extremely friendly people, great selection of gel polishes and services. (I am a former manicurist who let my license expire because it was from out of state.) read more

Came here for the first time yesterday and was impressed with how fancy it looked inside! They had so many colors to choose from for both regular nail polish and gel. I got a mani and a pedi.. The pedi was okay. It was very rushed and there was no foot massage :( The mani.. Eh. The color is not very even. Its very bumpy on my nail. Im not someone who is picky at all but for the money, this place is just not worth it. The staff is friendly so thats why i didnt give a 1 star but I'm not impressed with the work and I sadly wont be back. **UPDATE** My shellac manicure started to peel 4 days after I had them done. I went back to the store and asked they redo it since I paid a lot of money for it. The owner I believe was the one who redid it and it looks 100000x better than the first.
