Organized chaos but I loved it. Hello and welcome to Ann's Dari Creme. This restaurant reminded me of a classic burger and dog joint. The diner seating and countertop bar was nostalgic. There aren't really any defined lines when you enter the restaurant from either door you stand and wait to be called upon. The lines stayed consistent but not quite out the door line. The large wall menu was clear and straight to business. I do encourage you to read what "everything" for them includes. I opted for the hotdog and full sized hamburger with everything on it and added ketchup. I was too excited I forgot to add fries to my meal which was ok because it allowed me to go use on the primary options. The bun selection for both was very unique as it was more of a super soft hoagie roll. That chili sauce touch chopped onion and mustard worked so well. The burger was quite tasty and had me really considering going for another one. Next time I may dine in but I'm for sure coming back and hope to be a regular. Overall 4 of 5

Best footlong dog anywhere!!! My hubby grew up on Ann's. This is the first time back in 30 years. The food is great and exactly as we remember it! It has limited counter seats otherwise it's all to go orders. The staff are great and friendly. They are so efficient making each order as ordered. Ann's has been in business 75 years. It's always busy with steady flow of folks. Well worth the trip

First time visitors! I can't believe this little place has been open for almost 75 years! It's small, but there are picnic areas outside to enjoy the food. The staff were really nice. I tried the double dog my husband ordered and I got a simple hamburger with a strawberry sundae. Definitely a guilty pleasure! We'll be back to try some fries and cheesesteaks

A glen burnie maryland iconic spot. its simple food done well. Burgers, hot dogs, ice cream and shakes. Nothing fancy but its reliable and delicious. The location has plenty of parking and easy to get to. Not really a big place to come sit and eat, even though they do have some counter space. Better to eat outside on a nice day or take it to go. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They do they. cash and card. The prices here are still reasonable and IMO cheap compared to most places nowadays considering what you get. The shakes and cones are good cant go wrong for a nice treat. Burgers and hotdogs are simple but good. Hotdogs are deep fried which adds a nice snap and flavor. Always love support local businesses. Its a old school spot with simple good food for a food price no surprise that its been around for so long.

Any time I'm near Marley Station Mall I feel like I need to stop by. Ann's was there before and will outlast the Mall. My stop is more nostalgic. Everything is the same, comforting. I usually get a half double dog with mustard, chili and cheese. An order of fries and a milkshake. Getting a milkshake is a must. There are a few stools inside but orders are all carryout. I usually park by a picnic table. Have to try at least once

This is in the side parking lot, facing north, showing a couple of benches.

We don't live near Ann's Dari Creme, but we make it a point to come here every few months. It's easy to find on the west side of MD-1 at a traffic light. Open every day from mid-morning to evening. There's plenty of parking, mostly on the side and in the back, with several benches to eat at on a nice day. There's a short counter inside with maybe 8 stools. Most people get their food to go, but we usually eat inside just to enjoy the bustling cooks and staff. It's a genuine old-school hot-dog, fries, and shake stand. There's more on the menu, but we always get the basics every time! Good-old regular dogs with house-made chili on soft fresh buns. Generous hot crispy fries. Thick sweet genuine milkshakes in simple flavors. This visit was Oct 2024, so we're about due for another visit!

I've heard some great things about this hidden gem. It's a small spot packed with love. Everyone is friendly easy going. This place gets packed and the line will be out the door. Got a footlong fries w/ a half n half (tea & lemonade) Sweets, got to go for the orange cream milkshake. This milkshake will bring back childhood memories and if you're young, it'll make memories! The hotdogs were on point!! My new favorite spot when on this side of town.

Cheeseburger Sandwich They should really be ashamed of themselves for the size and thickness of the hamburger patty. The full ketchup packet was thicker than the hamburger patty. Positives: the bread was soft and appeared to be a fresh bakery roll, which was nice. The toppings were good. Milkshake A hood balance of thickness and good amount of chocolate. The shake was the better part of my order. French fries Crispy and salted well. Not my cup of tea, maybe it's yours

Lunch at Ann's is always a treat. Everything prepared to order and hot off the griddle. I've been coming here over 50 years now. It hasn't changed except for finally moving to a computer for entering your order. This is definitely comfort food at its best. Always worth a visit if you're within 20 miles.

You can tell people really like this place. Lots of options on the menu. I went with the classic Eggs Benedict, which here comes with an interesting twist -- they add cheddar cheese. That was new to me. My daughter ordered the Belgian waffle with sausage. They didn't ask patty or link, so we rolled the dice -- it came as links, and she wasted no time eating them. The waffle filled her up quickly. Fresh blueberries on top, crispy on the outside, airy on the inside, and sweet in all the right ways. When my Eggs Benedict arrived, it looked a little small at first and the potatoes barely filled the plate. But don't let that fool you. What a flavor. What a presentation. The hollandaise was perfect -- thick enough that it barely dripped off the muffins. Once the creamy yolk broke and mixed into that sauce, it was game over. The cheddar addition actually works, giving the whole dish another layer of richness. This is top-tier classic Benedict. Coffee was solid, the atmosphere cozy, and the pricing surprised me in a good way. My daughter's meal was $5.99, with only a $0.75 upcharge for juice, which is hard to beat these days. Good service, good food, and a comfortable place to sit down and eat. We'll definitely be back!!!

I recommend making a reservation if you're coming on a weekend morning. They had beignets as a special and those were tasty. A little crunch on the outside and fluffy on the inside with powdered sugar on top. I ordered the corned beef hash and it was ok. Service was lackluster. We did not see our waitress after the food arrived and had to flag someone down to ask for the check. There was no butter in the table for toast- we asked a food runner in lieu of the waitress but did not get it.

The food was average. Nothing to brag about but I would return to try the crab dip. I heard it was good and I am a fan of any cheese crab dip. I enjoyed my wings. The fried green tomatoes could have been cooked a little longer to suit my taste but it wasn't bad. Just a little hard to cut through with the knife. I'm interested in trying out their early evening. To see if they have any happy Hour specials. I loved the service that was received. So I would definitely return.

If you walked in blind, you honestly wouldn't even guess they specialize in seafood -- that's how clean and fresh the environment felt. Major points for that alone. Now let's get into the food. I started with the cream of crab soup. The portion was solid and there were huge chunks of crab throughout, which I definitely appreciated. However, the base itself just wasn't to my liking. The crab was there, but the flavor profile didn't quite hit for me. For my entrée, I ordered the oyster platter with two sides -- regular fries and coleslaw -- and added a shrimp basket because when you're at a seafood spot, you might as well go all in. The meal definitely satisfied my hunger, but if I'm being honest, it tasted more boxed and frozen than freshly battered. That homemade, crispy, just-dropped-in-the-fryer feel wasn't quite there. On the bright side, the fries were good -- hot, crisp, and dependable. The coleslaw was exactly how I like it: balanced, not too sweet, not too heavy on the mayo. Where they truly shine is customer service. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and very helpful throughout the visit. Service can make or break a dining experience, and they definitely delivered on that front. Overall, while this visit didn't completely wow me food-wise, the cleanliness and service alone are enough for me to give them another shot. I'll be back to try something different and will happily update my review. Stay tuned.

When we arrived, it wasn't too busy, so we decided to play some arcade games before lunch. That turned out to be a mistake because by the time we were ready to eat, there was a wait. We were told it would be about 15 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 25. The arcade room was quite dark, which made playing pinball difficult. When I asked a staff member if the lights could be turned on, she explained that the owner prefers to keep them off. I hope they reconsider, as better lighting would make the arcade much more enjoyable. There are single-occupancy restrooms near the arcade that were much less busy than those by the main dining area. Since our last visit, we also learned that the former liquor store next door has been converted into an overflow dining room when the main restaurant is busy, and it's also used for private events. Despite the wait, Angie, our server, was excellent. She was personable, attentive, and even happy to take a group photo for us. The food was great. I especially enjoyed the Old Bay wings, rockfish tenders, soft shell crab sandwich, and waffle fries. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal, and we look forward to returning.
