Dense and chewy with a box mix batter taste. I was shocked at how bad the food was because they were packed when I got there. That was a waste of $17. Hey friends! I came across this spot on Yelp and it had pretty good reviews. I was attracted to the French toast breakfast sandwich($9) from Yelp reviews. Soooo I ordered it. I was initially repulsed by the amount of oil on the sandwich(see picture). While it was overly greasy, the flavor was perfect. French toast was cooked to perfection and was the perfect amount of sweet. Overall, I enjoyed the sandwich and next time I will request less oil. Service was friendly. Price point is affordable. Interior is bare. There is one high top bar with a few chairs for dine-in. Parking is free and ample. I'll be back to try some other menu items soon. Enjoy! I've been to this place several times and it has progressively slipped down into the "idgaf" lane. The first time we tried it, it was definitely a solid four with the chorizo burrito leading the way. The last time (Jan. 3rd/ 9 am-ish), I don't know what was going on. I placed an online order which included a mushroom omelette. I added ham, thinking in my mind, it would be added to the omelette. They gave me two slices of what appeared to be low-frequency Hormel canned ham. When it was time to pick up the order, they couldn't find the order because they placed it under the wrong number and they forgot my fresh juice. I allowed myself to get good and upset about the juice, so I decided to go back to get my juice at around 1 pm on the same day. Those raggedy broads were closing shop with the door locked. Mind you, their business hours said they would be open until 5 pm. Lesson- ALWAYS check your food before you leave and realize everyone does not communicate the same. And ALWAYS let these raggedy whores know what it is and what it is going to be in a scathing review. I have never step foot in this restaurant. It proves to be one of the best places I have ever eaten though. I have ordered food from here at least five times now just this last week or two and I can't get enough of it. It's so easy to order food off of all the delivery apps and for the quality to not be as good as when you're sitting physically inside of the restaurant. I just got their mango today and it is an entire mango cut up and you know it's fresh because they still have the seed with it. It is some of the freshest, most sweet and ripe mango I have ever had in my life. If this is hard to follow at all, it's because I am using talk to text because I just have too much to say I cannot use my finger to get this all out. Different breakfast items I have tried are the pancake breakfast, the French toast. breakfast, the avocado breakfast burrito, and today I got the simple bagel with cream cheese. The avocado burrito was amazing. It was just simply cheese egg and avocado and it was so yummy today. The bagel with cream cheese is amazing which seems so silly to say because it's just a bagel with cream cheese, but it's crispy and it's soft and it's a thick bagel that has like sesame seeds on it, which kind of threw me off. I didn't expect that , but it is so good. And I'm a cream cheese lover a lot of places skimp on the cream cheese. They did not disappoint. I had extra to dip some of my dry bits in which was amazing. I just received a package that I have been waiting for for weeks and I'm so excited to open and I had to stop opening it so that I could write this review before all of the words in my head we weren't there anymore. So all in all if you have even thought about trying this place, I'm sure in the restaurant will be just as fabulous but order it at your house too. They have a buy one get one free deal for many things right now so I'm getting double mangoes double coffees , all of the delicious stuff I have to try the pineapple. But just do it. It is so good and I'm flabbergasted that even with it being delivered to my house, it is still amazing. Oh, and you know what last thing, the way they package their coffees and their fruit is very unique and it's very smart given that those things are liquid-based they will probably leak a little bit but they package in a way that if it does leak. It's not a huge deal they use Saran Wrap to keep everything secure even the coffee, which I honestly think is amazing. Sometimes I get the coffee sideways and they're still intact. They might be a little damp on the outside but what I do is I just transfer them to one of my mason jar mugs or Starbucks cups that we all own too many of at home and I enjoy it like that. Pretty solid place! The inside is very Spartan - like there are some decorations, but there aren't even any tables to sit at; it's clear that theirs is a takeout model. Se habla español e inglés - they guy behind the counter spoke English flawlessly and was throwing out orders to his staff in Spanish. He was friendly. The food - the offerings come down to standard American breakfast fare (breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, pastries, bagels, etc.) but also a lot of Mexican dishes, including a variety of tortas (Mexican-style sandwiches) and tacos. I got a skirt steak torta and an order of birria tacos. The torta is everything you'd expect - crusty roll, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, mayo, avocado and mine had the skirt steak as the protein. Very filling and very tasty. The birria tacos were delicious - they didn't skimp on the shredded beef and they were what I expect from birria - cheesy, meaty, and greasy, with a delicious (albeit oily) consomé for dipping into. Also, along with the whole breakfast thing they have a raw juice bar and smoothies. My wife got an Energizer with pineapple, strawberries, and orange juice. It was a little thick (almost smoothie-like) but she loved it. I got the Ginger Aid with ginger, grapefruit, lemon, orange and carrot juice. So refreshing; would definitely get again. Today, I visited Breakfast and More, where I ordered my meal. After placing my order, I noticed that all sandwiches were priced at $6.99. I approached the counter and inquired about my bill, only to receive a dismissive response from the young man who rang me up. I was merely seeking clarification. As I explained that I noticed the $6.99 price on the menu, he eventually calmed down and informed me that I had ordered my sandwich on a croissant, which incurs an additional $2 cost. While he was speaking to me in a more composed tone, a young lady suddenly joined the conversation, seemingly annoyed, stating that the extra cost was due to the croissant. I acknowledged that I understood that part of the explanation, as the young man had already conveyed it. The overall demeanor displayed by the staff at this establishment raised concerns. It's disheartening to encounter so much hostility where effective communication with customers should be prioritized. There's a need for a more patient and respectful approach, as it significantly impacts the dining experience. I was charged $1 to use my credit card - No big deal, next time I come in I ask How much he still charges me an upcharge of $1 even though Im paying cash which he never asks which method of pay I was Using. Still no big deal but I did Verbally tell him it was not right.... on the next visit I order A breakfast sandwich with light mayo, I go In to pick up & he recognizes me and says something in a foreign language to the guy making my sandwich, and when I get to my destination, open up the sandwich and it has mayonnaise everywhere keep in mind I asked for mayonnaise, which means he was upset about me, confronting him on his bad business and he took it out on me by purposefully & spitefully messing up my order.
