My fingers are aching and are sore and the lady kept telling me it was because I have sensitive cuticles, but I've never had that issue before. Will definitely never be coming back. IMPORTANT POINTS: 1. Under new management - the manager, Sandy, is so kind and so informative. Very friendly. She did my dip powder set once and it was gorgeous. 2. Lots of parking in the plaza. Next to a Starbucks and other spots to eat/drink while you wait. Boba shop next door as well. 3. Set an appointment because they can get busy - especially in the afternoons. I work and live within five minutes of this location. I decided to come check them out because my colleague recommended me to them. Every time I have come in, a different nail technician has worked on me and I have been pleased with the service every time. They are friendly and they do a good job of holding conversation while you get your service done. I highly recommend coming in the earlier part of the day when they aren't as busy so they can spend more than an hour on your acrylic full set or dip powder set. I tried to rush to get a full set on my lunch break one time and it just wasn't enough time for my technician to do everything she needed without feeling rushed. This has become my go-to spot. The new management has been doing so well at revamping the salon and business is busy. I recommend Anna for acrylic set and Sandy for dip powder but if they aren't available, I trust that they will partner you with the best technician available for the specific service you need. read more

I was invited to a last minute holiday party and needed a mani pedi bad and fast! This place was close to the party so decided to just drop by before heading to the venue. So glad I did! I was greeted with a friendly hello by the owner, Sandy. The experience was great. They had a great selection of colors and was very understanding when I told them I was in a hurry. They did a wonderful job. All the bad reviews are from the old owner but I can tell the new owner is trying to turn it around. I recently started getting my mani pedis at Ann's. I had to switch salons because the parking at my regular salon was really bad. No parking issues at Ann's! They have a huge parking lot. The staff is wonderful and very nice. I was a little disappointed this last visit because I received no foot massage. I only received a very brief leg massage. Not a big deal but I'm just used to getting a bit of a foot massage. Not a big deal considering how my nails look now. My nails look spectacular. I have to share this was my second visit and on my first visit, I noticed that my French pedi toenails still looked freshly painted one full month after my visit to Ann's. This is very unique for me. My nail color usually chips after about one week or so, but not now. My fingernails are very very difficult to keep maintained. My nails are oily so my nail color usually chips quickly and it's not even worth the nail color. And my cuticles are out of control usually. Usually the only way I can get nail color to last at least 2-3 days is by wiping my nails with alcohol wipes immediately before I apply nail color. So I bought CND Vinylux nail color and days later, my lavender nails still look pretty good! It really helped that my nail gal at Ann's took the time to care for my horrible cuticles perfectly. She then wiped my nails with alcohol and then applied the color. I am shocked that 5 days later, my fingernails still look freshly painted. Shocked. This never happens. Thank you, Ann's Nails. As you can see, I'm truly enjoying my newly found jewel Ann's Nails. Keep up the awesome work! read more

This place is a hit or miss nail salon. Some of the employees are decent but then others like the woman who did my nails below are awful. There are random black dots painted on my nails, the polish isn't even and when I complained they got mad that I wanted them to fix my nails. My nails are different sizes and I think if you want somewhere cheap, come here but know that your nails will look cheap. read more

THIS IS YOUR WARNING!!! I wish you would let me give it zero stars but it won't! Do not go to Ann's nails!!! They did my nails and the night I got home they were chipped. I had to return and have them fix the 3 chipped nails, which they did free of charge. By the next week the top layer was peeling. I've been dipping my nails for almost 2 years and have never had this happen before. I came back one day shy of two weeks and asked for a refund. Of course they said that they would fix it for me and I told them why would I want it fixed it's just gonna do the same thing!! I asked them to please just give me a refund and she said because it's been two weeks she couldnt. I explained to her once again that I had already been in one time why would I went her to fix it again. They clearly were not using good product. At that moment two girls walked in to get their nails done. I had showed them my nails and recommended that they not get their nails done. The man proceeded to tell me that if I talk to his customers that he will call the police. I told them please call the police so that they know that you're ripping people off. He then told me to get out of his store. I hope that people read this and don't ever go there. By the way when I went in there earlier in the morning the one girl who had done my pedicure had told me it was no problem to come back in about an hour and a half when the owner was there. While I was talking with the owner she was totally upset because she thought that I should have gotten a refund. The only good thing is they were open at 8:45 am. Unfortunately, they're your typical try-to-gorge money out of you for a simple mani/pedi. Was charged an extra $5 for rounding out my nails, which they don't tell you until you pay at the end. The entire time kept trying to upgrade me to more expensive things. This isn't a type of place I'd consider a spa, or even close to a nice salon, so they were absolutely ridiculous. I will never go back. read more

The older gentleman is horrible! First time, he cut my cuticles and left nails lumpy. Second time, I asked for French tip but he didn't understand so painted the whole nail. When I corrected him, he redid them but I realized later that he only did one coat of color which peeled off quickly. Next (and last) time, I made an appt and asked for someone who could do designs (since I know he cannot). It wasn't busy yet they sent him over to do my nails! I had to say no (which is awkward) and then waited an hour for the girl doing my toes to do my mani. The prices are decent and it is close to home but I will be looking elsewhere. read more
