I have tried a lot of nail places coast-to-coast, and this was my first time at this establishment today. I came because I wanted to try a new place and the reviews were good as well as the prices looked more reasonable than other places in the area. Needless to say, I am really happy I came and I will be back! Out the gate everyone that works there was so friendly, everything looked really clean, fresh and new. And the vibes couldn't be better because every song that was playing was Taylor Swift so I sang along! Tina did my pedicure, and Katie did my nails. Both of them paid a lot of attention in detail. I don't think I've ever seen someone be so meticulous when painting my toes and I really appreciated it. And Katie slayed my nails. I came in with a picture of nails with daisies on them and these are way better than the picture. Go here! read more

Very Disappointed, Paid for nail design with gold, fill builder gel On Sat 5/23 paid almost $200 including tip cash. I noticed the application of the gold missing as soon as I walked out but I didn't say anything, as usual. My pinky nail broke on Tuesday. I don't do any house work I work answering phones, I mention this because they asked if I was working hard with my hands?? I noticed two other nails breaking in the same place. I came in today and they gave me the run around regarding their policy although the application of the builder gel was obviously applied incorrectly, blamed me. It hasn't even been a week!! I expected credit so I could come back and get them done when they grew out, they said no. I request tip application on all ten nails or refund. They denied all request. They offered to add fake tips to the three broken nails/ no design. I arrived here at 3:50, it is now 4:41I'm still waiting for someone to fix my nails. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Do not come here. They destroyed my nails, why are they breaking if they applied builder gel?? UPDATE : I was writing this review while I was waiting. I uploaded the pictures first. The owner saw my yelp pictures and has denied to fix my nails. Very poor service. DO NOT COME HERE. I can hear the employees laughing. Unreal. Terrible customer service. read more

My 2nd time to Nail Isle and here's my experience: 1. Came so early they weren't open but still catered to me and I got wonderful treatment of a pedicure with bonus hot paraffin wax , since they are promoting their grand opening. 2. Came around lunchtime on a Wednesday and they were busy in that one half of the chairs were all full. But as a walk-in, I was able to be seen right away. The reason this place runs so smoothly are a few things - the manager is wonderful, she never sits down, she's going from person to person checking on you, bringing you water, offering color suggestions, etc. She is a gem! Also, there's this nice old man who cleans and cleans, everything is so clean all the time! I love it! The gal that did my nails, her daughter, Daisy does eyelashes in one of their back treatment rooms and she runs promos so just ask! I'm considering it! My pedicures have been lasting for such a long time, they do amazing nail prep here. read more

Definitely a five star review, I enjoyed it from the moment I walked in greeted and seated right away. No wait. When I left I was greeted by my name and paying was smooth they accept card, cash, Venmo or zelle. Tip has to be cash though you can't tip on your card if you pay with your card. I used the restroom & it was super clean. Looks like family owned because there was an older gentleman walking around cleaning and spraying febreeze. 5/5 service: My friend and I made an appointment on 04/17 (friday). I came in and got a gel mani & pedicure. Two nail techs worked on me, Hannah and Ny. The two were very attentive to details and I believed their work was great. 1/5 quality: My nails started chipping the next day. As of today (4/20), barely three days later, my gel nails have chipped or are peeling. I was very excited to get my nails done as I am preparing for a grad photoshoot. I am disappointed that I will have to get them re-done elsewhere. For the $40 service, I would expect them to last atleast a week. To preface, this is my first time at this salon and the first time my gel nails have not lasted for at least 2 weeks with no chipping. I get gel nails often and give breaks in between to make sure they are healthy. All I have done is do some computer work so I have no idea why my nails are peeling/chipping the way it is. I have to peel the nail off so it doesn't get caught on my clothes or scratch me. read more

Came in as a walk-in with a friend and we were helped right away! The salon itself is beautiful, and I loved how organized their wall of polish colors and brands was as it made choosing so easy. My nail tech was a younger male who was incredibly kind, and all of the staff were just as welcoming. We were even offered water, which was such a thoughtful touch! I also noticed they use Aprés Gel-X nail extensions, which is definitely a staple for a lot of people and a huge plus! I originally came in for a French short almond set and left with an ombré set bc I liked Wendy's nails so much lol. I asked her to recreate her nails on me. My friend Ale recommended this place to me, and I'm so impressed! I've always loved the look of acrylic nails, but I hated how much dirt they collected, the damage they caused, and how difficult they were to manage. Here, they offer builder gel, which lets your natural nails grow stronger--and I absolutely fell in love with it. I came back today because I was a little overdue. The first time, I'll admit I was a bit hesitant since I don't like bulky nails, and they felt a little thick for my preference. But this time, Tyler did my nails and completely nailed it (no pun intended!). I let him know I wanted them thinner, and he executed it perfectly. I also asked for a cherry blossom design on my ring finger, and I'm obsessed with how it turned out. Tyler was super kind and sweet, and really listened to what I wanted. Found this place on a whim because my regular pedicurist is on vacation, and I was incredibly happy. Not only is the place extremely clean, it's also very well decorated. Everyone here is so friendly, and they have a great selection of colors to choose from, especially those trendy Korean shades. I had my Gel-X done by Tyler, and he was super attentive to detail. I have sensitive skin, and he was extra careful with everything he did. He also gave me lots of helpful maintenance tips to make my nails last longer and look better. 10/10, will definitely be back. read more

I had such a great experience at Nail Isle. Everything inside is brand new and super clean, which I really appreciate. Donna did my gel pedicure and was incredibly detail-oriented and kept checking in with me every step of the way. As a perfectionist, that meant a lot. They have a huge color selection, including tons of cat eye options, so it was easy to find exactly what I wanted. The location is convenient too, right in the same center as Costco and UPS. Nail Isle has done a great job doing my gel builder sets and pedicures. Katie has done for gel builder sets twice now and her work looks great even on week 3. Different people have done my pedicure and their work was very similar. The women at this salon know how to remove calluses and clean up your nail beds. I've been to a few independent nail techs and nail salons but have always had issues with lifting gel builder sets within a week of getting the service. I am rough with my hands on a daily basis so my nails chip or become discolored after a few weeks which I expect due to my lifestyle. BUT, my nails have grown past my fingertips and are very healthy thanks to Katie. Katie definitely knows what quality work is and I'm glad she's able to ensure my nails don't lift. She pays attention to detail and requests feedback as she does my nails to make sure I am comfortable and like the color or design she is doing. The prices on their website are up to date and accurate. Their pricing is very transparent and there are no surprises when it is time to pay. I have gotten to works pedicure twice and was satisfied with their work. They are gentle and use techniques that have not caused me to get ingrown nails. They will take their time to prepare your nails to ensure the pedicure will last at least a month. If you're not rough with your feet, I'm sure they could last more than a month. I recommend coming to Nail Isle and trying our their services. I am hopeful that they will continue to provide quality services. read more

As beautiful as my last nail set was, unfortunately I ended up finding that I now have nail fungus due to my last appointment here at Nail Isle. This is really unfortunate but I will not be coming back. I have been getting my nails done for years and have NEVER had this problem. But nail fungus starts with not well cleaned and sanitized tools which starts with your nail artist. In response to the owner below: To be 100% clear, I did not have previous fungal nails prior to getting them done at Nail Isle. My nails were and have always been clean and well taken care of. Today I stepped into a salon to have my gelx extensions removed and I saw that I had fungus on some of my nails. Mind you, Nail Isle was the last place I got my nails done at. It has been over a month since my visit to Nail Isle and my current set was not budging or chipping off. Usually I'll try and take them off myself so far after but these nails were very well applied with no gaps to budge through more than a month later. So when I went into a nail salon today to have my extensions removed I was surprised to find fungal nails. I have never had this problem before and being that Nail Isle was the last place I visited, this is the root cause of my current situation. You say you use well sanitized and new materials for each client but clearly that is not the case since now I have to deal with this. read more

Katie did my nails and she is so sweet and talented! I came in on a spontaneous visit and had no idea what I wanted, but she walked me through a few options, she painted the options so I can visually see it, and helped me choose the perfect color. I'm obsessed with my Gel-X nails! She was also very intentional with the placement--even though my fingers aren't perfectly straight, she made them look amazing. Not super impressed with the communication interface and the lack of transparency. I'll take responsibility for agreeing to scheduling the next appointment, but I won't be returning.

I haven't been in a nail salon for a while and recently decided to step outside of my comfort zone and go again. I did not know what I was expecting since I hadn't done extensive research today for my nails. I frankly just wanted a quick removal but decided to come in for a pedicure as well since I had the time. The environment was very clean and I felt very welcomed into the salon. The person up front took the time to explain to me the price breakdown and was very kind as well. The pedicure was beyond what I was expecting and I couldn't be happier with how my french tip came out. I needed a removal for gel-x and I was very impressed with the removal process. They have a proper vacuum for the dust that comes from filing. I also have sensory issues with soaking off my nails in acetone and the removal process didn't include that all! My nails have no glue residue and came out pretty strong. They're very underrated given the amount of reviews they have but I've been very impressed with my service along with the environment. read more

Went to the Nail Isle for the first time today and had the absolute best experience. The salon is gorgeous and has a luxe feel. I got a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was truly a spa-like experience as they took the time to clean up my nails, do the callus removal, and finish it with heated towels and a foot/leg massage. It is conveniently next to Fountain Valley Costco. Lots of parking. You can get the more expensive gel treatment for $40 if you want to splurge. I recommend this nail salon. I was told that a fill vs fill set is only a 10-20 dollars difference, I asked for short almond nails would be $110-120 dollars I attached a picture of the service I ended up getting a little ways up the street at another nail salon for $50 dollars, I saved myself $70 dollars by leaving M nail lounge. I have been getting my nails done for years and I have never been quoted anything above 60 dollars for short solid color nails .

Unfortunately, the gel mani service was a disappointment. The cuticle care was probably the worst I've ever had. I typically don't mind if I bleed on one finger but she nicked me several times on the edges of 4 fingers despite telling her to not cut the edges too deep (refer to pictures). She then pour alcohol on it afterwards which stung badly. Communication was also difficult throughout the service. When she asked what shape I wanted, I said "oval" and she had to ask her coworker, who was working on a client, to translate. The coworker, I assume, was the manager because she told me that I should speak to her if I need to communicate anything and proceeded to say that she (my nail tech) didn't speak English. She also checked me out at the counter and gave me a 5% discount for the poor service. The total after discount was around $38. Original price for gel mani is $40. After reading all the raving reviews, I was looking forward to my service but I will not be coming again.

I originally went in for a basic pedicure but decided to upgrade to the Golden Glow Pedicure, and I'm so glad I did. There were so many gel colors to choose from, and I also added a simple nail design. Before tip, my total came to $77, which I thought was reasonable for everything I got. The salon was very clean with a relaxing atmosphere, and I appreciated being offered a drink when I arrived (I went with water). I had a small issue getting my massage chair to work at first, but it was quickly fixed, so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back. I'd also recommend Ame Nail Bar to anyone looking for a clean salon with great vibes and plenty of color options!

Annie is a true artist who consistently brings my nail visions to life. I often come in with a mood board, and she just gets it, creating exactly what I want even before I fully articulate it. Had recently lost a nail and was going on vacation so I came here to see if they could potentially replicate my other fingers... and they absolutely nailed it!! you can't even tell which one was added compared to the originals. But she does such an incredible job that I can go anywhere from 3-5 weeks before a single chip. I don't know what kind of magic she is doing, but in my ten plus years of getting pedicures, I haven't experienced this kind of consistency and quality ever before. Everyone that works there is so kind, the employees are friendly and helpful. Pricing is competitive for the area and the VIP treatments are absolutely worth it every now and again, although I typically stick with the basic gel pedi. Chairs are comfortable, beverages are complimentary and offered on seating, and the herbs they use for teas and soaks smell incredible. Finding a good nail salon is always a stressful task. Happy to find a place I can count on.
