I have tried a lot of nail places coast-to-coast, and this was my first time at this establishment today. I came because I wanted to try a new place and the reviews were good as well as the prices looked more reasonable than other places in the area. Needless to say, I am really happy I came and I will be back! Out the gate everyone that works there was so friendly, everything looked really clean, fresh and new. And the vibes couldn't be better because every song that was playing was Taylor Swift so I sang along! Tina did my pedicure, and Katie did my nails. Both of them paid a lot of attention in detail. I don't think I've ever seen someone be so meticulous when painting my toes and I really appreciated it. And Katie slayed my nails. Very Disappointed, Paid for nail design with gold, fill builder gel On Sat 5/23 paid almost $200 including tip cash. I noticed the application of the gold missing as soon as I walked out but I didn't say anything, as usual. My pinky nail broke on Tuesday. I don't do any house work I work answering phones, I mention this because they asked if I was working hard with my hands?? I noticed two other nails breaking in the same place. I came in today and they gave me the run around regarding their policy although the application of the builder gel was obviously applied incorrectly, blamed me. It hasn't even been a week!! I expected credit so I could come back and get them done when they grew out, they said no. I request tip application on all ten nails or refund. They denied all request. They offered to add fake tips to the three broken nails/ no design. I arrived here at 3:50, it is now 4:41I'm still waiting for someone to fix my nails. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Do not come here. They destroyed my nails, why are they breaking if they applied builder gel?? UPDATE : I was writing this review while I was waiting. I uploaded the pictures first. Came in as a walk-in with a friend and we were helped right away! The salon itself is beautiful, and I loved how organized their wall of polish colors and brands was as it made choosing so easy. My nail tech was a younger male who was incredibly kind, and all of the staff were just as welcoming. We were even offered water, which was such a thoughtful touch! I also noticed they use Aprés Gel-X nail extensions, which is definitely a staple for a lot of people and a huge plus! My 2nd time to Nail Isle and here's my experience: 1. Came so early they weren't open but still catered to me and I got wonderful treatment of a pedicure with bonus hot paraffin wax , since they are promoting their grand opening. 2. Came around lunchtime on a Wednesday and they were busy in that one half of the chairs were all full. But as a walk-in, I was able to be seen right away. The reason this place runs so smoothly are a few things - the manager is wonderful, she never sits down, she's going from person to person checking on you, bringing you water, offering color suggestions, etc. She is a gem! Also, there's this nice old man who cleans and cleans, everything is so clean all the time! I love it! The gal that did my nails, her daughter, Daisy does eyelashes in one of their back treatment rooms and she runs promos so just ask! I'm considering it! When I left I was greeted by my name and paying was smooth they accept card, cash, Venmo or zelle. Tip has to be cash though you can't tip on your card if you pay with your card. I used the restroom & it was super clean. Looks like family owned because there was an older gentleman walking around cleaning and spraying febreeze. 5/5 service: My friend and I made an appointment on 04/17 (friday). I came in and got a gel mani & pedicure. Two nail techs worked on me, Hannah and Ny. The two were very attentive to details and I believed their work was great. 1/5 quality: My nails started chipping the next day. As of today (4/20), barely three days later, my gel nails have chipped or are peeling. I was very excited to get my nails done as I am preparing for a grad photoshoot. I am disappointed that I will have to get them re-done elsewhere. For the $40 service, I would expect them to last atleast a week. To preface, this is my first time at this salon and the first time my gel nails have not lasted for at least 2 weeks with no chipping. I get gel nails often and give breaks in between to make sure they are healthy. All I have done is do some computer work so I have no idea why my nails are peeling/chipping the way it is. I have to peel the nail off so it doesn't get caught on my clothes or scratch me. read more

I've always loved the look of acrylic nails, but I hated how much dirt they collected, the damage they caused, and how difficult they were to manage. Here, they offer builder gel, which lets your natural nails grow stronger--and I absolutely fell in love with it. I came back today because I was a little overdue. The first time, I'll admit I was a bit hesitant since I don't like bulky nails, and they felt a little thick for my preference. But this time, Tyler did my nails and completely nailed it (no pun intended!). I let him know I wanted them thinner, and he executed it perfectly. As beautiful as my last nail set was, unfortunately I ended up finding that I now have nail fungus due to my last appointment here at Nail Isle. This is really unfortunate but I will not be coming back. I have been getting my nails done for years and have NEVER had this problem. But nail fungus starts with not well cleaned and sanitized tools which starts with your nail artist. In response to the owner below: To be 100% clear, I did not have previous fungal nails prior to getting them done at Nail Isle. My nails were and have always been clean and well taken care of. Today I stepped into a salon to have my gelx extensions removed and I saw that I had fungus on some of my nails. Mind you, Nail Isle was the last place I got my nails done at. It has been over a month since my visit to Nail Isle and my current set was not budging or chipping off. Usually I'll try and take them off myself so far after but these nails were very well applied with no gaps to budge through more than a month later. So when I went into a nail salon today to have my extensions removed I was surprised to find fungal nails. I have never had this problem before and being that Nail Isle was the last place I visited, this is the root cause of my current situation. You say you use well sanitized and new materials for each client but clearly that is not the case since now I have to deal with this. read more
