I ordered some flowers delivered for a birthday and they came on time and looked amazing. The flowers also lasted a very long time before wilting, much longer than what you get at the grocery store. And of course it was arranged very nicely as well. The online ordering was also easy to use and gave all the necessary updates. It's not the cheapest, but if you want a fancy flower display this is a great option. read more

I am impressed with the personal touches that Ann added to the arrangement I chose for someone in SJ. I had to change the delivery date a week before and she was flexible. On the day of the delivery, she texted me about the arrangement and confirmed delivery to the address. I saw the arrangement via photos and it was beautiful! It delivered the overall feel, vibe, and elegance of the arrangement I chose online. I will be utilizing her services moving forward when sending flowers to my peeps up North. I live in SoCal so have been using other florists in that neck of the woods, but Ann does go above and beyond! See pic below! read more

1 star -- Do not trust this vendor for special occasions. Complete nightmare working out of her garage. And horrible communication through text mostly. Ran off with money and no replacement bouquet. I ordered 18 pink roses for Valentine's Day and paid $150. What arrived was a disappointment on every level. First, I only received 16 roses -- not the 18 I paid for. Second, all of the roses were damaged and yellowing. For a $150 Valentine's Day bouquet, every rose should look full, vibrant, and fresh. These did not. They were ugly as you can see on the picture. Rather than dispute the charge or leave a review immediately, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and agreed to a $150 credit toward a future bouquet. Her first attempt at a resolution was offering to send a replacement on February 20th -- a week after Valentine's Day. The occasion was over. That's not a resolution. When I tried to redeem my credit this coming May 5th, I was told I could only get 12 roses instead of 18 because of Mother's Day pricing -- or pay an extra $50 to keep the original count. She is passing the cost of her own mistake onto me because of a completely different holiday. That is unacceptable. I was patient, I was reasonable, and I gave her multiple chances to make this right. None of her solutions were fair. Save your money and your special occasions for a florist who actually delivers what they promise. read more

I live out of state and wanted to send flowers to my Godmother for her birthday. I called Ann's Petals based solely on the proximity to my Godmother's home, and it was the best decision. Ann was so professional, kind, patient and courteous. I explained what it was I was looking for and she not only listened to what it was I wanted, but made the most beautiful bouquet I've ever seen! True to her word, Ann delivered the flowers to my Godmother's home first thing in the morning. My Godmother lives in a senior community and Ann also delivered her some fruit out of the sheer kindness of her heart! My Godmother told me she felt like a teenager again when she saw the flowers and couldn't stop saying how much she loves them. I am beyond grateful for Ann and her kindness and professionalism. Chị Ann and her team was amazing! I loved how she listened to all of my concerns and changes and really brought out the vision I wanted for the wedding. She was also accommodating with early delivery since we had the tea ceremony and first look photos prior to the church ceremony. Even my mom (who is so hard to please) loved our florals! Ann is very friendly and accommodating. When I arrive late to her flower arrangement class, she was able to pull a special dash of beautiful flowers for me to start. Her flower choices provide in class were amazing even if you do not much about flowers. Without any experience with flower arrangements skills, I was able to make a pretty awesome arrangement with Ann's guidance. Ann is so NICE!!! I called to request 12 roses for my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. We texted how I was going to pay and pick it up. She couldn't be at the shop to hand them, so she texted me the code to get the flowers myself. It was kind of frustrating because the flowers were in the fridge and I had to pull out 1 rose at a time to get 12 total from a bunch. Plus, I was in a hurry. I had a lot of other errands to do!!! It was kind of her to trust me with her code, though. She came back as I was walking out and explained why she wasn't there. She even gave me a hug. She's super sweet! A few hours later she asked me if I left my iPhone watch. I was wearing a different watch so I wasn't sure. A couple of days later, I realized it was mine and was able to get it back. I had ordered birthday flowers for my mom's birthday and didnt realize I selected the wrong date for them to be made. They came a week early than they were supposed to. I told Ann of my mistake and without any hesitation, she told me she would create another bouquet (not exactly the same but still beautiful) for me on the correct date (free of charge). She didn't have to replace the flowers because it was my mistake, but that was such a nice sweet gesture that my family really appreciated! I will definitely be returning to her for any flower needs! I would not recommend this place located in the San Jose Evergreen area to anyone. It's sad because I'm a huge advocate for small business and this one disappointed me. I felt like she had no pride in her work or customer service. I have attached photos of the corsage and boutonnière I ordered for my son's prom. The set cost $65, not worth it, flowers looked dead and the ribbon she used were made for headbands, not corsages, at first I thought they were shoelaces. She doesn't pick up her phone, everything was done through text and I scheduled to pick up the corsage on a Friday, even confirmed it with her the day before. When I got there she told me it wasn't ready because the ribbon hasn't arrived yet. I didn't get any notification that it wasn't ready, no phone call or text, so wasted my time driving out there for nothing. So came back Saturday and she told me it will be at her front door for me because she going to be jumping in the shower. I saw the flowers sitting on the chair in ziplock bags, which I thought was ridiculous, how can my son present this to his date???? This is prom season and I just don't wanted anyone to have the same experience as me. read more

I always buy my mom flowers, whether it's Mother's Day or her birthday or any special occasion because she's simply the best! I have tried many floral services / floral vendors in the area but I have to say I was extremely blown away by the quality, professionalism, value, and modern aesthetic of this floral bouquet! I found them through reading Yelp reviews and I'm so so glad I decided to go with them. I love that this is a mom and pop shop / small business as well, so it looks unassuming on the outside but when I tell you they got some type of magic workshop in that place, I'm not exaggerating! This is ran by the sweetest family. Communicating through text was super simple and easy, and they had my floral bouquet ready way before the set time so it was ready for me once I arrived. they followed my instructions and added lots of purple as I had requested because that's my mom's favorite color, and I couldn't be happier with the end result! My mom absolutely LOVED the flowers and they stayed fresh for a long time. My mom was smiling ear to ear when I gave it to her and wanted many pictures with it. They are reasonably priced and worth every penny! My mom's reaction was priceless and I will for sure be ordering from them again in the future, whether for family or friends. 10/10 would recommend! I was browsing online for a local florist shop and I was reluctant to find a florist so close by to home. She has such a great selection of flowers for every occasion. I had a certain arrangement request and Ann was able to accommodate it. In March 2025, Urban Flora will e-mail the purchaser that it has 'shipped' once it's about to be delivered and will e-mail the purchaser once delivered. It would also be my first choice for my man -- if only they delivered to his city which they do not -- might have to do a pick-up one of these days. I would not recommend Urban Flora for last minute custom for like a Condolence arrangement - I did reach out in 2023 but was not able to get a hold of them at the time. Otherwise whether you order the day prior (within a reasonable window frame - they can get the job done, orders prior to noon would be best for those situations -- and the more time you give in advance, the better the delivery experience and outcome. You definitely get what you pay for and 'the best bouquet' is the experience you are providing.

She could not tell me the delivery cost, she said it will show at checkout. Also if I order by noon it will be delivered by 4 pm today. Flowers delivered at 2:30. Flower arrangement beautiful, flowers fresh with little pink bear. The floral arrangement was competitive with other florists so I feel it was a good price. I just felt $20 delivery for a distance of 3 miles a bit steep thus my rating of 4. Not sure if the Easter rush had anything to do with it. These flowers were for a new baby. I did call later, and I was informed that is the minimum delivery rate. The flowers are amazing, so next time I will have someone drive three miles to pick them up. I always try to support small local business and I will use them again in the future if I need flowers in San Jose.
