After picking out a nail color, I was able to sit down and soak my feet immediately. It felt really nice, though they don't have massage chairs. The pedi was good! It's been a couple weeks and no chipping. The prices are a little on the high end. Just a regular pedi without any add-ons with regular nail polish is $37. You can be in an out within an hour though so that's nice if you're tight for time!

For example, some customers are offered water while others aren't, and when it comes to fixing a nail, one person might be told "come back in an hour," while someone else is told "of course, we'll take care of it." I appreciate businesses that treat all customers equally, and sadly that hasn't been my experience here. The inside decor is beautiful and the location is super convenient, which makes it even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the way the salon is run really takes away from what could otherwise be a great spot. I'll be looking for a new nail salon moving forward.

I have always had a really good experience at the salon whether for gel or natural manicures, and also for pedicures. High quality service and cleanliness. Yesterday, Journey gave me one of the best gel manicures I have ever had. My hands look and feel great and as a bonus, Journey has a fascinating background and is a delight to talk with. About a month ago, Tina gave me a splendid pedicure. I really look forward to returning to each of them. Truly a treat.

I went to get a pedicure the other day. The lady that started my pedicure started cutting my toe…read morenails . On my big toe nail of my right foot she started cutting my nail so short she cut onto my nail bed that I cried in pain. It took her awhile to stop. She was cutting so short and hurt so bad I couldn't believe it. I told her to stop and not to touch me. I wonder if she even has a license. The front desk gal came over and asked if my nail was cracked. No it was just too long. She's kinda young and I don't thing she knew what to do. She processed to tell me some people are more sensitive than others!!! Excuse me. When someone is cutting into your nail bed your gonna be in pain not just sentive . I was nervous about have anyone touch me at that point but Erin came over and tried to make it look half way decent. At least she didn't hurt me . I can't believe they still charged me 30.00 for the pain I went thru. I won't be going back. They lost me. Below are pics. Left toe looks like my right toe did before the mangling. The technicians did very detailed work. I enjoyed it so much I had my niece and mom come shortly after. Mom got a French pedicure and my niece got her very first ever acrylic nails. She loved them. The bad: I kind of wish there were TVs to watch or some wall art. The walls are sparse. My niece said the tech filed her cuticles a little too closely at times and that it was slightly painful. The interesting: You get a discount if you pay in cash. There's a parking garage you can park in that isn't too far of a walk.
