I got a pedi here! I called and made an appointment same day. They sent me a confirmation text along with their address and arrival info which was useful. Easy parking! After picking out a nail color, I was able to sit down and soak my feet immediately. It felt really nice, though they don't have massage chairs. The pedi was good! It's been a couple weeks and no chipping. The prices are a little on the high end. Just a regular pedi without any add-ons with regular nail polish is $37. You can be in an out within an hour though so that's nice if you're tight for time! read more

Today was my first time trying OMG Nail Lounge and I specifically went there because I saw so many nail designs in their photos so I felt confident they could do the pattern I was hoping for. I arrived at 9:30 along with a few other customers and the only negative was that they were not ready for us for a good 15-20 minutes. Some nail techs hadn't arrived yet, they couldn't get into the computer, etc. Nevertheless, once everyone got there and we all were assigned our nail tech, things started moving pretty smoothly! My nail tech, Kelly did a great job picking out the color and carefully doing the design as similar to the photos I showed her as possible even though my nails are quite short. There were some details she didn't do but it wasn't significant enough for me to call it out, especially given the limited real estate she had to do the work since my nails were pretty short. All in, a gel manicure with nail designs on each nail was $80 not including tip. I was really pleased with my experience here and intend to come back for more fun nails! read more

Very disappointed, nails fell off in 24 hours, they overcharge u too. Extra $15 just to cut my cuticles. I went for a simple gel x manicure, Leo did my nails and seems very inexperienced. He took 3 HOURS just to do a simple gel x with only 2 simple flowers, I've never had to wait this long for such a basic design. I went here on Saturday and now it's Sunday and my nails are already coming off! I noticed he didn't file the gel x nails like other salons, and when I mentioned it he just said no that's the old way, we don't need to do that. Well that way is terrible bc I have never in my life have had a gel x nail come off completely let alone in only 1 day. It's only been 24 hours and my nails are coming off! The chairs cloth are also not that sanitary and have old stains and don't clean them or sanitize after a customer has left, just keep that in mind! read more

I honestly had such a bad experience. I hate leaving a bad review, but I'd like to spare anyone from what I experienced. First, my friend made an appointment for us to come in. They called to push back our appointment after we had made it (slight annoyance). When we came in we picked our colors/designs. I chose a simple solid color. I came in with beautiful nails that had grown out after three weeks of wearing them from my normal salon. They were almond shaped with a beautiful design on them. The man doing my nails seemed confused when I told him I had tips on my nails, then dip. At my normal salon tips with dip means gluing on tips, building the nails for thickness and strength with a natural colored dip powder and then painting them in any way I request using gel polish. I should have known this experience was not going to be the same when he pulled out colored dip powder. But I told myself to trust the process. Then he cut my nails like I requested but he didn't begin shaping them into almond and internally I was panicking. I only had ver get almond shaped nails and my nails were 90's square. If you've ever been stuck in a chair in a salon, you can relate to the feeling of being scared to speak up without coming across as rude. Eventually I gently tried to say, "my nails don't normally feel this thin when I get them done. And I always get almond shaped." He looked at me kind of scared and said, "oh, do you want me to try to fix it? I don't want you to be mad." And I said, "no, I don't think my nails can handle being filed anymore, they never feel this thin." He had been bending and "testing" the thinness of my nails the whole time he did them. It was unnerving and painful. My nails and toe nails were supposed to be the same color. I selected one color, A16. Burgundy. My toe nails were painted candy apple red. And my nails were SQUARE burgundy. They didn't match at all. I was so confused. I kept telling the nail tech as the appointment was coming to an end that my nails felt so thin and like they'd easily break. He said, "no they won't. Come back and we can fix anything." Which is a nice sentiment, but I was only at this salon because I came to visit a friend. I don't live locally at all. My friend felt so bad but it wasn't her fault at all. I spent $130 (plus tip) to get the worst manicure and pedicure of my life. When I got home, I was opening a box, and the corner of my pinky fingernail snapped off. I was so mad. So I started closely looking at my nails, besides the awful red dip powder that stuck all around my nailbeds, the dip was lifting on almost every finger. Like it wasn't attached to my nails at all. He didn't cap the tips of my nails. I started to see if the polish would come off easily and it came off every single nail. I had to chop off all of my nails because they're so thin and painful. Now my nails are without any polish, and cut the shortest I could to avoid pain. They look the worst they've ever looked. I am filled with regret for going somewhere that's not my normal nail salon. Please do not go here. It ruined my nails. And was a waste of money. read more

I've only been here twice but have been blown away by the quality of work both times. The first time I went I took a design from Pinterest and Tammy recreated it perfectly. She gave me advice on how long the tips should be and what color to go with and she was right on all counts. The second time I went back I asked Kelly to make them short and was nervous I would get push back but she was super supportive and checked in with me a lot to make sure I had the length I wanted. Oh My God Nails: A Truly "Oh My God" Experience! I needed my nails done last minute and didn't have time to make an appointment during the week. I called the day of, and luckily, they had availability. When I walked in, I was seated and taken care of within five minutes. Every staff member I encountered was kind and sweet, and the whole environment had a relaxing vibe. The chairs are way more comfortable than any other spa I've been to--super cozy and perfect for a relaxing experience. I've been living in the area for two years now and have been searching for the right nail spot. I used to go to Varnish Nails in Westchester but couldn't find anything comparable--until now! I live an 1hr+ away, and I come ALL the way here to get my nails done. I always leave so happy with my manicures, they really take the time to get it right and put care into every step--from shaping the nails, making the designs, to removing the old polish. I just couldn't go to other nail salons anymore where they damage my nail beds and burn me. My manicures now last up to 4 weeks, and I work a lot with my hands--so that's a huge feat! I usually get my nails done here and usually do dip with gel polish with Tammy. She has always done a beaaaautiful job. And is also super talented with nail art. I took a few month break from dip and just had natural nails till one week from today I did a manicure with gel polish only. It looked pretty when I left but I noticed one week later (today) the tip is slightly peeling and polish near my cuticle is lifting a lot (it gets stuck in my hair) I think maybe my nails weren't prepped as well or maybe the polish is old idk. Never happened when I did dip and gel with Tammy. If I go back, I'll definitely go with Tammy and do dip/gel. I wish everyone's work was consistent. To were I don't have to go on Yelp to see who to pick. (Which I did prior to scheduling my appt) Tammy wasn't available that day or else I would have gone with her. Another thing, the receptionist asks how we want to tip before running the card - super off putting. I always tip but expecting it, and asking for it, is kind of tacky. I was thrilled by how my nails turned out and also with how detail oriented she was, and I really loved that the mani includes a quick lotion, warm towel rub, and cuticle oil at the end - I've been to salons that skip this step without asking and it felt so pampering. Went in today for the first time for myself and daughter for Gelx nails. My daughter chose a simple nail design dots on all fingers and angel wings on the ring fingers. We were charged 94 or 96 just for this simple design. She loved how they came out but when I was done with mine I left very unhappy. I showed the nail tech the bangle nails I wanted and I could tell right off the bat he never did them before which should have been my sign to rethink that design. However I showed him pictures and he said he could do it. After taking some time on 1 nail I decided let's just do bangles on 2 fingers instead of all of them as it was taking him quite some time. The bangles on the first hand were very chunky and uneven, even the pearl line was super uneven. I started to stress out because I knew I didn't like them but i could tell he was trying his best. I came home and took some of the pearls off to redo them straight but knew they still wouldn't look better. I ended up paying over $200 with tip included for both mine and my daughter's nails. I feel if a nail tech isn't confident doing a design they should say so or ask if another tech has done this design before. The bangles also went dried properly. I will go Monday to get these fixed at another salon. read more

I brought my granddaughter here to get a special mani-pedi for a birthday treat. The pedi was the removal of nail polish and repolishing her toes. The mani was a 2 min. dip in a bowl of water, a brusk cuticle push and on to polish. It was a 20 min. process. The tab was $40. Disappointing and expensive. Regarding the salon, I didn't care for the chairs. I prefer modern massage chairs. These are more like older living room chairs. My bad for not checking interior photos first. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I made an appointment today and they took me in right away. I had a horrible experience two days prior I got my nails done at another nail place and they butchered my nails, it was like a big deal. I was kinda traumatized so I wanted to find a salon with great reviews and I found omg nail lounge . I am so happy I came across this gem. I was greeted right when I walked in and felt taken care the whole time. The chairs are so comfy and they provide you with water . I was comfortable the whole time I was nodding off asleep. I saw Kelly and she removed the horrific nails I had from the other nail place and she did a full set gel-x and I'm in LOVE with my nails. She was so kind and patient with me because they have so many amazing nail colors, it was hard to pick one. She helped me get down to 3 and put them on her nail for me to see. She did such an amazing job. I could not be any more satisfied. I think my nails are perfect . If you're looking for comfort and kindness and beautiful nails, come to OMG Nail Lounge. Service with Nguyen Tran (I tipped Venmo, I hope that's him) was great. However, lady that was filing customer's finger nails was rude. Nail dust was everywhere towards me! This salon can be hit or miss. Some of the manicurists take care with your nails and will soak off the gel polish while others try to rush the process by just drilling off the polish making the nails super weak. They charge for removal but this is the second time I've gotten a manicure and you can still see my previous color because they didn't take the time to actually remove the previous color. I got french gel nails this time with my natural nails and was charged $60. On the booking website there is no charge for French however when I went to pay he informed me that it's an extra cost. You can also see that there is an acetone mark halfway through my nail from when she did the French design and left acetone sitting on the nail. If I'm paying extra I just feel like it should be more precise. I'm super bummed since these are my birthday nails and there are multiple errors. It would be nice if they could correct the mistake or at least discount the price when they mess up your nails. read more

I just have to write another great review of O M G Redondo. I always always request Judy. I'm sure everyone is good there but I had Judy once and I never want anyone else. She always does both my pedicures and my manicures. Its takes a bit longer because I like her to do both or I may break up the services but i find it worth it as Judy go above and beyond to not only make you comfortable but wants you to relax and enjoy your pampering time. She does great massage with my mani and pedicures. She always greets people with a smile and by their name! I can't tell you how many other places in my life use to make me feel like I was bothering them when I'd come in for my appointment. Judy is always upbeat and while she works on you she constantly checks to make sure you're comfortable. She also is great about explaining different options and techniques as I'm not familiar with everything and the differences like between Gel X and Gel powder or Gel paste or whatever. She is patience and goes over it with me every time as I forget. She tries new things and always says if I find it's not lasting or like it later she will change it. I feel safe doing things knowing if it doesn't work on my nail ( I have a damaged fingernail we are trying to fix) she will not stop till it's perfect. She offers extras but is never pushy about things. She lets you rest if you want quiet or working or is happy to make conversation with you. She is meticulous which is great because I'm really picky. I end up biting or picking at anything that is sharp or rough or could catch on anything. She takes her time and ask me to check for anything that may bother me. No one takes that kind of time or goes that extra step to ensure I'm happy. I even went back in today after my appointment Friday as I had a hang nail. She not only worked on my hangnail but cleaned up all my nails again, she didn't like the way the gel glue was on that damaged nail and redid the entire nail! I had not noticed but she showed me that my nail was so uneven & short it wasn't adhering properly and wanted to change it! I didn't even ask it's just her being caring and taking pride in her work. After fixing that nail too she re top coated all my nails again. She is just amazing. You won't want any one else once you have Judy! read more
