I really like posh nails! They are often busy (especially weekends) so appointments are a good choice, but they can sometimes squeeze you in same day so it's always worth a shot. I usually get a gel manicure and spa pedicure and it's perfect. Lots of color choices, able to do whatever shape feels right, and always great experience. They are clean, comfortable, and efficient! AMAZING experience. I called when they opened and they were able to do a gel mani and reg pedi at 11:30am. Great techs, I had one working on my hands and one on my feet. Super friendly staff and great color selection. I was done within just over 30 minutes which is amazing. If you're staying at Terranea, come here! So worth it. After asking the man at the front desk to rectify the total different shade of gel polish between my left and right hand, he refused, claiming it could be my lotion I am using causing the difference. I apply lotion with both hands, so that would not be the issue. I did notice that Mimi was not dipping her brush in gel much at all but thought that was what you do with gel polish. I tipped pretty well I thought ($20) in hopes of building a good relationship with this salon. I will NEVER step foot into this establishment after the rude treatment I received. When my sister, who is a long term customer called to see if I could get it fixed, the gentleman back pedaled and claimed I approached him rudely. Yeah, I guess after dropping $90 I was not a ray of sunshine, but I was not angry in any way until the gentleman made it perfectly clear that he in no way was going to offer to fix. That was very clear immediately. After reading the other one star reviews, I'm relieved to see the man's rudeness was noticed by other customers. read more

Shockingly horrible service. I came in just for a gel x removal on my fingers and a gel removal on my toes. The technician who worked on my fingers had an awful attitude and was extra harsh with the removal. The vibe was so unwelcoming and felt like they just wanted me to leave as soon as possible even though there was only one other customer inside. The results were disappointing too; she didn't even remove all the product and did a poor filing job. The technician who did my toes was not mean but also did a really bad job. I will never come back here again and highly suggest going elsewhere for nail services. read more

I didn't catch the names of the nice ladies who gave us our pedicures, but all I can say is: $40 each for the fancy but not fanciest pedicure, which is what we used to pay in Santa Clarita (so no beach tax applied). Called ahead and made reservations for two, no wait when we arrived. Massage chairs were very nice. Place is small but clean. And those were some of the BEST pedicures either of us have ever had. Hands down. My feet were tired from a recent run, and the lotion if, the mask and the massage were everything I could have hoped for. We'll be back regularly! read more

I am conflicted about this review. In terms of nails, Dina did a great job on my manicure and pedicure and I appreciated that they could get my friend and I in for a same day appointment. However at the end they overcharged me and charged me companion who is white the regular price - and we both got the same thing. Not sure if it was just an honest mistake but the whole thing left me feeling out of sorts and put a dampener on an otherwise good experience. Anyway after I pointed out the discrepancy, they took the difference off the (generous) cash tip I gave Dina. I was hesitant at first to make my appointment. There weren't a lot of photos online of their work or any advertisements for acrylics. It was my first time getting a set and I really wanted some cute art work. A really kind nail tech named Jenny worked on my nails today and did such a great job. She walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. She was so meticulous yet so quick! Got a full acrylic set with gel and designs for $65! Highly recommend this place. I saw this salon recommended on Next Door and decided to give it a try. I have a salon I use regularly but they seem to have changed hours and are closed more often when I would like services. I have been twice to get a gel manicure. The quality of the work was exceptional. Took really good care and very thorough. Had a nail repair needed as well which they did. The salon is clean and well maintained and service was great. Highly recommend them. It is by appt these days and they are busy --- this is a good sign but it means to plan your visits in advance. read more

Luck of the Draw. Lynn does a very good job with a pedicure, however, there are several new technicians with very little experience who do not do a good job at all. I got a gel mani and a regular pedi exactly one week ago, and three of my gel nails have already fallen off. If you're looking for a manicure that lasts, i wouldn't recommend this place.
