The technicians did very detailed work. I enjoyed it so much I had my niece and mom come shortly after. Mom got a French pedicure and my niece got her very first ever acrylic nails. She loved them. The bad: I kind of wish there were TVs to watch or some wall art. The walls are sparse. My niece said the tech filed her cuticles a little too closely at times and that it was slightly painful. The interesting: You get a discount if you pay in cash. There's a parking garage you can park in that isn't too far of a walk.

I appreciate businesses that treat all customers equally, and sadly that hasn't been my experience here. The inside decor is beautiful and the location is super convenient, which makes it even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the way the salon is run really takes away from what could otherwise be a great spot. I'll be looking for a new nail salon moving forward.

Holly did my nails and she was so detailed and caring! I saw her for a gel pedicure and didn't realize that I had broken nails underneath. She fixed it right away and was so gentle and nice about it. I highly recommend her and I will see her again when I'm back in the area. read more

However, after he started the first few nails and they were clearly NOT red, but brown, I stopped him & asked him to fix that. Unfortunately, his best efforts to change color were half hearted. Also, I left the salon with more color and gel on my skin than on my nails. When I pointed this out too, he used cuticle cutters on my skin and didn't even get all of it. See the pics.
