We had high expectations for this restaurant. Boy, were we disappointed. The place was big. It was pretty noisy. We walked in and the restaurant was half empty and we were told that we had to wait for 10-15 minutes. When we sat down, the server took our order for drinks. The menu looked great. So many choices for breakfast. The server was kind and answered all of our questions. I ordered the lobster and Brie omelette. It looked really nice on the plate. I ordered the English muffin to be well done and it looked as if it had barely been cooked. The omelette was extremely salty. In some parts of the omelette, it was barely edible. And to top it off, it was luke warm with frozen butter for the English muffin. My husband ordered the supreme omelette. He had the same problem with the butter and the omelette was dry. He didn't like the extremely strong coffee (and not in a good way. The restaurant looked so nice from the outside and the menu was all encompassing. Too bad that the delivery was so poor. No reason for us to go back. read more

I adore this spot most times. Due to its popularity, this place is always busy and loud so you have to put yourself in a mindset to handle the loud ambience. With that being said, this place is normally good and well worth the experience. Today, I tried something different than the normal and had the lobster and Brie omelette which was very tasty. The only thing I would recommend is that they less Brie in the omelette. I would also recommend to call ahead to place yourself on the waitlist so you don't have to wait as long once you arrive. read more

Fam and I went here to celebrate my early birth for brunch. I got the Mardi Gras omelette and it was sooo delicious!! I change the sausage to a chicken one. And those are really good and I wonder where I can those sausages. The biscuits is soo delicate and perfectly made. It was my first time trying grits also, it was okay there's some hard portions... I also got French toast and I love French toast it was great!! The salted caramel coffee was sooo good!! I forgot to ask for substitute milk but I was okay even the milk they had. No problem. My sister-in-law got harsh brown Benedict and pancake goat cheese I believe. She approves that it is great good and great flavors. My partner got a burger and side of fruits. I forgot what burger but he approves that it was delicious! Our server was amazing and she was so professional with her work and knows every food menu gave different food substitutes. Amazing person as well her name as Jesse with great personality. It was a busy day when we came but they got us a table under 1hr and it's great they have menu outside for us to decide. We had such a great experience at brunch today. From the moment we sat down, Raya took incredible care of us. She was attentive without ever feeling overbearing, communicated everything clearly, and friendly. She also knew the menu inside and out, which made choosing dishes so much easier. You can tell she genuinely enjoys taking care of her guests. As first‑time visitors, we were surprised with complimentary beignets -- absolutely delicious. It was such a thoughtful touch and instantly made the experience feel special. Even as we were leaving, the hospitality didn't stop. The host actually opened the door for us on our way out, which might seem small, but it really showed how much intention they put into making guests feel valued from start to finish. Another Broken Egg is very comparable to a First Watch or Kiki's. I will say out of these three choices, Broken Egg has my least favorite food in terms of quality and taste, but their beverage selection is probably the strongest. My husband and I both sat at the bar. The Strawberry Mimosa and Boozy Caramel Cold Brew were amazing. The service at the bar was very friendly and quick! Especially since it was Mother's Day. The food was simply not good. We both ordered biscuit egg sandwiches. The biscuit was hard as a rock on both sandwiches. The side of potatoes tasted like it came out of a certain red bag you'd find in the frozen food department. The dining room and restrooms were clean. Probably won't return but if you do choose to come here, avoid the biscuits!! read more

Cross between a local joint and a restaurant chain. Was clean and the service was friendly and prompt. They offered 2 types of coffee. First, I had the medium roast and found it a tad dull. So I switched to the dark roast, which I enjoyed. For my entree, I got the Bourbon Street Pancakes. Which included 3 large pancakes, banana slices, and a buttery Bourbon sauce that had the most wonderful taste. I was full yet wanted to try and finish but couldn't since it included eggs and bacon. My wife got a basic egg dish and toast... and did not leave a crumb behind. Restaurant was definitely family-friendly. They also have unique coffee mugs you can purchase. We look forward to our return. read more

Takes a long time. So be prepared. Consistent interior. Silverware was dirty which is just poor attention to detail. Sitting at the bar the like to offer adult beverages. I get it high margin. Service was out of this world!!! Art was on top of refills and checking in on us even though it was busy. Was surprised at how quickly the food came. With a 45min wait to get in the restaurant, figured food would take at least 30 but I was wrong, it was out in under 15. Food was pretty good. I had the Hey Lucy omelet and would've liked more flavor to it. I could see the chorizo but I couldn't taste chorizo flavor and there was absolute zero spice not the slightest hint of a tongue tingle, same with the salsa it's served with. This is one of those places where the menu is intimidating in how vast your food choices options are. It reminds me of the Cheesecake Factory. There are breakfast and lunch items that are health and calorie-conscious, and then there are indulgences for the person who is saying to themselves, "I've had a long week and want to pig out!" I ordered the lemon blueberry mimosa and cinnamon roll French toast platter with eggs and bacon on the side. The plate had large portions so I was able to share with Baby. The mimosa was a larger serving than I expected, and was tart and a unique taste from other mimosas I've had in the past. Our server was exceptionally friendly and peppy. She was a delight. This place deserves zero stars. Horrible delivery and service. 100$ and 20$ tip and we did not receive our champagne. The orange mimosa pitcher was busted and leaked out. The food was sparse and hardly any egg portions in the kids meals. Delivery took over an hour. Food is beyond cold now. We called but no one will answer the phone. 3 times we called. No answer. Horrible experience for 120$. Avoid ordering from this place. read more

This place has the packed since it opened. If you would like to wait less than an hour, I definitely suggest you go between 8 and 10 AM. Anything after that and you're looking at minimum one hour wait. Once you sit down the drinks, food and service all flow very nicely. This is a great breakfast spot and definitely worth a brunch visit if you have time. read more

I have been here many many times in the past 7 years but my experience today was so poor I don't think I'll ever be back. I came in to have breakfast after ending up with a free morning. I came in wanting chilaquiles which are unfortunately no longer on the menu so I ordered some beignets and the crab cake Benedict. The beignets were crispy and dense. I know their beignets are a more dense and different than say Cafe Du Monde but these were like little bricks. The crab cake Benedict was flavorless. The crab was mushy and the eggs weren't poached. Honestly I just wasted $28 that I could've spent at Publix buying the ingredients and making it myself. Time to find a new go to brunch spot because this isn't it. read more

If I could give this place a negative star I would . I've very disappointed on how they handled a certain situation. My mom slipped and fell today and not one server or manager came to her while she was on the floor to assist and once she made it back to the table she asked her waiter to speak to the manager and he took 30 mins to go asset what happened wasn't even sorry that she fell nothing and to even make matters worse the manager almost slipped where my mom my fell . They didn't even go check the floor where she fell . So if they don't send the papers to corporate we will be suing . read more

Myself and two friends went to breakfast here. It was very busy. We had to wait a few minutes due to tables being dirty. I ordered biscuits and gravy , it came with two sausage patties and a full order of biscuits, an order of grits , and one egg . It was enough for two breakfasts. My friends ordered their own meals but could easily shared mine. I ordered hot coffee and it was perfect. Our waitress was very attentive, but not pushy, which was much appreciated. The only thing that was hard to do was hear each other, it was very loud. The acoustics need to be remedied. I highly recommend this restaurant based on the fabulous tasting food and great service. read more

It was just okay. I got the lobster and brie omelet. I think it would have tasted better if it was simple. The sauce was over the top too much. Liquid lobster sauce on top of eggs was not what I was expecting. The grits were good. The servers were amazing. I just personally thought the omelet was terrible. Kind of like all the other breakfast places but a whole lot louder. Parking is a bit chaotic. Do the call ahead wait list - it makes a difference & u don't want to have to wait in the small front area. Server was great. Very friendly, helpful, accommodating. Menu is fine, but wish they offered some skillet breakfast options. Items we did order were fine. The gf pancakes are really good! read more

We've been here a couple of times in the past. This time we very disliked. The food was not very good at all. The pork sausage was over done. The omelet was dry, overcooked and frankly tasteless. We just paid our bill and left, left have the meal we were hoping to split. As we drove away, we said to each other, we'd have been better off a McDonald's. Another Broken Egg is a great breakfast place if you're looking for something with a more southern flair OR if you're a big fan of loaded omelets! The staff is very knowledgeable and super nice. Our server Donna was kind enough to offer us some complimentary beignets with it being our first time there. Something cool to know about this place is they change their menu every few months. This means a new experience waits for you throughout our seasonal changes :) of course they have some house specialities and favorites that they keep year round but it's nice to have different options! For my breakfast I decided to get their traditional day starter which is eggs your way, with potatoes or grits, your choice of meat, and bread/english muffin. Me being the lover of food that I am opted for two meat sides - bacon and their chicken sausage links lol! No regrets here, as I was left absolutely satisfied with an empty plate One other bit you should know about, especially if you're an avid collector of mugs/cups....you can buy the adorable hand made mugs that you drink your coffee out of at the restaurant! They sat us down at a dirty table, then wiped it with a soaked rag, it smell so bad! I asked the young lady to dry the table because the menus were all wet! The cups had a really bad smell to drink out of, the grits were stiff the eggs were over cooked. They brought my meal out with smeared sauce all over and under the plate I lost my appetite the shrimp was so fishy smelling and rubbery. The worst meal i ever had. Threw away $63.62 to walk away hungry read more

Had the pleasure of visiting Another Broken Egg Cafe in Winter Park this past weekend. I was amazed at how extensive the menu was; there's something for everyone! We ordered the Pumpkin Spiced Pancakes, and per the server's recommendation, I ordered the Mediterranean Omelette from the seasonal selections part of the menu. The pancakes were flavorful, and the sweet cream in between each pancake made the dish very cohesive. I was a big fan of the omelette and the side of flatbread, I had never had an omelette filled with cream cheese, and it did not disappoint. Will be returning to try out the rest of the menu! read more

I love this place. I bring all my friends here when they come visit but today was different. I know a few of the servers and startenders by first name for great reasons, but there's one server that's so angry all the time. I think her name is Dana. She has a short haircut. Her personality is not really fit for the job she has. Every time I'm there she's the angry one. She has no problem talking about how short staffed they are and yelling at her coworkers. Everyone else keeps a smile and fakes the funk and I'm all for people being humanistic, but this lady is built different. Reyna, Meryiem, and Taylor are my faves and I'm sure there's more, but please coach this woman. read more

Worst service ever. Waited for our food for an hour, only for it to come with the eggs not even cooked and the pancakes literally rock hard. Sent the eggs back to be cooked longer and it took 20 more minutes, just for it to come back untouched and still cold and undercooked. To say i'm unimpressed is an understatement. The moment I arrived in Orlando for a convention, I was starving, so I stopped by Another Broken Egg for brunch. I am a huge fan of eggs Benedict and was so excited to try them here. I wasn't disappointed! The Hollandaise sauce didn't have a strong flavor, but it was good. The poached eggs were fluffy and perfect, the Canadian bacon was especially good, and the muffin was toasted just enough! The sides of fruit and potatoes were both very good. I appreciate that the fruit wasn't just a big jumble of melon. I don't care for melon, but berries are my favorite! WOOOOWWWW what a great breakfast! Very cute coffee mugs and delicious food! We had an awesome time! The hostess said a 20 minute wait but it was only about 10, they're quick in here! The Blueberry Brie burger was pretty good! I thought it ate a little soft and could've used a crispy component. Either a crispy bacon or a more well done waffle. But it was a creative and fun flavor combination! The Louisiana Quiche was the STAR of our table! A delicious cheesy quiche, with andouille sausage and shrimp covered with a creamy crawfish etouffe! Holy cow! Pop off!! It was really tasty, highly recommend. We also got some biscuit beignets and they were very nice! Warm and served with an orange marmalade sauce. This is a great spot! read more

Sunday brunch: about an hour wait for a table of 6. Seems about average for a Sunday at 11. Our server was fantastic. Completely forgot her name, but she was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The food itself was great. As you can see in the photo, I ordered the Brie and lobster omelet with a biscuit and and breakfast potatoes. The potatoes were perfection. Biscuit was soft and fluffy. The omelette didn't get finished, but for no other reason that my poor decision. I don't like Brie cheese, but I was set on lobster, so I ordered it anyway. The lobster was luckily on top of the omelette so I was able to pick it all off. It was cooked to perfection. There is no bottomless mimosa deal here. There was however the option of single drinks, or a pitcher. They say the pitcher yields 4 drinks, but we got 6 decent sized drinks from it. Definitely the better value for money. No music here unfortunately, so if you're looking for a party brunch this may not be for you. I will be returning! read more

I rarely get a hankering for brunch and I know what the weekend crowd can be like but decided to brave it anyway. Upon arriving, we were told the wait was an hour but were lucky enough to snag two seats at the bar. The have quite the impressive brunch cocktail list compared to some of their counterparts. I ordered the Bloody Mary and my companion ordered one of their spiked coffees. Both were pretty good, albeit on the steep side. For food, I got the goat cheese and blueberry pancakes and my partner got the traditional breakfast with city grits. The grits were outstanding! His eggs were ice cold and hard, so we sent them back. Everything else was okay, nothing was really very hot or fresh, just meh. My pancakes were just plain pancakes with a few goat cheese crumbles and blueberries on top. The bill came to $80 for two which just felt way too high for the quality of the food. read more

Disappointed, having been to others locations I've always enjoyed my service and food. Today may have been just an off day for the staff. Most seemed unhappy. I requested to sit outside and after 5 minutes no one came to my table. I stepped inside to inquire and again my interaction with the employee seemed like I was a bother. The highlight was Lila my server who did a great job. Ordered eggs Benedict and the first served were overcooked. Lila immediately had a new one prepared for me but this time potatoes were burnt. The hollandaise sauce was white and had zero flavor. Lila was kind enough to bring me lemons that I requested to try and brighten up the flavor. Overall I would not recommend. Maybe the Lake Mary location? I have had a better experience there. read more

Today I had a great experience with an early lunch. Our server Rayna did everything she could do to make my lunch perfect. My salad arrived with onions, which I asked not to be included, she noticed and then insisted that I have a new salad. That new salad was delivered within minutes so that I was still able to lunch along with my friend. I was totally impressed. The food was delicious and I would definitely order the salad again, though my friends Eggs Benedict looked amazing and my friend said, were delicious. This is my favorite ABE location being in the winter park area. So much stuff around to do after brunch & their food is always prepared so well. Even their fruit is nice with no filler fruit, you know? I've never had a bad experience with their service. They are always so welcoming and nice. Sometimes the staff at breakfast places, when they are busy, treat you like another table. But this one server named Meryem with blonde hair, is always so attentive and really takes the time to say hello and makes sure everything is what me and my boyfriend wanted for our breakfast. I love breakfast and I love their breakfast. Besides White Wolf Cafe, this is where I want to go for a hearty, delicious breakfast. My favorite items are the biscuits and gravy and the Hey Lucy omelet. I only order the Hey Lucy now when I go, cause I just can't believe another item would top that. Wish they did a special price on Sat/Sun for mimosa's but if I'm more in the mood for that I'll probably go to White Wolf. I'd give it a 5 if the service was better. I have to admit, it has never been good. I usually sit at the bar now, to avoid a wait (there is usually a wait on Sat/Sun mornings) and since the bartender/server is right in front of me should i need anything. read more

I met up with a friend for breakfast at Another Broken Cafe, which had been on my radar for a while. Sadly, the experience fell short of expectations. Service was a letdown right from the start--the server took 10+ minutes to even swing by our table for drink orders, didn't even bring water. The cold brew was overpriced and tasted terrible, and I'm usually not fussy about coffee. My omelette was just average, lacking flavor and that special touch. On the bright side, my friend enjoyed their Hash Brown Benedict. However, with plenty of other breakfast spots to choose from, I will not be back. read more

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by 1 smiling employee holding the door welcoming us and 2 the smiling host. We were seated so quickly which was nice being a party of 7. Our server was great! gave us recommendation based on his genuine knowledge and personal favorites for the food, answered our (I'm sure many) questions. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time, everything was correct and tasted great. My mother and I stopped in for breakfast today. My first time ever coming here. The food was excellent!! Unfortunately 3 bites into my meal, a toothache nailed me hard. The server was very understanding. That brings me to the only reason that I am leaving a review besides the excellent food, our server Bracus was simply amazing. Very attentive and hilarious! Bracus is amazing!!!! 10/10 the best server i've ever had period! First things first he introduced himself and made sure he knew everyones name. Then started off great by making the table organized and giving great suggestions of items for us to choose on the menu! Was also super funny and kind through the whole experience!! Then after we ate he brought us hand sanitizer and gum! Like wow just wow! Overall a great experience with great food and an even better servicer!!! I used to come here all the time before covid. I know the pancakes are good but it cannot be said enough that the toast that can be done in 5 or 6 different methods and they all taste good. My ex and I used to eat here all the time when we lived in Winter Park. But lucky for me my friends like the place to so I dont have to just jog down memory lane. The skinny omelette is out of this world. One of my friends she loves the place despite the time we have to wait because they have gluten free pancakes. read more

FREAKIN awesome !!!!! this location in winter park had the best shrimp and grits I ever had. Also the crab cakes were toooooo good. The waitress/bartender we had named Meryem E. was beyond awesome when it came to customer service, explaining the menu, and imagination. She was more than willing to make her own version of a washington Apple drink for me because they were out of crown royal apple. This restaurant is wonderful!! The food is delicious. There's definitely something for everyone. I personally loved the blackberry stuffed French toast. The staff is amazing, and we absolutely loved Taz! She is so nice and friendly and attentive to us. Even if she wasn't our server for the day she would still stop by and say hello. My first time here, my daughter always wanted to eat there but never had time. The bar had to open seats so we went straight to the bar. The service today were Meryem and Melissa. We were in orlando for the weekend and looking for a place away from Disney for Sunday brunch. I found another broken egg online and it looked amazing. Came here for the first time on Sunday!! The food has like a Louisiana cajun twist. I just orderd Scrambled eggs with cheese, home fries, bacon, an English muffin, and coffee. Atmosphere is relaxing. Huevos Rancheros are Delicious! Pair this meal with a Mimosa and your DAY is set! The Mimosa's are a little over priced, but are made perfect. I usually sit outside since it's well shaded and there are plenty of fans for a nice breeze. Everyone is friendly.
