I submitted an interest form, and the property manager called me first thing the next day, which I really appreciated. We went over pricing, lot sizes, and availability, and I was assured they had my preferred unit size available (I'm planning to go up in size at this location). The best part of the conversation? Even though I'm not quite ready to move yet (likely within the next month or so) I was told they would still honor the promotional pricing whenever I'm ready to move in. That flexibility and honesty went a long way. So far, the experience has been very positive and professional. My husband left work early and drove to the location to process the application. When he got there he was told the rate and information online was incorrect and they would not honor it. After the 6 months, we went to load our belongings to find our unit and all belongings were infested with crickets. From storing our home belongings before, we knew there would be some insects etc. but not at all to this degree. We had the person on duty come look at our unit and belongings and she was as disgusted as we were. She even warned us that crickets carry diseases such as salmonella and ecoli. We asked them to cover with the bill for disinfecting the cloth furniture(which was all wrapped and they got under the cellophane) and they declined, would only pay for half IF we signed a non disclosure agreement.
